No matter how you block it off, 04 Limited Sazabys are here, there and everywhere in “Now here, No where.”

You can’t escape the crisp guitar punk pop. The boys are back with a solid sound and a tune that the lead singer can belt out from any place really.

It reminds me a lot of the band Saves the Day.. and for that reason, 04 Limited Sazabys gets four thumbs up in my book.

Count me in for looking up their newest album Sonor released today on 5.15.2013.

It’s hard to make playing air piano look cool. But it’s kinda sexy when a girl does it.

Enjoy the weird video “Satellitear” by A Crowd of Rebellion. While it might be confusing, I’m more confused by the awesome dual vocals of the band.

There are definitely two vocalists in the group, and I’m 88% sure one of those singers is a girl. Not the screamy metalcore dude, but the pretty chorus sounds very much like a female protagonist. Yet the cameraman makes sure there is not enough light to make out her face.  Mysterious!

The Otogibanashi’s takes on hip hop skater culture.. thanks to some creative drugs in “Fountain Mountain.”

Wait a second.. this isn’t otogivanashi. So don’t get it twisted. This is Summit artists THE Otogibanashi’s. Straight up hip hop artists that keep it rrrr on the smooth tip. But it’s an alternative to the regular hip hop jams, so I’m posting it here on Sparkplugged.net to culture your ass. So take a sip from the fountain, you might just like it.

Roll the dice. It only takes one to die.

Yep in a wonderful play on English, revenge my LOST play a game of death with multiple die (dice) er.. “Die-c.” The band finally release a video for “Die-c” which can be found back on their 2012 2nd EP variable terrible. Indiesmusic.com has it.

As you can tell by their attire, revenge my LOST are a sophisticated lot that just happen to mix bits of the r’nr lifestyle into their appearance. Piercings, black hair and fingernails. Typical emo stuff. So it comes to no surprise that revenge my LOST are a Screamo band. Get out your throat drops.

Hinomari enters the “Metalzone” but it’s really just some crunchy trippy prog rock in disguise.

Progressive rock can be scary. You never know what you are going to get, and sometimes it lasts over 10 minutes. Luckily, the song is under 5 minutes and throwing in some metal guitar grit really helps you to digest the instrumental sounds of Hinomari. The synth prances at times, skips along the milky way, and other times hurdles you into outer space. Meanwhile, the “metal” in “metalzone” keeps you grounded.

They say that freaks come out at night. In this case it’s just the lead singer of the Tsuduku Band shouting at traffic in “眠らぬ街の眠れぬ夜.”

Yet don’t let that deter you, in fact Tsuduku Band sound great. The lead singer can carry a note, and while we don’t see a band, the background rocking guitars are solid even with that ringing feedback that hums through the song.

Don’t get blinded by the city lights and look out for Nemuranu Machi on 5.15.2013 at Yesasia.

By the power of bleach, Haruka and Miyuki come together with another rocking single  “ニュートンの林檎”.

They even grab some band mates from other groups you might know such as the drummer of syrup16g, a guitarist from onsa, and a bassist from Abstract Mash. The result is in the sometimes synthy and all the time rocking sound. BOOM. Lush vocals and jangly rock for all you alt-lovers.

Find this track (roughly translated as Newton no Ringo) on the long-titled single Mayonaka no Kotoba wa Aoi Doku no Nari,Niburu Sekai ni Hiyari to Sasuru released on 3.13.2013 at Yesasia.
