This has really got to be one of the nastiest breakups in Hip Hop! I don't know what the reasons were behind the breakup between Joe Budden and Tahiry but I will give my opinion. In my opinion, someone has been fucking around someone else's back....for a minute now! How do you go from a relationship with years put in and then are seen on the internet with another significant other? That just doesn't add up to me! Here I was, like an idiot, rootin for these two (Joe Budden and Tahiry) to make it work! I know nothing is forever....HELL!......life isn't forever but that's beside the point. I'm soo mad that as soon as Joey had the opportunity, he had the next chick on the net. That's not a good look Joe. To the public, it looks like you are trying your damnedest to get Tahiry jealous. J. Lo Suing Ex Husband Over Sex Tapes

J.Lo's former flame is out to make a buck off their oh-so-brief marriage with revealing videos from their honeymoon.

Ojani Noa, who was married to Jennifer Lopez for less than a year in the late 1990s, is due in Los Angeles Monday because he is reportedly shopping around a tell-all movie with the revealing home-footage.

However Lopez is biting back - suing for $10 million, according to legal papers filed Friday. She's also asking for a court order that would prevent Noa from making any home videos public.

This is not the first time Noa - J.Lo's first of three husbands - has tried to embarass her.

He had to pay the Latina diva $545,000 two years ago over his plans to publish a tell-all book about their life, violating a deal not to publish details of their relationship.

The newest exploitation attempt includes plans for a movie called "How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story."

With it are 11-plus hours of private home videos of Lopez "in a revealing lack of clothing, and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel room from (her and Noa's) honeymoon," according to court documents.

A producer reportedly sent Lopez's attorney, John H. Lavely, a letter that claimed TMZ bought exclusive rights to the footage.

The online gossip giant denies there's any such agreement in a story posted on its Web site.

Vicks Not Happy As An Eagle

While being really, really careful not to say anything that would make waves, Philadelphia Eagles "quarterback" Michael Vick(notes) said yesterday that he's not thrilled about his role in the Philadelphia offense. He doesn't dig the Wildcat, and if it's up to him, he won't be doing it next year.

"It would be hard," Vick said of returning to the Eagles, according to excerpts released by NBC. "It would be an everyday struggle. But I would have to take that time to hone my skills and get better. I'm excited about the opportunity I have moving forward whether it's with Philadelphia or another team."

"I won't be a Wildcat guy. I can't," Vick told NBC. "It's a different style of play. It's almost like a hit-or-miss type of thing. My position is quarterback. That's what I was born to do."

What he does next year isn't really up to Vick, though. The Eagles have the option to keep him around next year for $3.6 million, though it's got to be seen as unlikely that the Eagles would pay that much for a guy whose only function seems to be to prevent the offensive from functioning smoothly or with any rhythm.

Not that that's Vick's fault, mind you. That Andy Reid brings him to stall the offense periodically is Andy Reid's decision. Maybe Vick can't make plays anymore ... maybe he can't throw or run. If that is the case, though, might I present this crazy idea to Andy Reid? Stop putting Vick in the game.

Again, Vick wouldn't talk about specifics for next season, and just reiterated that he wants to help the Eagles win a championship. Tony Dungy wasn't shy about talking about potential future Vick destinations, though.

"I told Michael to just worry about this year," [Dungy] said. "It's technically up to Philadelphia. If they want him back, he has to stay there. If they don't, there are some teams looking for quarterbacks: Cleveland, St. Louis and Washington.

"But I think a dark horse is Buffalo. They talked originally. There was some communication there. I think that could be a good spot."

Buffalo. Interesting. The Bills did pretty much admit that they signed Terrell Owens(notes) for the "wow" factor, to increase their profile and make a splash with the media. Vick would certainly do that.

But it's way too early to be thinking about that. Except for Cleveland. Michael Vick, Dawg Pound ... we probably don't want to do that.

We may be in Obama's post-racial America, but Time magazine is still in the middle of a debate after their ~~article~~ photo on their pick of the eight most influential figures cleaning up Detroit, Mich. included no African-American men on their roster.

"The Committee to Save Detroit," did include two African-American women, Faye Nelson of the Detroit River Front Conservancy and public prosecutor Kym Worthy. The Detroit Free Press' Rochelle Riley wrote a piece yesterday that resonated quickly throughout the web: She listed three African-American candidates that would have been equally suited for Time's qualifications, including Robert Bobb, who is the emergency financial manager of Detroit Public Schools, and Dan Varner of Think Detroit PAL. She solicited and received over 1,000 emails for suggestions on who else would be a good candidate for community leaders in a city where 83.7 percent of the community is African-American.

