Big Brother did a horrible job on their casting this year, and the whole high school clique twist has just set this season up to be another revenge of the nerds. The athletes are bullying their way through the house with intimidation and pure athletic prowess. The nerds are just trying to get someone to like them. The offbeats are trying to fit in somewhere, anywhere...typical high school bs. The popular group is being targeted and for the most part taken out one by one.

CBS brought back Jessie - America thought he was a douchebag last year. They casted Ronnie who has to be the most annoying player in BB history and then threw in some other randoms with dry personalities. Anyone with half a brain or half a spine was immediately shunned from the house and it has made this season the most uneventful by far.

In the network's defense however, they are obviously trying to rectify the situation and shake things up. They to must see how the kingdom of dorkdom has begun to make this show a drag. How many more times can we hear...Jessie you are so cute?? Gag me...seriously. So please do me a big favor and go vote for Jordan or Jeff as America's Choice. Follow this link and vote away...you can make my summer so much better. Do it in the name of fashion...J and J are the only ones who have any taste!!

So did you guys know that you can't whiten your teeth during pregnancy? I have my dentist appointment today and I am opting to nix the x-rays but I was going to get set up for some at home whitening trays...sorry about my luck! Apparently, no white teeth while your knocked up, I really didn't put those two things together.

I have been watching BB intently and I am disgusted by the idiot moves that these people are making. I can't say much since I have seen a few days into the future from the live feeds and BB after dark...but I will tell you I dislike most of the people on this cast. They are all so shady.

Nordstrom is having a huge Anniversary sale. Check out their website - I of course am refraining from buying any clothes because I know any day now I am going to start looking like a balloon. I may however check out the North Face fleeces on sale since they are so damn warm and cozy! I did want a nice pair of flats for these upcoming pregnancy months but none of the sale shoes really called out to me. I am planning a shopping trip this Saturday so hopefully I will have more to blog about then. I will tweet my reactions to tonight's BB later though - I LOVE live show Thursdays!

I feel ashamed to have gone this long without posting! I am going to be completely honest though - I'm preggers, tired and sick. All I want to do is watch bs tv and sleep on the couch....in my defense at least; I can't sleep that well at night since baby has decided to camp out directly on my bladder.
And while all this is true - I have one more truth to tell; I am addicted to Big Brother and the tri-weekly episodes, three hours of after dark footage on Showtime, and game talk on blogs like BBDish. This has totally consumed my days and nights and I knew this was going to be this way. I became a BB addict two or three seasons ago and it has morphed into an all out obsession. I blame technological advances, a few years ago I wouldn't be able to watch a game show and then see all of the ins and outs uncensored on tv too.

So for the next few months, you are just going to have to listen to my rants about the show. So here goes the low-down on all the contestants according to the Accessorista:
Ronnie: Dude: you are the epitome of a weasel, how may alliances can you build??
Jessie: You didn't win last year, you are so self consumed, i can't stand you.
Jeff: Hottie, love him, if he wouldn't have made the one negative gay comment (even though he did apologize) then he would be my fave.
Russell: You are playing too many sides dude and you are just not that nice, quit creating drama you little girl...big meanie!
Braden: WOW- how will you make it this long without some smoke, you seem like a nice enough stoner though *sarcasm*...except for the racial slur, who does that?? (I am a bit naive though - I didn't know what a beaner was??)
Casey: A 40 year old DJ...hmmm, undecided on you guy: especially since the blogs are saying you knew jessie prior to coming into the house.
Kevin: I love a gay man, but you are hanging out with the losers. I am hoping you liven this house up sooner than later.
Natalie: you aren't the HOH, quit acting like you are. The 18 year old age lie: not so smart, most of these people read the age requirements on the application!
Laura: I like you but please quit talking about your boobs, i mean you decided to get a boob job and a DD size - people are going to stare: wasn't that your objective?
Michelle: A closet freak, I don't know about you yet.
Chima: You were crying the first night about how bad it is, (really terrible to be living in a house, eating free, getting paid and competing for a chance to wine half a million)...you need to go.
Lydia: I liked you at first but you are an evil little tattooed girl. You rallied support from a bunch of people, let them put a target on their back and then turned on them...bitch! I hope you are out the door fast. And having sex on national tv - gross!!
Jordan: I always pull for a Carolina girl but I seriously hope that you are playing dumb. I love you but come on, the whole Jessica Simpson thing doesn't make you likable - how bout reading a book instead!

I have a feeling this is going to be a good season!

Coach has a new line and the young, colorful vibe really has me thinking that the brand may be in the middle of a fabulous rebirth. The previous Coach bags were made with excellent craftsmanship but the styles were very reminiscent of Aigner or Guess, and the knock-off bags have become as prominent as Wal-Mart or McDonald's. The whole aura surrounding the Coach line has become one for older, beige junkies - but not anymore. Poppy is a whole new color scheme and attitude that is obviously geared more towards the fashionista who wants a bag out of the ordinary. I love the neons, funky prints and blinged-out bags. The line is available at Dillard's, Macy's and Coach.com - check it out!!

I love the fourth of July. I love fireworks and sparklers, hot dogs and potato salad, and most of all celebrating the fact that I don't have a British accent. No offense Brits but I just don't think I could pull it off...I carry the Southern drawl much better! I love my country, our soldiers and veterans and I relish any day that recognizes their heroism and dedication to democracy. I also like to dress in red, white and blue, just because it makes me feel summery and nautical. But this year I want to stray from the Ralph Lauren and Tommy Hilfiger styles so here are some more modern interpretations of patriotic outfits!

Why put the most interesting part of the bag on the inside? If I could wear this bad boy inside out, I would probably make the splurge but since all the beauty is hidden to the naked eye I think I'll pass. Marc Jacobs always seems to have good intentions but something just doesn't translate to the actual item. I love this pattern on the inside of this bag....if we are lucky then Pucci will see the print and turn it into a fierce bag of his own. I guess what they say is true: Real beauty is on the inside!

Boring croc embossed bag...drab blue color, design that you can find at any store.

Beautiful Cotton lining - fantastic pops of color and Indian inspired designs make this a conversation piece.

Is going pant-less a YES or a NO?

Celebs seem to be taking it all of (maybe to fight the heat...) and not just on the cover of Playboy. The over-sized shirt or undersized dress has come back to the forefront of fashion and I for one do not think this is a good thing. Tops have perfectly paired bottoms juxtaposed on mannequins for a reason. I just cant fathom that with all of the options available to these stars, they still decide to wear clothes that look too small and just not cute. I mean they get oodles of free clothing from the top fashion designers in the world and they instead to wear their dad's flannel shirt with no pants...REALLY?? If I had unlimited resources and access to the hottest fashions around the globe, then I would be pimping some bad ass couture everyday - including pants. To each his own - so you decide hot or NOT?

Vanessa looks like a hobo - I think she is channeling the Olsen twins via 2000...seriously the point of shorts is to be able to see them. And the platform sandals look atrocious with this get-up.

Britney, I think that this was made for the beach. I really don't want to see your business AGAIN. And the chintzy, white plastic flip-flops are a nice touch.

Megan Fox thinks that tall leather boots and lace tights are a substitute for pants...maybe she's channeling Julia for a reprisal of Pretty Woman??!!

The 90210 star seems to think that strategically placing her purse in front of her hoo-hah is just the same as wearing pants.

Please put on pants ladies...airing out your bum should only be done at home!!

I have found two of my favorite things this week:

1. Burberry Summer - If you have read the blog before you know that I am a self-proclaimed Burberry Fragrance addict. I have yet to find a scent they make that I don't like and Burberry Summer (available at Sephora) is no exception. This one is not as musky or woodsy as the others which makes it great for summer. It has a sweet yet clean scent that I would love to bathe in if at all possible. It is similar to Bath and Body Work's Sea Island Cotton collection yet a little sweeter with just a subtle hint of spice. I wore this yesterday and I was sniffing myself all day...which is a major feat for a pregnant women, since so many scents have sent me into vomiting spasms lately. If you like Burberry be prepared for something a little different but I can't imaging you not liking it!

2. My Husband - Next month will be our five year anniversary and I can't believe that it has been this long- it seriously seems like just last year we were on our honeymoon. For the last year I have been talking about getting my engagement ring re-set for anniversary and my husband totally followed through with my very straightforward and blatant hints. Six years ago I loved plain solitaires and now I am in love with vintage settings. So yesterday I got my old diamond re-set in the most beautiful estate-style, diamond mount. It is like having a whole new engagement ring and I am in awe of how beautiful it is. It has round, princess cut and baguette diamonds with very intricate filigree work around the edges. And the best part is that the band and solitaire are now all one. I love this ring and the way it is glistening in the light. I am the luckiest girl in the world...for so many reasons. Love you honey...you are the best, we have come a long way and I can't imagine being any happier that I am today (except in 6 months when we get to meet our little one!!)!

