Horowitz Real Estate is wonderful! Peter Horowitz, and his assistant Helen, did a great job helping us to sell our apartment in the Queensview - a coop in Astoria. Peter and Helen took much of the responsibility for recommending a contractor for needed updates/renovations, and then overseeing progress on renovations. Additionally, they understood the tricky hoops to jump through for the coop and took the lead on much of that. And they actually found a qualified buyer that paid a fair price even before the unit was officially listed - multiple showings were unnecessary. Peter is part of the community in Astoria.
