11/3 Richmond show cancelled

Subtracting a show this time instead of adding. Do not like. :( Unfortunately the show scheduled for 11/3 in Richmond, VA has been cancelled, due to an unforeseen scheduling conflict. Refunds available where tickets were purchased. Ticketmaster usually refunds these automatically. Bummer.

New show - 1/17/10, San Francisco, CA

New show, taking over the title of "first 2010 show" for the time being at least - 1/17, The Warfield, San Francisco, CA. Click above for more information. Tickets go on sale 11/1 through Ticketmaster. Maybe the Bay Bridge will be open again by then!

Ticket info - 10/22 Chicago show

In case anyone missed the email from Styxworld, there is now a special being offered on the tickets for the 10/22 show at the House of Blues in Chicago. Click above for complete information. This is a special being offered by the charity organizers, so don't be shy about passing the information along to anyone you can think of who might like to go.

The new special offer is a "BOGO" or (buy-one-get-one-free) deal, so now for $100 (plus ticketmaster fees of course) you get two general admission tickets (there's no reserved seating), plus appetizers and drinks including beer or wine. If you want to go for the VIP tickets, which were $250 a person before, $250 now gets you two VIP tickets. For this show, that doesn't get you any closer to the stage, but it does get you access to the VIP areas and the Foundation Room, plus full dinner and an open bar. Tickets can be bought through the same Ticketmaster link as before - password is "GIVEBACK" for the regular GA tickets and "YOUROCK" for the VIP tickets.

And don't forget the proceeds are all going to a charity supported by STYX! If you can't go and would like to donate to San Miguel Schools, they have a donation button on their website at http://sanmiguelchicago.org.

New show - the first one to pop up so far in 2010! Agua Caliente Casino-Resort-Spa in Rancho Mirage, CA. I had to laugh that the website for the casino is the English translation - hotwatercasino.com. Click above for more information. Tickets go on sale 11/23 through StarTickets.com.

On sale info - 10/3, Charleston, IL

Tickets are now on sale to the general public for two shows on 10/3 at Lantz Arena, Eastern IL University, Charleston, IL. Click above for more info. Shows are at 6pm and 8pm. One source said tickets would be on sale by phone and one said only in person at the EIU ticket office, so if you can't go buy tickets in person, a phone call is worth a try!
