Vegan Food Pyramid

I’m a vegetarian, walking it would now seem, to a life of veganosity…..

YES I make up words…….the daughter of an English Teacher…..as long as ya get my meaning……

..how does it really hurt???

Break free from the constraints my sweet angels………ask YOUr SELF, “how does it really hurt??”…..And if it doesn’t, then do, do, do, that which flows through you, naturally, in/of/through LOVE……of course?

And as we continue along the flow of DOing that which we LOVE to DO, I offer you my arm as we promenade the venture through, “BEing”….

Ahhhh such HUGEness, as we are floating down our BEautifull pathway, pranc’n and danc’n and sing’n a tune, laugh’n and lov’n the ME that is YOU ?

Yup…..HUGEness……within the LIGHTness of WE.

At 21 I stopped eating red & white meat, not really sure why “fish” is not considered “meat” in and of itSELF, however, I was still munch’n on the white, pink, and sometimes grey finned family members of our oceans and seas…….until at 35, finally…..I stopped eating our little swimming family. True, I never ate much fish, though, hmmmmm, hmmm, hmmm, did I LOVE my sushi!! My favourite was B.B.Q. Unagi! ALLways reminded me of my “meat eating” days, when I’d sink my teeth into a nice juicy rib or steak…..

Amazing what we can DO when we don’t bother THINKing, n’est ce pas??

Ahhhhhh the cliche how TRUE it DOes NOW ring, “ignorance is bliss” ~ for in NOT KNOWing we are also NOT response-able, for how can we BE response-able to act alternatively to that which is “routine” if we KNOW ONLY that which is “routine”…..yes, yes, yes, the ‘double edged sword” of ignorance.

Still, I take the KNOWing and ability to BE response-able in Wisdom, Consciousness and LOVE. That’s my CHOICE as is YOUrs, well, YOUrs~ NO judgment here my fellow Earth Angels Divine

Eating Meat

I come from a “meat eating” family……vegetarianism, alternative nutritional consumption, not really a huge topic in my household.

Eating the meat like a dog off the bone, ‘til that baby was sparkling and bright……whoooyaaababay!! Now yar talk’n the joys of eating in my childhood……
Don’t get me wrong, we didn’t eat like dogs at every meal. hee hee hee

I was ALLways into the “alternatives”, asking questions, seeking truths, walking the path less traveled. ALLways the ‘black sheep’ of the family, challenging the accepted, ‘provided truths’. ALLways seeking more information, digging for KNOWledge as an archaeologist DOes for bones. Uncovering wisdom about the

LOVE ALL by LOVing SELF

TRUTHs of WE, many would rather BE, kept unKNOWn…..in other words, an Ontological Philosopher. So, it’s no big surprise that I live the lifestyle I DO, referred to by many as a “love child”, “hippie”, “moonbeam”, “tree hugger”, “idealist”, “utopian”, “freak”,”Intuitive”, “wacko”, “sensitive”, “out there”, “Artist”, “Angel”, “Empath”,”GuideLIGHT”, “Goddess”, and the like.

Each of which, just so ya KNOW, I wear loud, proud and FULL of LOVE’s Light! I AM soooo honoured to BE the reflection of YOU, YOU see, when looking at ME ?

And……NOW, after years of battling with lactose intolerance, and……….the revelation that came to me recently, about Dairy Cows, which I shall get into shortly, I am acclimatizing mySELF to a non-dairy lifestyle as well~ in other words….NO ANIMAL products shall, these lips pass…..

I gotta say, this one, as easy as it’s gonna BE to give up the dairy – with all the alternatives available…though ya really DO gotta do yar research, pay attention, and be aware!! I bought “rice cheese” just today only to discover that even though they went to the lengths they did to process this rice into a simulated cheese like product, they STILL ADDED MILK to it!!

What the @#&*!!!

I mean seriously!

What’s the point???

Hello?

If yar gonna make an alternative to milk, why exactly are ya putt’n the milk into the alternative, not really an alternative anymore now is it???

Kinda like our government system~~~~”oh yes, this government body isn’t working so let’s replace it with another one, of a different name, with a different face and then do everything that was done BEfore…..changing nothing but hey…..we look good!”

Yes, yes, yes, I KNOW, off I went again………

Dairy Products

Yes, sooo back to me and my dairy…..I LOVE my cheese, my yogurt, MY FROZEN Yogurt!! Ahhhh sweet indulgences!

