Spearole Tea versus Oolong Tea

Well I been reading and hearing a lot about Oolong Tea, is a tea that will help you lose weight. I have been using Oolong tea for a long time and never considered it as a diet / weight loss product. Oolong tea is often used in Hong Kong milk tea, which I regularly use to make.

Comparing to spearole tea, oolong definitely taste much better as a drink but personally I don't think I have lost weight drinking this. As far as I can tell this tea is like any other traditional chinese tea I have ever drank.

If there were some actual reals facts about oolong tea will help lose weight or real experiments tests undertaken similar to spearole tea, then will be more believable.

Many blogs will claim that Oolong tea will help improve your immune system due to antioxidants, don't be fool by this marketing. All teas contain antioxidants, what you really want to check is the actual concentration of antioxidants contain to see which maybe better for you.

To be honest why does everything we eat and drink have to be classified as helping you to lose weight or something that will cause some kind of disease. Personally why can't we just enjoy food for what it is. Next thing we going to hear drinking lipton tea helps lose weight ;).

Has anyone tried Spearole Tea for Weight Loss? I am very curious on other people's experiences with spearole tea. If you have please leave a comment and share your experiences with spearole tea. Whether it is positive or negative it doesn't matter.

So far spearole tea has been a positive experience for me, not so much with Dr. Red's Olevine Coffee. With Spearole Tea I have physically noticed I have lost some weight in the last 6 months and found it relative easy to drink like a normal tea.

However with Olevine Coffee I have not really seen any changes, if any. So it is definitely will be interesting to hear what others have to say about it.

Also I want to wish everyone a wonderful and safe Christmas and New Year.

Lose Weight Drinking Olevine Coffee Review Part 2

This is an update of my original review of Olevine Coffee in September.

I received my Olevine Coffee order this week and found the coffee to be quite full in flavour and leaves a nice lingering after taste. I have tried the coffee with a perculator but found the best way to enjoy this coffee by far is using my good old fashion Vietnamese coffee dripper with condense milk.

In terms of losing weight, I have not used Olevine Coffee long enough to see any results.

However just like Spearole Tea and any weight loss foods I honestly think you still need to include a combination of a balance diet and regular exercise to really achieve weight lost. If you continue to eat a diet of high fat and sugars you are just fooling yourself.

I will do another review in a few weeks so stay tune.

I believe Terry White Chemist is going to stock Dr. Red Olevine Coffee, however as I found out last time it is very hard to get hold of the product often sold out and found it was easier to purchase online. The average price is about $13.50, however Dr. Red is currently selling 6 for the price of 5 which makes i $11.25 for the 105g pack.

Each pack can make approximately 21 cups of coffee which brings it to about 50-60 cents a cup. Not bad, as I would pay similar prices to buy Nespresso Pods for my Nespresso machine. On a side note, Nespresso makes very good coffee out of a machine. I wish Dr. Red would make one for my coffee machine that would be really cool.

If anyone find it cheaper please send me a note and I add it to the list.

Drink Olevine Coffee to Lose Weight

Olevine Coffee created by Dr. Red, the same creators of Spearole Tea have claimed to have found a similar formula to help people lose weight this time by drinking coffee.

With similar tests on laboratory rats they have received similar results to their tests on Spearole Tea. Where the rats have lost body fat and have had reduce in blood pressure and glucose levels.

I already got my order in, as I love my coffee and have been getting bored with spearole tea.

If you check out Dr. Red's website Olevine Coffee is sold as a ground coffee. The beans used in Olevine Coffee is Arabica which gives a long lasting aromatic flavour. I wonder how it compares to Campos and Toby's Coffee in Sydney?

I have been drinking spearole tea now for a while but have to admit it can be quite troublesome to make a cup of tea at work and when I am really busy.

Dr. Red the makers of Spearole tea has brought out a new range where the spearole tea comes in a silky infusers (tea bags). All pre-packed with the exact amount spearole tea leaves and you can simply pour water and instantly make a cup of spearole tea.

Spearole Tea Update

I have been drinking Spearole Tea for over a month now, about 2 to 3 times a day except weekends.

1. Morning
2. Lunch Time
3. Afternoon Tea

I try to avoid drinking Spearole Tea on weekends as I prefer to detox from caffeine.

The results? I wouldn't exactly say it was melting away my fat, but I am losing weight. I started at weighing in at 76 kg and now Im just little over 74kg. In regards to the belly section, it does look slimmer however I think I need a few more months to really see any real difference.

Not bad for just drinking tea.

However on a side note, I have reduce my gym sessions to about once a week due to work committments. Also I have changed is my diet as I am now using Equal Sugar versus normal sugar, as I tend to drink alot of coffee during the time. So I guess they equal themselves out ;).

On a final note,I am getting a little bored with just drinking Spearole Tea, so I may look at some an alternative drink perhaps plain old Green Tea or even Wuyi Tea.

Does Spearole Tea Works

I finally received my box of spearole tea this week. At first glance it is fairly expensive box of tea, seeing I paid nearly 30$ including delivery for 150grams of tea. Making it nearly 200$ a kg. Better be worth it, I been trying to convince my partner it is worth it as soon as my new six pack starts appearing :).

I found the flavour of the tea quite nice however be sure not to put too much, just use the 1 teaspoon as suggested otherwise it does taste bitter. I brewed the tea for about 2 and half minutes as I like a strong flavour.

I generally drink tea with honey or sugar however I have resisted this as I am trying to see if it will help me lose my belly fat.

Generally I am a fairly fit person, however I have a small belly which I have been trying to work off for a year. Mainly with my work life been so busy and having the time each week to work out at the gym does not always turn out to be the case. I still do a session once a week at least but 3 times have been difficult. If this tea will help me lose that last bit of layer fat it will be awesome.

Since starting I havent change my diet habits so will see. I havent really noticed much but it has only been 3 days, so I guess it will take longer.

I visited Terry White chemists over the weekend and guess what this stuff is just sold out. Spearole tea is just selling like hot cakes at the moment.

According to the manufacturers Dr. Red, there is a shortage of the key ingredients. Which has caused the delay of the manufacturing of the product until 6th April 2009. Similarly other online stores are reporting the same shortage.

Spearole Tea is a blend of spearmint, green tea, olive leaf and grape seed. This new tea currently claims to help with weight loss and reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

The unique blend contains the equivalent amount of anti-oxidants as drinking a glass of red wine, green tea, olive tea and spearmint tea in one cup.
