不停的跑步，卻還是留在原地不動。愛麗絲忍不住對跑步中的紅色皇后說：「在我們的國家，只要你跑得夠久、夠快，你就一定會到達一個不一樣的地方。」紅后回答：「這是什麼慢調子的國家。你瞧，在這兒，我們必須拼命向前跑，才可以勉強維持在原地。你若想要跑到別處，就必須加倍速度。」換個傳統的說法，就是 rat type="text">今晚去聽問(Wen)老師演講，如我想像的一樣精采第一次接觸到他的雙母語音標系統，是在準備教體育班的時候我心知要教他們kk音標未免太困難，所以上網想到一套注音符號音標法就這麼找到了問老師的網站後來也買了他的書和全套教具所以雖然今天演講的主要觀念我已經知道了但是問老師果然是極佳的表達者可以把完全顛覆一般人學英文的觀念，講到老太太都聽得懂真是佩服！就像是我佩服的另一個人--朱學恆他們同樣都是敢於做大夢，並且親身力行到處去推行既有熱情，更有清楚的頭腦，和絕佳的簡報、溝通能力若用傳統模式，問老師的重點只有兩個：第一、練好中文所沒有的英文發音，就不會有腔調問題第二、去讀外國人的真實語料(authentic text)，就不會有文化和脫節問題簡單而言，就是用學母語的方法學外語這個概念真的半點都不新，新的是他的做法我個人覺得真該頒個創意獎給問老師一般人利用注音符號頂多就是說  /æ/ 的音介於ㄝ和ㄚ之間</summary><link rel='replies' type='application/atom+xml' type="text">「清心的人有福了！因為他們必得見神。」這是今天台灣聖經網的金句但是，這句話的境界，卻離我好遠自從上次看了「絕對做得到的持續術」就想來制約一下自己的行為結果今天試行的結果去家樂福購物，下定決心買一件我要的東西就出來結果經過書刊區又硬是忍不住看了十幾分鐘好不容易忍住不買中午去理髮，正好理髮師在忙別的客人我就先去吃飯，中間好巧不巧經過書局這回可不是十分鐘了事，足足看了四、五十分鐘還買了三本書回家晚上立志要多做點正經事，補足進度結果老婆看公視「誰來晚餐」我經過客廳，又被黏住半小時照預定的算法，今天第一天我就被扣了五點，太悲慘了！看來憑我個人的力量是完全控制不了我的好奇心和吸收新資訊的慾望找人幫忙老婆是絕對不肯的只好如書上說，在blog上公諸於世，給自己壓力了</summary><link type="text">上博客來買書，附帶買了這本「絕對做得到的持續術」(果然滿350免運費的方法，真的奏效啊！)雖然是順帶買的，但是也多少透露我自己的心境對於「持之以恆」這件事，我已經不抱什麼希望了但是每當有這個主題的書時我還是忍不住想看一眼就和減不了重，卻拼命看減肥書的人沒兩樣啊！書的內容很簡單，筆記如下，太簡略請見諒名詞定義：持續術要面對的是兩種目標：增加「不足的行為」，或減少「過度的行為」不足的行為 (如K書)  →  無法立刻確知成效敵對行為 (如打電動) →  立刻得到期待的結果 →輕鬆獲得快感過度的行為 (如抽煙)→ 可以立即且確實感到快感或好處 →難有敵對行為，壞處都不明顯增加目標行為營造行為的助力： prompt營造條件賦予動機：reward降低行為難度總之 (1) 控制目標行為   (2) 控制敵對行為確定是要「增加」或是「減少」行為設定「可量化」 type="text">最近上課處分了一些人，如上課看別科、玩牌、小考作弊……等但是我覺得自己的做法仍有改善的空間我習慣不動聲色，等到證據確鑿時再出手處分。但是其實我的目的不該是處分，而是希望學生停止不當的行為。如果是如此，警告一下又如何？就算因此而抓不到，但就像測速照像機一樣，其實本來真正的目的就不是要抓人啊！因為我通常都觀察了很久，所以會十分肯定自己眼睛所見並沒有錯。但是即使表面上是如此，there Bread裡面的話震醒了我作者講到Fever Pitch (愛情全壘打)裡的男主角，是紅襪隊超級大球迷一到了球季就什麼都不顧，連女朋友都晾在一邊搞到最後要分手，結果他的朋友點了他一句話：「你這麼愛紅襪隊，但是紅襪隊愛過你嗎？」同樣的話可以換成「我的部落格愛過我嗎？」「我的電腦愛過我嗎？」這個晚上，我陪小孩寫功課寫了一小時，陪他洗澡鍵聊天半小時沒有做一點自己的事 (當然其他科也有)雖然主要是針對中、小學但是文法有些地方還是通用的只是……檔案實在有點大另外這個 國中高中題庫網  就更實用了搜集了全國學校的段考題目，算是我目前看過最齊全的希望會不斷更新下去</summary><link rel='replies' type='application/atom+xml'