On the other hand, the group was anything but wonderbread: It also included Ismael Ahmed, the head of Michigan's human resources, and the magazine also included an entire article was devoted to David Bing, the mayor of Detroit who also happens to be a black man. It also asked in the issue "Can Detroit's First Openly Gay Pol Save the City?" The article was about Charles Pugh, also a black man.

Detroit was hit hard during the recession, with the giant car plants shaving off thousands of workers. It's doubtful that the magazine's intentions in saluting those who are trying to increase the standard of living in Rock City was to come off as racially insensitive, although unfortunately that is how some critics are taking it.

Former Giants Player Busted in Hit-n-Run

Former Giants great Lawrence Taylor was busted last night in Florida for taking off after he was involved in a car accident, authorities said.

The 50-year-old NFL Hall of Famer was arrested in Dade County for "leaving the scene of accident/property damage," shortly before 10 p.m., Florida officials told The Post.

Taylor, who played his entire career with Big Blue and won two Super Bowls, was quickly released on $500 bond.

A seemingly coherent and calm Taylor was not suspected of DWI, despite the bloodshot eyes in his mug shot, according to TMZ.com. Police did not give him a breathalyzer. Full Story

On Sunday, the New York Times's Pete Thamel filed a dispatch from Haifa, Israel. Why was a college sports reporter filing from Haifa? Thamel was checking in on Jeremy Tyler, the 18-year-old uber-prospect who, in the wake of Brandon Jennings's now-viewed-as-successful European experiment, decided to forgo his senior year of high school and play overseas for Maccabi Haifa.

Thamel reports that Tyler's decision is at this point -- which, to be fair, is very early in the process -- not only regrettable but disastrous. Tyler is clearly immature and distracted by the potential of NBA riches, which he apparently considers a sure thing. His coaches and teammates do not like him. He is struggling to see minutes on the court. And if things keep getting worse, Tyler's NBA draft status is likely to keep falling. These early returns are not promising. A key graph:

His coach calls him lazy and out of shape. The team captain says he is soft. His teammates say he needs to learn to shut up and show up on time. He has no friends on the team. In extensive interviews with Tyler, his teammates, coaches, his father and advisers, the consensus is that he is so naïve and immature that he has no idea how naïve and immature he is. So enamored with his vast potential, Tyler has not developed the work ethic necessary to tap it.

Of course, as one teammate reminds Thamel, Tyler has been a pro for less than 100 days, and he's done so in a foreign country with few friends at an unusually early age. He deserves some slackThis time last year, people were raising similar questions about Brandon Jennings (though those questions had far more to do with ability and playing time than attitude). Still, while Tyler's situation is unique among hoopsters, he's not the first 18-year-old to enter the workforce. He's not even the first 18-year-old to enter high-level sports; by age 18, top-level soccer prospects are being thrust into intense club matches. 18 isn't old, but it's old enough to know when to shut up.

Anyway, Jennings's situation worked out, and there's no reason Tyler's can't either. So let's avoid extrapolating Tyler's situation into an indictment of the European option for recruits. For now, it's just an indictment of Jeremy Tyler, and things aren't looking good.

Moral of the story: Shut UP and learn something boy, before you be back in the sticks. - Sincerely Bettyboopbbw

Teacher Suspended For Giving 'Self Pleasure'

The first rule about having an edgy English teacher is don't talk about your edgy English teacher.
A beloved city schoolteacher has been suspended by the Department of Education after giving his 11th-grade students a copy of a graphic short story about masturbation written by "Fight Club" author Chuck Palahniuk.
Greg Van Voorhis, 30, handed out copies of Palahniuk's "Guts" late last month to about 100 students studying for the English Regents exam at The Bronx School of Law and Finance in Marble Hill.
The story -- written for Playboy magazine -- discusses a teenage boy's use of a carrot in a sex act on himself and autoerotic asphyxiation.

While Van Voorhis took the copies back at the end of class, students blabbed about the ribald tale, and school officials soon caught wind of the lesson in self-love.
"We found out about it kind of through the grapevine," said the school's principal, Evan Schwartz. "It's a small school. It's hard to keep a secret."
Van Voorhis, who has taught at the school for seven years and has a reputation for pushing the envelope, was immediately reassigned out of the classroom while the Department of Education investigates.
The suspension has the student body up in arms, leading to a letter-writing campaign to Schools Chancellor Joel Klein and the creation of a "Save Mr. V" page on Facebook.