My mom just broke my yummies the other night, speaking of a brand new frozen yogurt, that sounds like mouth watering heaven!!! Chapman’s Black Jack Cherry, with chocolate pieces filled with sweet cherry delights and vanilla bean cherries to boot, ahhhhhhhhhhh, NOW they come out with it, NOW!!!!

Oh yes, and what about my milk chocolate covered raisins???

Ain’t no other yummies like milk chocolate covered raisins when I’m look’n to satiate a lunar craving!!

mmmmm mmmmm GOOD!

Yes, yes, yes, fine, fine, fine, I LOVE DAIRY…..unfortunately dairy, does NOT LOVE me. Perhaps that’s why ‘my mind’ brought me the question it did, or perhaps that’s why I unconsciously went in search of something within my mind to create the question. However it came to BE, one day, about 5 months ago, this question came to me…..

”how are Dairy Cows, Dairy Cows?”
I never thought about it BEfore….kinda like when I was a pre-teen and never thought about the fact that I was eating a dead cow, chicken or fish……sorry. Yes, that ‘ol cliche again: “ignorance is bliss”.

I KNOW, it may seem like a completely lame question to ask, especially for a mother, who breast fed, and yet still, I wasn’t sure….how did the whole “Dairy Cow” thing work….

I mean it ain’t like they had a line up of cows at the farmer’s door begg’n to be pulled, prodded, yanked and well, milked.

Can ya imagine…..”Hey big farmer boy, wanna pull my udder?”

Ya, uh, no!

Sooooo, how do they do it?

I went online, of course, and asked the question in a search, and what I discovered was why the question and uneasy feeling came to me initially, intuitively……
Dairy cows are impregnated, milked as soon as they are so able, for as long as they are so able, and then impregnated again, and the process continues, for as long as they are ‘fertile’.

Now, I’m not saying they are treated badly, though, there is documentation as well as petitions speaking thereto, especially regarding the male calves~offspring, BEing severely neglected if not out right killed, for BEing considered “useless”, even a “burden”. Then again, how sweet, caring, loving and affectionate is it to ask any BEing to stay in a perpetual state of pregnancy and lactation, not to mention the continuous udder pulling…….

Again, were the cows lining up for a position in the “Dairy Cow” factory?

Well, I gotta say, if nothing else was able to assist me, along my now, clearly intended pathway to veganosity, learning of any animal BEing mistreated, disrespected, abused, etc…

..ESPECIALLY for my personal pleasure cemented my commitment to stop eating dairy.

MIND Musings

This however, has brought up a WHOLE SLEW of thoughts roaming through my mind.

One of which happens to BE, how fantabulously the mind works, I must say!! When I was 21, I didn’t stop eating meat BEcause I was an animal activist or sympathetic to their place in the human food chain in any way. Yet, within only months of giving up meat, I was suddenly looking at my mother’s cooking in a WHOLE new light and it wasn’t very purty. Sorry Mommy, I LOVE YOU!! She really is a GREAT cook, by the way, regardless of what she is cooking, she & it is ALLways, FANTABULOUS!!!!

As I have BEen walking my pathway to veganosity, I have in tandem, BEcome more conscious of animals, of what it actually means to BE eating the flesh of another, actually THINKING about the fact that I was eating the flesh of another ~ something I just didn’t really contemplate BEfore.

Sometimes, we study, research, seek out and ascertain consciousness that leads to changes in our lifestyles, BEhaviours, ACTions, thoughts, and feelings and sometimes, we CHANGE our lifestyles, BEhaviours and ACTions and in so DOing, bring about changes in our consciousness, thoughts and feelings as a result….either way, it would seem, we are expanding consciously.

How cool are WE?!?!?!

I DO want to BE very clear here, regardless of the CHOICEs that I make for ME, that I BElieve to BE the Best, Healthiest CHOICEs for ME, I in NO WAY JUDGE ANY for the CHOICEs they make in their dietary lifestyles. As my brilliant sister so explained, we humans are carnivores biologically, or we would never have taken to hunting in the first place….not to say that NOW that we have ALL of the technologies, advances, alternatives, varieties of crops, we DO, ‘tis not a better way to CHOOSE NOT to eat the meat……regardless, to each, unto his own, I do NOT judge others whom DO.

