<title>Software Engineering Internship Available September 2013</title>
<description>MEDIT creates software for computational chemoproteomics, mainly for use in pharmaceutical research. Each year a handful of carefully selected intern placements are offered. The best applicants will be offered a carefully selected project to complete. Currently, we are looking for a "software engineering intern" for a project that we hope will be challenging but rewarding.

		<title>Save Little Abington Campsite</title>
<description>Our local Scout campsite, and the only site of its type in all of South Cambridgeshire, is under threat of imminent closure.

Supporters of Abington Scout campsite across Cambridgeshire have expressed dismay and extreme disappointment that the sale is proceeding despite protest from all walks of the community who wish to retain Abington Campsite for Scouting, as was always intended by its benefactors.

		<title>Vizualize.me</title>
<description>I'm not really sure how useful an infographic CV really is, but thanks to start-up Vizualize.me I now have one. They are currently in "Beta", and it isn't clear how they plan to monetise their service. Maybe it will grow adverts, maybe not, only time will tell.

		<title>Unix and Linux StackExchange proposed</title>
<description>Help build a better internet. Well, better for you, if you happen to be an expert Unix/Linux/*BSD user.

A new Q&amp;A site is proposed for advanced users of Linux, FreeBSD and other Un*x-like operating systems.

Commit now and start eliminating search results listing nothing but long, thread-based discussions that either don't lead anywhere or are grossly out-of-date.

		<title>Old Websites</title>
<description>The world wide web is something that began to exist, for me, in 1994 when I started my first degree at the University of Sheffield. Being the geek that I am, it wasn't long before I had a web presence. Of course, in those days, that meant hand-crafting HTML in a text editor, religiously avoiding the "evil" MARQUEE tag,

		<title>A good deal on children</title>
<description>I spotted a good deal on children. Typical, I knew my wife and I should have waited...

The same thing always happens when I buy a new computer. I think I am getting a bargain, but two months later I find a much more powerful PC for the same price. Anyone would think there is a constant stream of new or improved computer technologies being developed.
