This is the best tea infuser strainer I have ever gotten! I love drinking loose leaf tea, so this was perfect to add to my kitchen. The best part about this product is that you can use it to make a full pot of tea or just a single cup of tea! The tea infuser is made of metal, so it is super easy to wash. I made some Genmaicha tea for my first use, and I was so thankful for the spoon, because in order to have a good tasting Genmaicha tea, you need the perfect amount of loose green tea and roasted brown rice. The first thought I had was, 'Hold on, how can stainless steel be heat resistant?' which is probably what you are asking too, but as you can see, it's DOUBLE wall stainless steel. Now, add to the fact that it's super easy to clean, hold, and use and that I'm a coffee/tea/hot chocolate addict, then you can see why I'm totally in love with this cup!! I put boiling water in this cup to make tea and hot chocolate, and when you feel the outside of the cup, you cannot feel the heat at all! It is totally amazing! I am an avid swimmer, so I was very excited to purchase these goggles. You can choose from black or white, and I chose white. This is an excellent cocktail shaker with professional grade quality. It has a nice ergonomic design made out of durable stainless steel, and it seals very well so there is no worry about leaks as you shake. The included jigger is handy for measuring out typical quantities in 1 and 0.5 oz. increments which makes measuring out liquor a cinch. I've made a number of cocktails with it and it performs perfectly. You can make it for a large number of people or just a single cocktail for yourself. Having 2 little kids in a small apartment, we always have bath toys littered everywhere, to the point where we are tripping on it, so this was the perfect solution. First of all, it is super easy to setup. You take the very durable, high quality mesh bag out of the package and hang it on the 2 suction-cupped hooks that are given to you. Then, you suction it to your bathtub wall, and voila—it’s set up! There are two other hooks that come with it, which I used to hang face towels for my two kids. The hooks are very strong and can hold a lot of weight. In the mesh bag, for example, I put in bathtub cups and toys, like rubber ducks and turtles, and a water squirting device, and they all help up extremely well in the bag. The best part is my kids can pick up the toys after they’re done with their bath and the toys can dry in the bag, meaning they won’t collect mold. Book Review: 30 days to 30

I wanted to read this story, because I was turning the big 3-0, and I absolutely loved it! I downloaded it to my kindle and was reading it on my morning commute on the bus, after work, and whenever I had free time at home. I could totally relate to the main character, which was a big plus. She is a workaholic and puts all her time and effort into her law job only to find out that her boyfriend has been cheating on her with his secretary. The beginning of book is a bit predictable, because she pretty much hits rock bottom, but the rest of the story is really fun and romantic and the ending definitely caught me by surprise! I loved her best friend, Liz, because I was able to relate to her as well, having 2 kids of my own. And Chris is a lovable, down-to-earth character as well. The book is an easy and fun read for anyone! I would definitely read it again!

Product Review: AYL Silicone Cooking Gloves

We bought these silicone gloves because my family loves cooking and now that it's summer, we will be doing a lot of grilling, of course. Every time we used it, we loved it. Usually, we buy the cotton oven mitts from a retail store, but these are amazing. They are extremely heat resistant (pictured, you can see my husband holding a broiling pan with steak from the oven with the glove), easy to wash (because it's silicone, a simple scrub down after use cleans it thoroughly) and are super comfy (it's line with cotton), too! We love that it's a glove feature rather than the mitt, which only has room for a thumb and then rest of your hand. They are really nice for hot liquids that might spill as well because the liquids are just repelled off. They are a super well thought-out product, and we would definitely recommend it!

We've been looking for a good pacifier clip for a while and this one is great. I attached the clip to my baby's collar on her onesie, and she liked it right away. You can attach a pacifier, teething ring, or any small item to this clip. My baby even loved playing with the straps. This pacifier clip is sturdy, well made, and comes in a handy pack of three. I leave one at home, one in the diaper bag, and one in the car. It's super handy and I never have to worry about the pacifier falling on the floor anymore. I never have to search for the pacifier in my bag anymore either. I love this product and would recommend it to everyone!