Woody Harrelson, Voice YOUr SELF

Though for thems that are interested, I did stumble upon a fantabulous site filled with fascinating information about the whole animal farming industry that may BE of interest to ya……YOU remember Woody Harrelson from “Cheers”? Well, if not, he was in a bunch of movies as well….funny, sweet guy. Nehoo….he’s ALL about “BEing the Best I in ME, he can BE for the BEnefit of ALL of WE…..from human to animal to vegetable kingdom and all in between.

His web site, Voice YOUrSELF is chock full of information and this one particular page therein had me just AWEstruck with how very little we actually KNOW~ and this coming from ONE who is very familiar with Monsanto, Codex Alimentarius and the like.

As the saying goes, my saying that is “with the Gift of Awareness, comes the realization of the infinite KNOWledge awaiting our grasp”.

Recently, Willie Nelson, Neil Young {Zion listened to Neil in my womb!!!} and several other fantabulous individuals gathered together to celebrate and raise awareness and funding for

Farm Aid

farmers across America. They call their quest, “FARMAID”….ya may have heard of it.

It helps ALL farmers, from “beef” to “dairy”, vegetable to fruit.

So here I am, watching the farmers tell’n their stories and think’n, “would it really be so bad if ya didn’t have to get up at 4am in the morning to take care of the animals that you are going to slaughter eventually? What if ya went and followed your own personal dreams of SELF expression? What if we let the animals be, live off the land, wild and free?”

Of course, this is my vegetarian BEingness talk’n here……trying to find ways for everyone to BE Happy and NOT eat animals- a CHOICE I made for ME……
Still, it got me thinking……we don’t ask the animals if they want to sacrifice their lives for our nourishment, we are essentially raping them of their lives, not to mention the often times torturous existence many are subject to – which by the way, eating meat from a stressed out animal….not too healthy for the human BEing, by the by…..however, and here’s where my Mind was start’n to DO loop-de-loops: DOes anyone ask the plants and trees if they mind that we are disembodying them? DOes anyone ask the fruits and vegetables, grains and legumes if they mind BEing chewed?

Not to mention plucked, pulled or otherwise snatched from their homes?

Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

NO!

We don’t ask, we don’t say “thank you”, we just take.

Hey, I hear ya, it’s vegetation, it ain’t like it speaks, moves, it doesn’t even bleed…..

HOWEVER…….and remember how magnificent our minds DO work……

Plant Kingdom

Plants, trees, fruits, legumes, vegetables, all of these ‘non-animal’ “FOODS” are ALIVE!

They are ALIVE.

They are CREATEd, just like we, from seeds that multiply, they grow, they expand, change, exist and then eventually they are {if not interrupted} reinstated back to where they come from, providing not only a continual flow of nourishment for our Earth School but their own regeneration.

Yes, it’s true, many fruits, vegetables, legumes, leaves, and flowers fall from their “home”, all on their own, but who’s eating the fallen fruits? And again, lest we forget the “cycle of life” when left alone…how majestically balanced, BEautiFull and vibrant it all works.

Can we see where MY Mind has BEen tak’n me? Oh my, I’m tell’n YOU, on a whirlwind of late…..I actually broke down into complete tears today…….just soooooo overwhelmed by ALL that we think WE KNOW, that we DO KNOW and yet……in TRUTH………KNOW NOT at ALL!

If we don’t eat that which is, or once was alive, what exactly are we left to eat?

How DO we determine whose life is worthy of BEing eaten and whose, BEing saved?

Who are WE to make such a determination in the first place?

Ahhhhhhh NOW YOU see, why judgment is NOT a good thing!!!!

Yes, so my minds whirlwinding around, as I am cleansing, clearing, expanding, transcending, enLIGHTening, & awakening more and more, into the ME, I AM here to BE, the ME, I LOVE mySELF to BE, and bringing forth constant reminders of the fact that we are ALL energy.

EVERYTHING that is, is energy, from the animate to the inanimate. In order for something to BE material, it requires energy to so BE…it requires some form of celluar/molecular/atomic composition or it simply, isn’t.

Everything is Energy

Okay, so everything is energy and as everything is energy, we are all one.

Energy has no boundaries, it can not be contained, has a natural ebb and flow, is neither created nor destroyed, but simply IS, like our ever infinite NOW…..

We’re ALL ONE, with EVERYTHING.

