<p>What is Fibromyalgia?</p>
<p>Fibromyalgia is a widespread musculoskeletal pain and fatigue disorder for which the reason is still unknown. Fibromyalgia means the pain in the muscles, ligaments and tendons. These muscles, ligaments and tendons are the soft fibrous tissues in the body. Most of the patients having fibromyalgia say that they ache all over. The muscles of theirs might feel like they have been pulled or overworked. Sometimes the muscles twitch and many times they burn. More women than men are affected with fibromyalgia and it shows up in people of all ages. If any person gets afflicted to fibromyalgia one should think of the last time they had a bad flu and the time when every muscle in their body shouted in pain. In this case the patient feels devoid of energy as though someone had unplugged their power supply. The severity of symptoms fluctuates from patient to patient and the fibromyalgia might resemble as a post-viral state.</p>
<p>What is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome?</p>
<p>Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is described as a severe, debilitating fatigue, lasting at least six months, associated with at least four of the following symptoms, i.e. impaired memory or concentration, sore throat, lymphadenopathy, muscle pains, joint pains, new headaches, un-refreshing sleep and post-exertion malaise. Other medical and psychiatric conditions that can lead to fatigue should be ruled out, including Lyme&#039;s disease. Many of the chronic fatigue syndrome patients after demanding physical exercise have shown impaired cognitive processing.</p>
<p>Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue</p>
<p>One can say that Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia syndrome are at two opposite ends of the same disorder as the chronic fatigue syndrome lays emphasis more on the fatigue whereas the fibromyalgia syndrome gives more emphasis on the pain. Reason as why the fibromyalgia takes place is still in dilemma but there are many a triggering events that are thought to precipitate its onset. There are few examples that would be an infection, an automobile accident or the development of another disorder like that of rheumatoid arthritis, lupus or hypothyroidism. All these triggering events do not lead to fibromyalgia but they might awaken an underlying physiological abnormality that is already present.</p>

The first way that you can tell if you or someone you know is having a panic attack is by noticing the panic attack symptoms.</p>
<p>What are the Most Common Panic Attack Symptoms?</p>
<p>There are actually many different panic attack symptoms, and it should be known right away that a panic attack will often begin abruptly, and will then peak within 10 minutes and then lasts anywhere from about 20 minutes to a half an hour. However you also need to know that panic attacks have many variations, and so not all people are alike in this regards.</p>
<p>There are some very common panic attack symptoms, and this includes that of the following: rapid heart rate, sweating, trembling, shortness of breath and hyperventilation, chills, hot flashes, nausea, abdominal cramping, chest pain, headache, dizziness, faintness, tightness in your throat, trouble swallowing, or a sense of impending death.</p>
<p>In regards to how these symptoms are caused, they are actually caused by a number of different biological changes that occur during times of stress and anxiety and the human body is very resilient and so even in times of serious anxiety we can be strong, although we may not feel it during the time of one of these attacks.</p>
<p>The most important thing to remember is that there is help that is available out there, and so even if you are a constant and frequent suffer of panic attacks, you need to know that there are places that you can go to for help and that there are solutions out there that will be able to make your life much easier and more livable once again.</p>
<p>Remember to go in for regular checkups with your doctor, so that they can keep an eye on you and so that they will be able to tell if you are having onset panic attacks; as well, you may not even realize that you are prone to panic attacks until it is too late and so if you ever feel as though you are recognizing some of the symptoms, then you are going to want to check with your doctor as soon as possible.</p>

<p>For many business travelers, it can be very difficult to constantly travel back and forth from coast to coast or across to other continents. Not only do a lot people find a long air plane flight tiring, they also have difficulties adjusting to the time zone change.</p>
<p>Many flight personnel state that for every hour in time zone difference, it usually takes one full day to adjust. Using this model, if you visit California from New York, prepare to experience up to three days of jet lag. In order to combat jet lag it is important to rest well the night before the flight and once you land in your new destination. Don&#039;t fight your body to stay up or go to bed when it isn&#039;t ready. Your body will adjust; it may just take a few days.</p>
<p>It is also important to stay away from caffeine and alcoholic beverages. This may make your jet lag symptoms worse. Eat healthy foods and try to stick with fresh foods instead of fast food or processed food. While time is usually the best healer for jet lag, follow the above tips to lessen the effects.</p>