When I opened it, I was happy and surprised to see that the charger came with a cute bag as well, so you can easily find it in your car and not lose any of the pieces. Product Review: Cozitot Baby Sling Carrier Wrap

I was asked to review this carrier wrap for my baby, and I found it to be really awesome. The instructions are easy to understand, and the product feels very durable and secure for the baby. The best part is that's way cheaper than other products of this type. My baby is 5 months old and 17 pounds and fits perfectly into this carrier. I like that it can hold up to 35 pounds. I have used the Bjorn before and it really hurt my shoulders and back. This carrier, however, lets you hold the baby tightly and snugly against you. I do not feel like I'm leaning forward, like with other carriers. My baby really loves being in the carrier and even chews on the straps. Since she wants to be carried all the time, I feel comfortable putting her in this, to keep my hands free to do chores or read to my other daughter. I really recommend this carrier!

Kid's Book Review: Putter and the Red Car

I was chosen to review the kid's book: Putter and the Red Car by Kate Lund. It is a very nice and interesting kid's board book. It's also unique in the fact that it takes on the perspective of the dog, Putter, rather than a person. The pictures are very cute and illustrate the author's ideas perfectly.

The book encompasses ideas that relate to young children, such as adaptation during change, "building resilience and the power of possibility." It talks about a dog moving from Boston, MA to Seattle, WA with his family. Part of the reason I really enjoyed this book is because I'm currently living in Boston, and the stops they made in Massachusetts, I have all visited before. The dog is a bit apprehensive to move, but he meets new friends along the way, and his owners give him lots of love and reassurance. He gets to have a bunch of new experiences, like eating out at a restaurant, visiting Mount Rushmore, and seeing a museum full of tipis. He has a positive attitude and loves looking at the view as they pass by the beautiful mountains. It is quite the adventure. Putter is friendly, has perseverance, and very loving. Sometimes, I forget that this book is from the dog's perspective!

This is a perfect book for a child who is a bit apprehensive about an unknown change in the future or just a fun read in general. My 4 year old daughter loved it. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Diaper Stockpile 2016

Hi Everyone! Today, I finally had some time to check out my diaper stockpile and boy is it huge!! I'm pretty proud of it, since I took a picture of my stockpile when I had my first baby and someone used it on pinterest. :) So far, I have stocked up on size 1 and size 2 diapers. I have huggies, pampers, honest company, and walmart diapers. All were bought from CVS, Target and Walmart on sale. My baby born in October will probably be in size 2 soon. Here's the breakdown:

Size 1: 615 diapers

Size 2: 826 diapers

TOTAL: 1441 DIAPERS

Hello readers! I've been addicted to googling mom's diapers stockpiles, so I decided to take a picture of my own. It's actally a pretty small pile compared to some moms, but I'm still proud of it.

Wipes: 1,796

Size 2 Diapers: 240 (my baby's almost out of these; she weighs 17 pounds now!)

Size 3 Diapers: 651

Pull-Ups: 72

In total, I probably spent maybe $130 on all these items (from CVS, Rite Aid, Market Basket, and Family Dollar). If you count the fact that she uses 10 diapers a day, I totally need to stock up more!! :) What does your stockpile look like?

2012 Ways to Make Money Online

Hey Everyone. So I've been taking surveys and figuring out how to make money online since 2009 right after college graduation (I graduated a semester late and the market had tanked so I was siting at home, jobless and bored). So three years later, I'm here to tell you which sites I still use, and which ones I've long ditched. I will be listing a couple a day.

1. HCD Surveys

This survey site I've been using since 2009. The surveys are short and sweet and you can get between 100 points ($1) to 500 points ($5). If you are disqualified, you will received 10 points ($0.10).

Advantages: Pays by check; takes up to six weeks. Even if you don't qualify for a survey, you still get paid (a lot of survey sites do not offer that).

Disadvantages: Not that many surveys. Must reply as soon as possible, since surveys fill up quickly.

2. Swagbucks.com

This is by far one of my favorite sites. It's a search and win site. It's just like google.com, but when you search, there's the possibility of winning virtual bucks, which you can then use to redeem prizes. The prize that gets you the most "bang for your buck" is the $5 amazon.com gift cards. You can redeem up to five of the same gift card per month, so that's $25 in amazon.com gift cards!

Things you can do everyday to win swagbucks:
