At Bunches one of our core values is 'Continuous Improvement' and as such we are always looking for ways to make Bunches.co.uk a better experience for our customers as well as improving our delivery service. One common request made by our customers is to increase the allowed length of messages sent with their order, so from today we have launched some changes which include the ability to enter 250 characters for your message (previously 140). Additionally when ordering you can now also enter any special delivery instructions for your order (which will be printed on the delivery label) and enter a recipient telephone number which may be used by FedEx (if ordering by courier) to contact the recipient should the need arise, helping to ensure that your gift gets to where you want it to be on the first delivery attempt.
