We use to work harder sometimes, doing overwhelming tasks and overcome lots of problems, and the things seem never end. All make us feel tired and stress.
Then most of weekend we just going out to mall, enjoy relaxing at a spa, and spending money.

How if you want to release your stress and tired after back from work?
Try one of these tips to release your stress and tired without have to leave home:

Watch movie or comedy to make you laugh and forget your stress at least temporary
Sitting on your armchair or couch and listen to the soft music can make you calm down
Sitting on the couch and Soak your feet in the warm water can relax your muscles and reduce your tired
Take a warm bath can really make you feel good
Laying on your bed, close your eyes, relax your body, and try to empty your mind (you can put an aromatherapy if you like)

Mostly of our goals setting year by year are just something about money, achieving something to get more money for life and financial freedom. Review back your goals, have you set your internal goals?

Internal goals i mean refer to : be more patient, emotional controlled well, solve problem as wise as we can, be more friendly, show more affection to your parents, spouse, or children, have more time to snuggle with your spouse and children, create peaceful in your home and work area, be a great dad/mom, and many more you can think about.

Mostly people thought that internal goals would just come as we had achieved our financial goals. If we have more money, we will have more time, then we can show more affection.

But, i think if we achieve our internal goals first, our financial goals will work easier and faster than we can ever imagine. By building a positive relationship and communication, we build a positive support that makes us able to work calmly and productively.

My spouse and i set some financial goals that will transform us to a better living this year, but first of all we try to achieve our internal goals, such as :

We act more open-minded when we discuss of something, than used to debate before
We used to get high-tempered when something wasn't running as request, because of high pressure at work, now we are more patient
When someone wasn't doing as perfect as we want, we try to look at a positive side that nobody's perfect
Keep smiling, be cheerful, and treat every task as a challenge game and fun with it, instead of keep thinking about our limitation, and that we are tired
Eat healthier food and do some exercise
Try not to complain too much to each other
Make a schedule of our work run well, and spend our weekend only for family, instead of keep busy day by day.
talk slowly to our children when they made mistakes by holding their hands, stare to their eyes strictly (show them you mean it and you dont like they did that), instead of yelling
Be more romantic to our spouse, make some surprise, and tease each other sometimes can be fun
I change not to be too selfish, keep busy with my work, because i am not just belong to me, but i belong to my spouse and children, they need me too.
Always welcome my children's greeting, even i am working, instead of ignore them. They are my "prime customer"
And this list will be added and added as we go

By building a peace home, great relationship with spouse and children, good communication, positive mind, healthy body and cheerful heart, we actually building a huge support. We can work easily and effectively with a fresh mind to achieve our financial goals. We need a support, we need a motivation, so start to get it from yourself and your home.

Start to change yourself and habits before you change others.

Theodore Roosevelt once said, "Do what you can, with what you have, right where you are." If you are starting off broke or with very little money, where do you start?
The answer is you start by getting your finances under control.

Remember, "It takes money to make money." It is not the money as much as it is the discipline you must have to accumulate that is essential for financial success. It is only when you can get your finances under control at a low level then you have the ability to manage and grow your money at a higher level.
You have to walk before you run.

Here are the pathway :

Pay yourself first

First time I found this principle through George S. Clason's book "The Richest Man in Babylon".
This book was written many years ago, but his idea is still valid today.
Its principles are simple, direct, and effective.
Take 10% off the top of your income everytime you earn or receive money, and put it aside in your financial independence account and never spend it for any reason other than to invest and grow it.
Then you learn to live on 90% or less of your income. Make this as a habit and your financial success is largely assured.

2. Be frugal

This is the oldest rule for success, but if you do not have the discipline to refain from spending all the money that you earn, then you are simply not qualified to become wealthy.
Try to sort out your needs, write down the needs you should buy and delete other which is unneccesary or able to delay.
I know one of self-made millionaire man who had achieved his financial freedom just in 3 years.
He started his simple living by kept his old handphone where others got their newest one, did shopping when there was a big sale, kept riding an old car while he was able to buy a new one.
One of his principles of financial freedom is he won't buy a new car before he able to own two real-estates for rental.

3. Attract the money you want

If you really serious about your financial future, discipline yourself to open a saving account and put your money in, even if it is only $10. From that day forward, put every bit of money as you can into that account to make it grow.
When you see that account, you activate the law of attraction in your life and your heart. You will find that the more money you put into that account, the more money you want and will attract from any sources that you even havent think about now. You will start to open your eyes of chances you can take to attract money.

4. Get time for experience

The smartest thing you can do is to invest your spare time in learning how to make the kind of money you want to earn later on. By working for a company in a field that interests you. You will get an invaluable form of on-the-job training, and you learn how the business work internally.
Even if you are working full-time at another job, you can work part-time evenings or weekends in another field to learn about it.

5. Feed your mind

You have heard it said that "You become what you eat." In the same way, you become what you feed into your mind on a regular basis. Make it as a habit to think positively and confidently about wealth accumulation by read about successful people stories and how they made it, listen to educational audio program, take seminars and courses, get around with the positive people and people who are working on their goals.

5. Be action-oriented

The most important thing to begin is to take action. The key to success is to get started and then to move forward one step at a time, learning and growing.

We have read a dozen of success books, listened to many success stories and we absolutely have a willing to improve ourselves, but hey.. we are clueless where should we start from? And how?

Well.. First of all, you need to visualize what kind of life you want? Are you dreaming of having a bigger house for family, are you dreaming of driving an expensive car, or having ALL.. better home to stay, better vehicle, better life and having lots of time for people you love?

Then, write down all of them on a paper, the better way.. find the picture of the things you want, stick on a big poster, and put on your photo on the middle, then stick the poster on your room or work space.

Try to solve the obstacles by write them down with the solution.

Make sure there is no excuse to delay your process. Say to yourself that nothing can stop you to your millionaire path.

Think bout the consequences and write them down again. What will effect to your life and family if you do not commit to your plan?

Then after all, write down your specific and measurable goals with deadlines attached for a year progress. Again.. specific and measurable.

E.g : Read books (not specific)

Read 20 books of self-improvement by June 09 (specific)

And for goals to work, you must :

Write them down on a big of poster
Stick it up all over your home, work area, and computer desktop
Make a public commitment by putting it up on your blog, facebook or telling your friends about it
Reading it out loudly when you wake up every morning
Reflect upon them everynight before you sleep

You have to develop this as a habit just as you would brushing your teeth or bathing everyday.

The next step is take out papers, each paper for each goal, then write down the action you need to take to achieve every single goal with deadlines attached.

Put on a checklist for every action you have done.