There has been a request for one of my own outfits to be showcased so I must oblige one of my favorite fellow bloggers. I must say on a daily basis lately, I have been wearing mostly sweats and t-shirts but I don't know what you people expect from me....I have been nauseous for the last three months. You will be happy to know that today I dressed myself, brushed my hair, and put on make-up. I am pretty impressed with myself! I want to show you my favorite outfit that I bought prior to getting knocked up. I love the versatility of this outfit and expected to wear it for occasions that needed a day to night look but I only had one chance to flaunt it!

Glamour Beauty Stuff - July

I always dog ear the best things from magazines to blog about. The only problem is that my organization freak of a husband throws out every magazine that he deems has been sitting around the house for too long. I have tried to explain the purpose but trying to explain something like this to a man is pointless. This month I did manage to hide my Glamour under some papers in the kitchen..YAY!!

Glamour did a whole spread on white hot outfits and the one thing that actually stood out to me was some exquisite silver jewelry. (Another thing was shorts and skirts paired with boots but that was on the opposite spectrum of exquisite...I don't get it!)

There was a Laila Rowe silver cuff showcased that I loved so I went on the designer's website to check it out. I didn't see the exact cuff on her website but I was pleasantly surprised by all of the funky and CHEAP jewelry. This is some serious recession proof bling. These were some of my faves:

Product Review - Juice Beauty Antioxidant Serum

I decided that I am not going to stop with the product reviews until every sample in my makeup drawer is gone. Well I am saving some of under eye creams for after the baby! I decided to stay with the organic products and try out an antioxidant serum. These serums are supposed to repair collagen damage and help sun damaged skin. Antioxidants can also enhance your sunscreen protection. These products can really change the appearance of your skin over time. (I had to look all of this up since I had no idea what an antioxidant serum was supposed to do so I thought I would pass the wealth of knowledge along to you all.

Juice Beauty is all organic and apparently that translates into all stinky. Again with this product, I just couldn't get over the smell. I am not even sure what the offending aroma was but it gave me a serious headache. This stuff also went on easily and then dried, making my skin feel stiff and dry. I will say that this product has gotten rave reviews otherwise. According to their website 94% of users reported improvement in fine lines and wrinkles. Their blemish control products got the green star from Elle Magazine. Since they do have such a large following, I am going to try out some of their green apple products and hope for a better smell!!

Product Review - Fresh Soy Face Lotion

I am trying out some different skin care samples that I received from buying a crapload of stuff from Sephora. I am hoping that something will help with these random pregnancy breakouts. I went to have a relaxing facial last week and apparently some of my pores are "congested". Can't you take Sudafed for that? Anyway, I just wanted an hour in a dark room with someone rubbing my migraine-riddled head and massaging tiny circles on my face....I really could have cared less about all of the organic treatments, super masks, and scents to de-stress my skin. In case you were wondering, I apaarently have ocean inspired skin; which was discovered after inhaling deep breaths of various scents - it was a bit of a wierd ritual but I digress.

I got home and wanted to cure the congestion so I am in the process of trying all of these samples that I have accumulated over the last few months. After this organic facial I opted to try the Fresh Brand. It has Fresh and soy in the title so this stuff had to be made in some green factory in Colorado by ladies wearing no deodorant and Birkenstocks (I am trying to be green). So I washed my face as usual and then applied the lotion to my dry face. First of all, it was a bit greasy for my taste. It felt more like cocoa butter than the silky moisturizers I am used to. The real disappointment of this lotion actually came from the smell. This scent combo of cucumbers and rose water sent my gag reflex reeling. I never knew that rose water smelled like that...whatever "that" was. All in all, I will not be buying anymore of the Fresh products. I think I am just a little too inorganic and artificial for these products but hey at least I tried!

The Joys of Pregnancy

I was so excited to get pregnant. I had visions of cute peasant style dresses filled with a round belly and skinny ass. I believed that flats were only for sissy pregnant women - myself being a professional, would still be wearing three inch high wedges to complete the aforementioned bohemian look. I saw myself without makeup looking like a dewy faced goddess from the Noxema commercials crowned by Pantene inspired bouncing curls. I would be a vision, a woman with child exuding the miracle of life.

