Since the thread is some what still alive, i got a great deal on a Startac 7868 dual band on ebay. Powers up great. Just need to connect it. Under the battery is a bellsouth sticker. From what i have read online, it shouldnt be a problem to hook up through page plus etc. Before i get my hopes up, can anyone confirm or deny this?

My FFB company, Statewide Utilities LLC, is even worse: no return envelope, no coupon area in the letter, and a significant amount of uncalled-for financial and legal threats. And of course, no modern forms of payment accepted; they stubbornly refuse to enter the 1990s. There is no excuse for anyone this far in to the 21st century to reject Paypal. The problem is that they don't have to compete, much less service the customer in any way. They've got everybody by the balls, and their only interest is sitting there and collecting the checks. I bet if sued, a judge would order them to accept all forms of legal tender. And all the unprovoked threatening language might even qualify as harassment. But suing is an expensive, time-consuming pain, and that's what they're counting on.

I shared an interest in cars and they eventually invited me downstairs to see the gym equipment and barrels of oats. They young guys were wrestlers in school. I found them to be likeable, bright and articulate. I had no idea they were dealing drugs, but do believe the sentence was very harsh for the sons, who were enticed into the drug trade and later sold out by their father. I hope they get released soon: they've repaid society and learned a very harsh lesson. The father should never be released.

When I say I absolutely HATE dealing with FedEX home delivery that is an understatement! I have had nothing but problems when dealing with items shipped via FedEx home. I don't know who these drivers are that they hire, but they need to find ones that aren't blatant liars! According to tracking, FedEx made 2 delivery attempts. That's odd, because no one rang my apartment buzzer, and NO door tags were ever left. I even stayed home all day waiting on one of those days that they lied about attempting delivery. When I called the customer service rep, she advised me that both delivery attempts were made around 10:57 pm. Really?! 1057 PM?? That is very late, and a very inappropriate time to deliver a package! I'm now waiting on my third delivery "attempt". I paid $45 dollars for shipping, and THIS is the service I receive? If possible, I will abstain from ordering from companies who use FedEx home, or request that they ship another method. I wish I could track the delivery truck, because at this point I would go to them!! Beyond frustrating!!

First, congratulations!

Second, are you generally working from remote or did this also require that you move out to the Bay Area? You mentioned Palo Alto, but I wasn't sure if it was just for orientation/training.

Like Marcelo, also I managed to recover my RAID1 NAS by following the suggestions in this page: the only difference was that I had to use the "--re-add" option because the "-add" option was considered not valid in manage mode by the system.
So, wholeheartedly, thanks a lot also from me!

The updated number for the beltsville location is 240-264-3500. I discovered this information after receiving a postcard in the mail saying I had a package that was attempted delivery 3 times and at this point I need to make arrangements to pick it up. Let me clear this up, I never received and notification that a delivery was attempted in any given day, one day being I was home. I live in a new community in the district and understand that I would be hard to locate so I have listed my cellphone on all packages stating please call if needed. I called the 800 number listed and was told that a manager would be calling the next day, next day no call. I called the next day and the could not transfer but give me the complaint line. So I googled the information and came across a number which is connected to a pay phone. The second time I came across this page, becoming very frustrated. When calling the number listed in here a female who does not like her job answered the phone, with much attitude and negative energy.

Since I work in a federal government building, I had the upper hand knowing FedEx ground, FedEx express and ups are always delivering. After making a phone call to the mail room, and waiting for the FedEx employe to arrive, the driver happily assisted in giving me the phone number. Once I called the new number a very friendly young lady by the name if Marie answered and gave the best service possible since the whole situation. Come to find our the driver assumed it was a apartment so they never put forth effort to find my address .
I had to go to the beltsville location to pick up my package, once there another nice young lady assisted in helping me and explained why they are getting so much bad reputation . FedEx has hired contractors to delver, since this more and more complaints are happening .

Ongoing Saga:
FedEx attempts delivery, I am not home, leaves door tag. Door tag tracks to a different package, not mine.
Get home early next day to wait for delivery. No delivery attempt, no door tag.
Check FedEx system, Package with original, inadvertant door tag was deliverd to someone yesterday (luck people).
Check FedEx system next day, package listed as still at Beltsville (or on truck, who knows). NEW door tag associated with shipment in FedEx system- interesting, I check shipping information for this new door tag, it also tracks back to a different package. I'm confused, call FedEx, they insist that the package is out for delivery, but I think it is because my package is linked to a door tag package that IS out for delivery, FedEx rep insists they see stuff I can't - I don't believe it, but am not in a position to argue with them. At this point, day four, with only one true delivery attempt, and as far as I can tell, the package is in limbo. Even though it is paid for, may have to call credit card company and cancel and have FedEx send it back, and buy item elsewhere. Will update post, IF I ever get this package.

At this point, day four, with only one true delivery attempt, and as far as I can tell, the package is in limbo. Even though it is paid for, may have to call credit card company and cancel and have FedEx send it back, and buy item elsewhere. Will update post, IF I ever get this package.