The symptoms include redness, swelling, warmth, and pain or tenderness and its prevalence is mostly found on those parts of the body that are exposed like arms, hands and face. This may occasionally get accompanied by headaches and fever chills, muscle aches and fatigue etc. In some severe cases of cellulitis red streaks known as patches are seen to be traveling up the affected area which can result in the formation of a dark border surrounding the effected region. In these cases the swelling can spread very rapidly.</p>

<p>Nursing and care:</p>
<p>Nursing and care mainly encircles around the hygiene and the preventive measures. A good hygiene and proper care of the wounds are the most effective tools to knock off the disease as well as reducing the risks of development. The wounds should be dressed and cleaned properly and those that are wet or dirty are suggested to be changes daily. This may effectively reduce the chances of the transmission and contraction of the disease. In order to reduce the swellings it is advised to elevate the infected area, usually higher than the heart. Application of warm and moist compresses can also prove effective in reducing the pain by increasing the blood flow to the tissues and thus possibly fight the infection. Medically minor cellulitis is treated with oral antibiotics generally prescribed for a period of 10 to 15 days. The function of the antibiotics is to kill the bacteria and thus minimize the chances of further infection. However in cases of severe and widespread infections intravenous IV, or intramuscular antibiotics are given and the patient may need hospitalization as well. A prolonged infection can give rise to the formation of an abscess where puss may get collected. These may drained out through surgical incision.</p>

<p>But, in addition to being enjoyable, music can serve an important function as a stress reliever. It is no surprise that dentists routinely play music in their offices, or that surgeons play it during operations. Bus drivers play music to reduce stress, as do baseball players during their warm-ups.</p>
<p>Musicologists say that music can have a soothing effect, an effect that might have begun when we first heard music while still in our mother&#039;s womb. As a result, music may, in fact, remind us of our mothers, from whom we draw strength and comfort. It has been shown in studies that music where the flute predominates, such as Celtic or Native American music, is often the most comforting. In fact, research indicates that any music performed in person helps to synchronize the right and left brain hemispheres. Music can be especially beneficial to the individuals performing it. It provides a sense of accomplishment which can, in turn, reduce stress.</p>
<p>Music increases the body&#039;s serotonin levels, which are associated with good feelings. Also, music tends to enhance deep breathing, making a person feel more relaxed. Also, background music at work has been shown to cut stress levels. In addition to causing heart rates to decline, music boosts the body&#039;s temperature.</p>
<p>One preferable way to relax is to lie down with a set of headphones and allow the music to wash over you. In this way, you&#039;ll be intimately involved in the music-you&#039;ll feel as if you are part of the music. It is easy to forget the cares of the world when you can escape into music. You should select music that has a slow beat-preferably slower than 72 beats a minute, the standard heart rate. You should focus your attention to the silence that is usually built into musical selections in order to maximize your relaxation. Another popular technique is to use a Walkman while doing your morning walk. This way, you combine the stress-busting effects of music with those of exercise. This provides a one-two punch which is guaranteed to reduce your stress level.</p>
<p>You might also try tuning into nature sounds. Sit in your backyard, close your eyes, and concentrate on the sounds you hear. You&#039;ll be listening to the music of crickets and songbirds, leaves rustling in the wind and wind chimes swaying in the breeze. You can also purchase a CD which offers the sounds of the ocean or the woods. You&#039;ll be amazed at how quickly you&#039;ll be carried away with the sounds. Just ten minutes sitting quietly and listening can put you in an entirely different frame of mind. You&#039;ll find you&#039;re better able to cope with the demands of the day if you&#039;ve spent some time listening to music-whether it&#039;s man-made or made by nature.</p>
<p>It is highly important that you listen to music that appeals to you. If you never liked the Beach Boys, chances are that playing a &#034;Best of the Beach Boys&#034; CD will not calm you down. Furthermore, if you like classical music, but can&#039;t stand Beethoven, limit your listening to Mozart instead. The important thing is that you feel comfortable with your musical selections.</p>
<p>It is hard to imagine a world without music, yet most of us do not take full advantage of the art form. It can be unbelievably effective in reducing stress and improving relaxation. It is no wonder that women have been known to select their favorite music to give birth by. Music elevates our mood; it makes us feel happy and alive. Depending on the amount of stress you&#039;re under, you may end up playing music just in the morning, in the afternoon, or all day. Just remember that music time should be relaxation time.</p>