Oh but in reality my pregnancy has been oh so much sweeter. Revel with me in my favorite things about being knocked up thus far:

1. Since week 5, I have woken up every morning to the feeling of overwhelming nausea. The thought of food, movement or even the Aquafina sitting beside my bed sends me in to convulsions. (FYI...this has caused my complexion to be a grayish-green color that you might remember from the Exorcist.

2. Hormones surging through my body have caused me emotional breakdowns and feelings of hate and resentment towards my husband. There have been a few spats that ended in locking myself in the bedroom for thirty minutes of sobbing and hyperventilating....you ask why? I say who knows.
3. Killer headaches that would cause anyone in to ask for morphine but because I am with child I get to try to tame with Tylenol...that cracks me up just writing it. These hell-spawned headaches have led to hot baths in the dark that lasted for so long that I emerged looking more like Cloris Leachman than any Noxema model.
4. The cravings for clam chowder, sour cream and onion potato chips and cucumbers are also beginning to annoy everyone around me. My husband has been very accommodating, but after a 40 minute round-trip drive for soup, only to be welcomed home to me vomiting with a change of craving, he is thinking of committing me. Sad part is I might sign the papers myself.
5. And my favorite annoyance thus far: the dreaded c word. I will spare you the gory details but stool softeners are no match for my bowels. The cup of horrid, sandy, decomposing orange flavored Metamucil didn't even nudge my insides. However, the lovely smell and taste of that horrid concoction sent me to bathroom spewing like I had just guzzled a fifth of Mad Dog. Not to mention the embarrassing trip to Walgreen...young guy ringing me up while I buy stool softeners and hemorrhoid pads - good times, good times.

I have to keep reminding myself: this will all be worth it when that baby comes. For you other mothers out there, don't ruin my illusion that having an infant is going to be easier than being pregnant...seriously I can't handle it. And btw call your mother and say thank you ....NOW.

White Pants with Black Shoes??

I went to see The Hangover this weekend and I must say it was a pretty funny movie. It was definitely a bit raunchy but still amusing to say the least. There is one scene when the evil, crow-bar wielding, tiny nemesis steps out of the car in long white pants and black boots. Seeing this fashion statement made me think, "Should you ever wear black shoes with long white pants?" I have done this several times, pairing cute white pants white black sandals or stilettos but it always looked good...I think. Anyway, I think there should be a new cardinal rule of fashion - no black boots with white pants ever.

I love a pair of white pants in the summer....it makes me feel pretty and breezy, a true representation of summer. However, I think there are some definite rules to shoes that can be paired with this hot weather staple.

1. If you are wearing a black/gray/darker shirt, black sandals and/or stilettos are OK.

2. White shoes always look cute!

3. Silver or gold metallic sandals are an easy way to dress up a pair of white slacks.

4. Tans, taupe, and organic colors look great when paired with a earthy toned shirt.

5. Remember that these white pants evoke summer so pair shoes accordingly: nothing too chunky, no boots, and definitely nothing with fur!!

6. White pants with sandals or sleek stilettos are timeless!!

The Brahmin Bag

While I was home, I did manage one super quick shopping trip on my way to the airport. No one would have thought that in those thirty minutes I could fall in love, but I did. I was making my way through the handbag department when I noticed a tremendous sale. I got caught up in the slashed prices and almost bought a pink (I hate pink) Kate Spade bag just because I could get an additional 20% off, but then out of the corner of my eye I saw IT. There was a white aura with silver flecks glistening in the fluorescent lighting as the smell of leather wafted in the air. I walked towards the bag in a daze, at this point I couldn't have turned away even if I wanted to and then I touched it only to feel the softest leather ever...I had to hold back the tears of joy.

Then I noticed that this wasn't a SALE display...damn it. I walked away, looking back several times but I walked none the less. I left the bubbalicious colored Kate and exquisite Brahmin for some other lucky girl but ever since then I have been thinking of this bag. So I want to ask all of you: What do you think of this bag? Please leave comments good, bad or ugly. I will take your opinions in consideration but I may just buy it anyway!! You can't not LOVE this bag. And Baby Makes Three

I couldn't wait to give you all my big announcement. Well it's official ....my husband and I are expecting our first child later this year!! I was waiting to announce it on here since I wanted to make sure things were going well and today I had my first ultrasound. (I have been wanting to tell you all for sometime now since I have been feeling terrible for the last five weeks, hence the reason I have been such a slacker, but surprisingly I kept it all to myself!!) Today, we got to see the little cutie and he/she was posing for the camera big time. Shaking its arms and legs, this baby looked like a dancing queen.

