They will replay the season two episodes a night for the entire week.

Fringe (FOX): New. A kidnapping leads the team to investigate the person known only as the Observer. Walter seems to have an insatiable appetite when it comes to milkshakes.

Private Practice (ABC): New. Addison’s father comes for a visit and things don’t go well. Cooper gets arrested when he won’t divulge the location of a longtime patient. Starts a minute after the hour and runs 59 minutes.

Melrose Place (The CW): New. Amanda, played by Heather Locklear, is back and much of the WPK branch is none to happy to see her. Do you think her return with give the show a boost in the ratings? If so, will it be for this episode only or going forward? Seems like it has the potential to give the ratings a bump, but unless things really change overall with the show, I don’t think it will be anywhere the ratings bonanza The CW is hoping for long term.

The Good Wife (CBS) New. Alicia is taking on the case of a scientist that is being accused of arson. Peter’s appeal begins.

• The Prisoner (AMC): Miniseries Premiere. Jim Caviezel (The Passion of the Christ) stars in this remake of the 1960’s series as a man known only as Number Six that wakes up to find that he is trapped in “The Village” and has no memory of how he got there or where there is. Runs two hours. Plays twice and again tomorrow before the next two hours of the miniseries, as the next four hours of this six-part miniseries plays over the next two days. I haven’t seen it, but the consensus seems to be that it is somewhat worth watching, but is slow going and not as good as the original. Get the original The Prisoner: The Complete Series [Blu-ray].