Even if ya don’t want to look at it from such a quintessential perspective, we ALL live on and off of our Earth School.

Having said that…..in that we are ALL ONE, ALL energy and in the end, physicality is ~ at least to our knowledge, transient and definitely NOT the quintessential essence of our BEingness…..we are ONE with the cows, pigs, fish, apples, oranges, figs, trees, mountains, water, ummmmmmm I think ya get my point here.

If everything is in quintessential form and reality, energy, and we are one with all, then consuming a cow is in TRUTH, no different than consuming an apple.

Or is it?

A little while ago Paul Kaihla, Founder and CEO of Soul’s Code, a fantabulous community of LOVE’s Light, asked if I would honour him with a “Peak Experience” piece, from one whom “walks the talk”.

WOW!!

Talk about a Peak Experience moment of happiness ?

So what is a “Peak Experience” anyways?

According to Paul, “Peak Experiences are life-changing moments that become a spiritual touchstone in one’s life.”
Hmmmmmmmmmmmm, Spiritual touchstones in my life……WOW…..I think I can write a book!

Oh ya, I did….hee hee

In TRUTH, we ALL could…….Life itSELF, is a series of experiences expanding our consciousness, the only difference between one whom “walks the talk” and one whom DOes NOT even talk at all, is whether we CHOOSE to BE aware of this FACT, of our expressed experience of BEing.

Peak Experiences in my life developed in a manner similar to that of giving birth, and WHOA did I run the FULL gamet on the PEAK Experiences afforded therein!!

First YOUr water breaks, followed rather quickly by the INITIAL labour pains….often times quite similar~metaphorically~ to that encountered when one is first delving into a “Peak Experience”.

My BEautiFull Sister, Dashing Brother & Me

I can remember sitting at the kitchen table in my family’s home, I must have BEen about 10, Dad was at work, Mom was busy with the pots and pans, and my brother, sister and I were sitting and eating dinner together. There was nothing unusual about the evening, the dinner, or the overall experience until………suddenly……I was there, with my family and yet, NOT.

I went from eating my dinner, an active participant in our routine family dynamics to sinking back behind a veil of, for lack of a better description, an unseen, invisible, yet very present and dense energy field.

Everything outside of the field, which would BE my family and the environment around me, was moving very quickly, as though on a fast forward speed dial, yet the speech of my family was seemingly on the “slow motion” position. I couldn’t really make out what they were saying and yet, I could.

Total Weirdness!

And that wasn’t ALL……
In addition to the imbalance in my sensory input, seeing everything moving really quickly, hearing everything really slowly, I felt as though I had BEen transported out of their dimensional reality. I found mySELF in my own perceptually veiled, slow moving movie, present yet detached & objective. At the same time I was aware of my physical body, which seemed to be running like a race horse!! My heart rate was beating a mile a minute, my breathing was fast and loud and my eyes seemed to be flickering back and forth upon the scene in front of me like a ping pong ball in a high energy game match, and yet………ALL this within slow motion.

Talk about polarity duality!

Motion Distortion

It was as AWEsome as it was terrifying, just like the initial pangs of labour that come as soon as YOU realize, YOUr water {the amniotic sac holding YOUr unborn baby within YOUr womb} has broken.

I’m not sure how long my experience lasted, however, I DO KNOW that I was very afraid that I would stay where I was, and where I was, felt, though right where I had BEen only moments earlier, miles and miles away.

I think after the initial seduction offered by the adventure of my newly discovered perceptual reality, I scared mySELF right out of it, and yet, to this day, this remains one of the most profound moments of my life. It was the FIRST TIME {though most certainly not the last} I CONSCIOUSLY/objectively experienced life from an altered perceptual reality.

WOW!!!

Flip of the Mind Switch

Talk about a “Peak Experience”, to KNOW that one’s life can TOTALLY, Drastically, WHOLLY and COMPLETEly change on the flip of a “Mind Switch”, or the breaking of one’s amniotic sac.

Once I entered into labour, my body and son preparing for his birth, it was not too very long BEfore the pain overtook and I was within the clutches of “Transition”. {there are stages to labour, the last one, right BEfore the baby is ready to BE born is called “transition”~ when we customarily hear the doctors on t.v. say “NOW, PUSH!!!”}.

AAAAAHHHHHOUUUUCHHHHHHH!!!!