We have been waiting for this day for a while now and I have to say that it was everything I thought it would be. Seeing the heartbeat took my breath away and even though he/she resembles a tadpole, it is the most beautiful tadpole I have ever seen. Once the morning aka all day sickness and killer migraines subside I think I will be even more ecstatic but the constant feeling of overall crappyiness has drained almost the last bit of life out of me....a little dramatic maybe. Seriously though, I feel like I've had a monster hangover for the last month.

So look forward to a few posts about the little cuties progress and several reviews on hot maternity clothes, diaper bags and everything in between. I promise to keep the bragging down to a minimum but it will be difficult....if you guys would have seen this baby, you would be bragging too. Thank you all for your kind words and support during these difficult times and I am happy to be BACK!!

There is so much going on...

Wow - I feel like it has been forever since I have had a moment to just sit down and post. You all know that I lost my grandfather last week and since then things have been in a whirlwind. So basically two Sundays ago I woke up to horrible news, got on a plane, and went straight to the hospital. I was in his hospital room the entire day and thankfully my family decided to keep him on life support until I got there. I had so much peace in getting to hold his hand and tell him goodbye...as he took his last breaths it was just like watching him fall asleep and I knew that he would never be in any pain again. Then I went through three days of sitting with my family, wakes, and funerals and it was great to be able to support my family.

I am so lucky because I had the chance to have a relationship with my grandparents and great-grandparents, and they all brought so much love, support and wisdom into my life. I always felt special. I always knew I was loved and most of all I always felt secure and protected. With both of my grandfather's now gone - I feel a little less special. I just have to trust in my faith and know that as time passes, things will get easier for us all.

From all the running and craziness of last week - I have a cold that is turning into the bane of my existence. My eyes feel like they could pop out of my head, my throat is scratchy and I can't sleep. I am just exhausted. I have a lot to talk about fashion wise - I found some new jewelry sites that I love, a new designer that makes semi-affordable cute summer dresses and a big announcement to make so I plan on having an eventful week next week. As for today, my main objective is to make this itch in my throat go away and get off the couch for at least a quick shower...life in the fast lane.

I wanted to let you all know that I have been unable to post this last week because I lost my grandfather last Sunday night. I have been at home with my family and really haven't had much time to think, much less post. I am planning to get back to work on Monday but I wanted to let you all know that I haven't abandoned the blog....I have just been taking some time to grieve. Thank you all for your understanding.

In Memory of my grandfather - a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend. I will miss you more than you know.

This post is for my "friend" who constantly tries to berate me into submission. I don't like being dominated, especially by someone who acts like a juvenile ass 50% of the time. Your mind tricks don't work anymore - just because you say I am a needy, insecure wife, doesn't mean I am. Am the kind of wife that is going to go out and buy you a 12 pack because you ran out - hell no. Am I the kind of wife who is going to be the DD every weekend for you and your drunken buffoon friends - hell no. I believe that a marriage is a partnership. I believe that things should be equal and I don't believe in catering to a man (unless he is sick or he did something really nice and deserves it but this is completely besides the point).

The funniest part of all of this is that he is more like a girl then any of the wives in our circle of friends. Think Rachel McAdams in Mean Girls - before she got hit by the bus. He is the big gossiping drama queen of the bunch. He is the one who listens to what X says about Y and then starts a big misunderstanding between the two. He is the one that you cannot trust with a secret, even an important one, because he has no loyalty. He is my husband's friend so I will tolerate him but I am through. I'm over the drama and the bullshit. I only want to surround myself with trustworthy, loyal friends - life's too short to deal with jerks.

I don't know about you guys but I am so sick of hearing about waterboarding and Nancy Pelosi. (Plus just because you're the speaker of the house, doesn't mean you have to wear boring ass pants suits everyday - look at the First Lady. I'm not sure if its collagen or bad lip liner but a lot of the time her lips look creepy. I am totally off subject here though.) Everyday we have to hear about how Pelosi has no idea about waterboarding, or knows something about waterboarding, etc. How can anyone believe anything that comes out of her mouth anymore? I personally think she knew about the technique being utilized and understood that it was a necessity at the time and now she is trying to back track big time. Does anyone really believe that the CIA lied to the House or misled them - I for one don't.

Let's think about it - the military and CIA are interrogating prisoners that have tried to blow themselves up, kill women and children and have made plans to kill thousands of people at a time - so is the threat of a lifetime in prison really going to force them to open up. I think these are things that need to be decided on a case by case basis by the professionals involved. Not everything is black and white when it comes to war and the safety of our country, and it doesn't make sense to attempt to put all of these things in a nice neat politically and socially correct box. Does no one in the Senate watch 24 - I mean where would Jack Bauer or the US be without the ability to torture the bad guys...

