Magdolna says: Frici is a domestic cat, was born in my cousin's garden on Easter Monday in 2006 :)) As his main hobby is having breakfast and lunch (and snacks in between, obviously) he is a huuuge cat now, twice as big as my other kitty, Bombi (who is a Russian blue and also beautiful:)))

Liz says: Holly (and the Ivy), our latest rescue kitty, joined our other Christmas carol-named cats (The First) Noel and (It Came Upon a) Midnight (Clear). She is a spitfire kitten who loves to wrestle with the big cats, snuggle, and play with anything that squeaks or rolls.

Ralph says: Pretty Luna was Leonardo and Lucky Luke's litter mate. Although I only met her twice, Luna seemed to be a quiet, settled character. She leaves her birthplace to take place in another cattery. As I hear last month, Luna is alive and kicking in her new, lovely home.

Ralph says: Lucky Luke is not ours. We met him at Elis Traumland Cattery near our home in Cologne, Germany, when we went to check on our boy Leonardo. Lucky Luke and Leonardo were litter mates. Lucky Luke is the name of a cartoon cowboy and one of the most popular comic characters here in Germany. As if he knew which famous name he has, Lucky Luke seemed to be a perfect actor and ready for the red carpet.

Kathryn says: Our beloved sphynx cat Maya (aka Maya Pants Kooky Dance) gave birth to one little kitten on 11/7/08. That kitten was instantly called "Squirm," since that's what she did. :-) Eventually her name evolved to Ruby Soho Squirmy Pants. These two kitties are the most loving creatures to ever exist. Silly and sweet and beautiful, they couldn't be better.

thewildboo says: Vincent is ten weeks old. We adopted him at eight weeks from a foster group here in Connecticut called Almost Home. We knew he was the one for us when he bounded into the room chasing a piece of string and turned on his extra-loud purr for us. He is a little lovebug but also LOVES to play with just about anything. He is very curious and loves going places he shouldn't, but we love him anyway!

Shari says: The mother of these boys is a neighborhood feral who warmed up to me. She was hugely pregnant, and I brought her in just to keep more ferals from being born onto the mean streets. These three were from a litter of five; two of them died early on. These precious little guys are very active and the sounds of their mad galloping around the house can be heard constantly! They are now foster kittens for the northwest Ohio rescue group Planned Pethood, and they will be taken to adoption events where they hopefully will find loving forever homes.

Candi says: When we passed the little feral cat family living in a storm drain, I knew in my heart that I had to rescue them! We had Mama cat spayed and released, and found homes for all of her kittens, but one -- my little Skye. I knew he was special the moment I saw him. It didn't take long for the little kitten to take to us -- he especially loves snuggling up to his tabby "brother" Jack Jack. Skye is full of innocent mischief, always curious and rarely takes no for an answer. He loves head butts, cuddles, stealing food, and darting out the door only to ask to be let back in after two minutes. He's the perfect addition to our menagerie and always brings joy to my heart.