<p>There are mainly two types of treatment which is generally used to cure the ADHD types of treatment for ADHD; pharmacological and non-pharmacological. It is been found out in various studies that 70% to 80% children are benefited by the stimulant drugs. In the ADHD normally the psycho stimulants drugs are used; they are prescribed for both children and adults with severe ADHD but the dose of the psycho stimulants is different. The psycho stimulant drugs which are generally used are Ritalin. Concereta some non-stimulant drugs are also used with these stimulant drugs such as Starterra as well as amphetamines, such as Dexedrine and Adderall. Your doctor can advise a daily dosage which can be short or long acting. After this initial dosage your doctor may feel a need to increase or reduce the dosage for the drug to give you the desired effect.</p>
<p>The side effects which generally occur due to this medication:</p>
<p>Some adverse effects have been seen in the children after these medications. The most common side effect of these medications is change in the appetite, sleeplessness and anxiousness. The younger children may loose some weight from these therapies Other side effects of these psycho stimulants drugs includes irritability, stomach pain, hair loss, headache, depression, hallucinations, and lack of spontaneity.</p>

<p>Effects of Low White Blood Cell Count</p>
<p>There are two kinds of blood cells in the human body, namely, the red blood cells and the white blood cells. White blood cells (WBC) are important for maintaining the resistance power of the body. They form the basis of the immune system in the human body. The white blood cell count must be just right to have the immune system in the body work just right.</p>
<p>If the white blood cell count becomes too high then the individual can suffer from grave disorders like infection, hypersplenism, bone marrow depression and primary bone marrow disorders such as leukemia. In another way, if the white blood cell count decreases, the individual&#039;s resistance power depletes to an incredibly low level. A low white blood cell count can result in the individuals suffering from several outside infections. It also leads to increase in the organisms within the body which would normally be controlled by the body&#039;s resistance power. The accepted number of white blood cells which are required for a strong immune system is between 4,300 to 10,800 cells per cubic millimeter.</p>
<p>Ensuring that an individual has a low white blood cell count is very difficult. However, there are a few symptoms which can be good indicators of a low white blood cell count in the body. If the individual has a high temperature along with extreme chills or cold and abrupt pain in some body part without any reason, he needs to get his white blood cell count checked up. Some other symptoms of a low WBC is sore throat and a sore mouth along with a white coating inside the mouth and on the tongue. Bladder infection can also be a symptom of a low white blood cell count. Chemotherapy forms the basic form of treatment for a low WBC count. After a few sessions of chemotherapy, the individual can be given medicines like Filgrastim, Peg &#8211; Filgrastim and Sargramostim.</p>
<p>This shows the importance of the exact count of white blood cells in the body. A change in this count can affect the health of the individual to a great extent, even to the point of fatality.</p>

<p>If the time and money constrain someone from the relaxing treatment for the feet, one can try the pedicure and the homemade lotions to enhance the feet. For a pedicure at home, soak the feet in a mixture of warm water, lemon juice and liquid hand wash. Then scrub the feet with a pumice stone or exfoliating scrub to heel or remove the dead skin thoroughly. After that dry feet, trim the nails and push back the cuticle. Rinse the feet once again and pat them dry. Afterward massage the foot with plenty of foot lotion.</p>
<p>Types of recipes</p>
<p>A strawberry exfoliate can be made easily at home. Just mix eight strawberries with two tablespoons of olive oil or sunflower oil. Then add half teaspoon of finely chopped almonds and 1 teaspoon of kosher salt with this mixture. A paste of these ingredients can be massaged into all over feet as exfoliate. A soothing and natural foot lotion is easy to make at home. Mix 1-tablespoon almond oil, 1-tablespoon olive oil, 1-tablespoon wheat germ oil and 12 drops of eucalyptus essential oil in a dark coloured bottle. Then shake these ingredients extremely well and store it in a dry and cool place. Rub this lotion to feet and heels for a gentle effect. The step to get shrill clean feet at home is very easy. All need to have is lemon juice and paper towels. Mix these ingredients together like equal quantity of water and lemon juice. Then smoothly dip the paper towel into the mixture and apply it to the feet. Squeaky-clean will softens, removes odors and smoothes the feet</p>