Students last week said they were appalled that school officials had acted so prudishly.
"We're not little kids. We are in high school," said 15-year-old junior Omar Caminero. "It's not like we've never read anything like that -- we have."
"He didn't mean it to be anything other than something we could learn from," said junior Frankchesca Jimenez, 16.
A spokeswoman for the DOE declined to comment.
Schwartz stopped short of calling the story inappropriate but said he was required to act.
"I deemed for someone else to decide whether it was inappropriate," he said. "I had to report it."
Although the school did not send a letter out to parents, Schwartz said they had "been made aware of it."
Van Voorhis did not respond to messages for comment. Palahniuk's agent said the author was unavailable for comment. Read story here

Army massacre fiend Nidal Malik Hasan reportedly tried to make contact with al Qaeda terrorists, something intelligence agencies were aware of months ago.

It is not known whether the intelligence agencies informed the Army that Maj. Hasan, an Army shrink, was seeking to connect with suspected terrorists, ABC News reported today on its Web site.

Yeah I am fed up again. So much irks my nerves nowadays till it is not even funny. This week's nerve irker (yeah, I made that word up.) is cheater's excuses as to why they cheat. I do understand the concept that people are going to cheat. It is a part of our nature to have a constant interest in new things and experiencing something different. I also understand that for many, this translates over into their relationships. It is the excuses that some people give or accept that really needs to be brought to the forefront and dealt with.

Relationship issues such as these were things that adults dealt with in the past, and made a conscious decision to make wise choices about infidelity. Some people divorced or broke it off, and some stayed, which usually was due to a high level of dysfunction, but maybe could be worked through by getting counseling and other methods of healing. But now things are getting out of hand.

Dumb excuses the Husband uses to condone his Cheating.

1. My wife/woman didn't clean the house , cook , or (fill in the blank) the way I wanted her to. So I cheated.

2. My wife/woman doesn't have sex with me as much as I want her to.

3. My wife/woman has gained weight and I don't find her attractive.

4.My wife/woman spends too much time with her family.

5. My wife/woman is boring in bed.

Dumb Excuses the Other Woman will give to Condone his Cheating with her.

1. If she (his wife/woman) was doing her job he wouldn't be with me.

2. I don't want him all the time, look how he do his wife/woman.

3. He is going to leave her anyways and be with me.

4. He just trying to stay there for the kids. He really wants to be with me.

5. He is leaving her as soon as.... (fill in the blank with something open-ended.)

Now pick any one of those complaints as to why he cheats and there is one answer to all of them as to why he cheated.

He cheated because he WANTED to, not because of anything anyone else has or will ever do..

You can be the perfect in the eyes of a man and still end up on the wrong end of a phone call from the other woman now wanting to be in your shoes, even though your shoes are covered in the crap he lays at your feet in lies, excuses, and cop-outs. If for any moment you think that your situation is because you are such a perfect replacement for his main woman, you are delusional.

The mind of a cheater is illogical, selfish, aimless, and foolish. There is only one purpose of a cheater, and that is to get laid. It is not about who didn't do the dishes, or didn't do something else to their liking. It is all about getting a sexual need handled. With cheaters there are insecurities that they face, and they use sex to take their mind away from their real obligations and responsibilities.

Don't be fooled though. Cheaters are intelligent in most cases and are master manipulators. They are observant, and crafty at lying in order to have their needs fulfilled. If you ooze low self esteem, or tell them all that is wrong in your life, they will play on those issues to their benefit. Some will even go as far as to spend money on your, spend time with you as well, all if it is to get what they want out of you. If any money or gift was given, no matter what the expense, in return for your time and sex, you are a side line pro. ( I am trying to keep it clean)

Here is my Rant: Cheaters, male or female, please stop messing up and scarring viable candidates for the dating pool. Your lying and deceit is releasing a bunch of people into society that do not function well. The level of dysfunction it takes to cheat on a spouse in order to just get your tenderloins wet, is beyond reprehensible. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE stop lying to folks telling them it is their fault as to why you cheated. You know you wanted to cheat because you wanted to cheat. Learn to be honest for once in your predatory lives. Stop stalking the little high school girls and barely legals because of how soft-boiled they are. Man/Woman up, and work on what you have. If you went and married them, they deserve your honesty or your signature on some divorce papers. Let them go on with their lives so that you can roam the streets like the strays that you are.

..and yes this goes for women who cheat as well.