This isn't a war fought by soldiers with morals and ideals - this is a new era. These are criminals who are targeting every American, every American monument, and every American ideal. The bad guys aren't dressed in black, the bad guys don't look different from your next door neighbor and the bad guys aren't giving up information freely. So many of these scumbags are willing to die and become "martyrs" for their ideals so coercive techniques have to be taken to the next level. Is the American public willing to risk another 9/11? We are going down a bumpy road and I think the Senate needs to defer to the officials that deal with these detainees on a regular basis - this isn't a decision for those sitting in cushy offices on the Hill to make.

Sephora Sets

Sephora has some great gift sets that are a perfect splurge for yourself. I'm not saying that they couldn't be fab gifts but I am planning on getting a couple for myself! I love trying out all the new trends but I hate spending $15 on an eyeshadow that I end up wearing only once.

Bare Escentuals has a set with powder, blush, shadows, lip gloss, a brush and it is package in a cute straw clutch for $49. This is a sea inspired collection that boasts hydrating powers and all natural ingredients. This a great deal if you want to try out this line but I for one am not a fan. I tried another set of eye shadows a while back and I wasn't really impressed but this set is really alluring with its mermaid inspired hues.

Urban Decay has an eye kit that I am in love with. I tried their products for the first time a few months ago and I love the shiny look. Some of the colors have a little too much glitter to be worn during the work day but it is a great line for a night out! The colors in this set are perfect for a bronzed goddess. You get four shades, an eye pencil, and eyeshadow primer for $28!!

Laura Gellar is one of my absolute favorites - I love her bronzers, blushes, and powders. Her set is full of bronze shades for the lips, eyes and face. The star of this set is her all over bronzer. The unique marbling of powders creates a natural tan - and I have found that less is more with her products. This compact will last you the majority of summer and you get the entire set for $45.

Sephora has their own color play pallet with 36 eye shadows, 12 lip glosses, 3 blushers, a bronzer, and three applicators all for only $22!!! While the Sephora brand has been criticized for its inability to create products with lasting color stay, this would be an awesome way to try out several different shades and play with colors. I can also see this as being a useful set for those with big time frequent flyer miles.

I think I am buying the Laura Gellar and Urban Decay sets because they are great products and these are some badass steals.

Project Runway V. The Fashion Show

Whew...I am finally feeling a bit better. It has been a rough couple of weeks - I will actually spare you all of the disgusting details...just trust me, it was BAD. I am glad to be back on track and I hope this week will be productive and healthy.

While I was under the weather I did get a chance to watch some terrible television. I ran through every episode of Law & Order and The Golden Girls so I decided to check out the new Bravo Project Runway wannabe, The Fashion Show. The hit show Project Runway has moved from Bravo to Lifetime so in order to keep the loyal viewership of all of us fashion junkies Bravo had to create a replacement. So here is my examination of The Fashion Show and all of its shortcomings.

Pros
- I like that industry icons can vote on the winners and losers.
- There seem to be some great contestants... I'm pulling for Reco.
- Merlin is a barrel of laughs and I am sure that he will piss a few people off this season.... love the cat fights!

- Fans will be able to buy the winner's outfit of the week.
Cons
- Issac , Kelly and Whatsherame don't hold a candle to Tim, Heidi and Michael.... they are not even in the same league. To illustrate:
Average

Extraordinary

- The Quick Challenge is stupid...and it just produces cheap, chintzy looking stuff.
- America isn't qualified to pick the winner - we vote on personality and likability, not fashion ability.
- There models don't seem to be an integral part of the show.
- There are no fittings, so if the garment only fits the form - the contestant is out of luck.
- The contestants are not used to sewing their own pieces so a lot of the looks are NOT ready to wear.
- If it ain't broke, don't fix it. (Sorry Bravo, we all fell in love with Runway and your cheap imposters will not appease the die hard fashionistas. Cut your losses and give Lifetime it's chance to shine.)

I'm not saying that you guys shouldn't check out the show and make your own opinions but don't expect to be cracking up at Tim's witty musings or agreeing with Michael's spot on assessment of a contestants piece. So in my opionion the winner by a KO in the 1st Round is Project Runway. The chic original is still the best reality fashion show on television.