Scary and exhilarating as my initial peak experience into conscious awareness was, it was brief. Sometimes, it takes a little more experiencing of something BEfore we are ready to embrace the GIFT of a Peak Experience, sometimes, it can take a LOT more experiencing of something.

After more than a decade flip flopping in and out of an abusive relationship, DOing ALL I could to BE the “BEST I in ME” I THOUGHT I could BE, I BElieved I was BEing, one night sitting in a bath tub, I realized what BEing the “BEST I in ME” really means.

Drowning in Illusion

A psychology graduate and seasoned independent scholar, by this time, in the esoteric arts and sciences of mind and consciousness, I was FULLy well aware of the “Abused Wife Syndrome”.

Still, it took more than a decade for me, enduring countless transitionary labour pains BEfore I was ready to let go of the guilt and fear of NOT BEing the Best I in ME. Ya see, ALL those years I endured that which I did, I did so under the notion that if I was “ALL that I BElieved mySELF to BE” I would BE able to “rise above”the abuse, stay true to SELF and triumph, a heightened BEing of enlightenment, whilst providing the lifeline to another soul, desperately drowning in the darkness of their own creation. What I did NOT realize was that in staying in the abusive relationship itSELF, I was NOT rising above or providing a lifeline, but, BEing dragged under, drowned, and thus, losing my own life line. I was NOT BEing TRUE to

SELF sacrifice is NOT transcending

SELF, for I was saying that, “this”~ learning, growing and expanding of my conscious awareness, this CHOSEn experience of life, within an abusive relationship and environment, is what I deserved and more over, that someone else’s mental state of health and physical well BEing was more important than my own.

It was not until I was sitting in the bath tub, after yet another explosive event, that I found mySELF cradling my own face.

WHAT???

I AM offering my SELF comfort???!!!!

YES!!!

And surrendering to it in complete WHOLEness of my BEing, KNOWing I DESERVE to BE LOVEd by ME, that NO ONE else is more worthy and deserving of my LOVE than FIRST and FOREMOST, ME.

WOW!

LOVE SELF First!!!

Whew, talk about an excruciatingly painFull emotional experience~ kinda like the physical agony I experienced during my “labour transition” leading to the unBElievable exhale of BIRTH………Ahhhhhhhhhhhh the relief and release from torturous pain, like rising from the depths of the ocean to inhale YOUr first gust of breath, into an emotional orgasmic ecstasy like no other!!!

~ Birth ~ Life ~ Breathing ~ Living ~ Eyes Seeing ~ Ears Hearing ~BEing ~

~ CHOOSing to BE ~ Paying Attention ~ BEing Aware ~

~ BEing MindFull of Mind ~ CHOOSing to live in Conscious Awareness ~

BREATHE!!!

That is where it ALL BEgins………

..by STOPping and simply allowing SELF to BE, to BREATHE.

Life can seem very difficult at times, there is no escaping this ~ YET…
It is a very fundamental element of the conditioning we have undergone for centuries and is so finely woven into the very essence of our understanding of that which is life and the experience thereof, we are not even awares 99% of the time, of the illusion within which we operate and for which we support. We have BEcome for the most part, though awakening quickly day by day, a self-policing Universal society. Those whom have mastered the puppeteer strings, imbibing the conditioning, have done so, so very well, that they no longer need be “in the picture”so to speak. Ya see, they have the rest of we, to proliferate their perceptual realities, realities that are in fact, illusions based within FEAR.

YES! Life can seem like a mountainous chasm of hell, if we allow our SELVes to BElieve in ALL the FEAR mongering that is so very pervasive in our Universal Society, BUT!!

YES, there is a BUT………
We DOn’t HAVE TO!!!

We can AWAKEn our SELVes to TRUTH.

We can CHOOSE to SEE that it is WE whom CREATEs reality……….

No hocus pocus, no magical fairy dust, ain’t even gonna bring up that which YOU can’t see ~{namely energy}…….simply the TRUTH, apparent to ALL of WE…..

Shall we……………

which ME DO I CHOOSE to BE

So, we have our friend Joanna, late 20’s – early 30’s, comes from a middle class upbringing, has a couple of siblings, a social network both online and offline and is a trained account manager in the field of telecommunications.

Cool?
Cool.

Take ONE:

Joanna wakes up one day and discovers, she has no job to go to, and her home has been condemned.

Everything she knows to BE her life is suddenly no more~ or so she BElieves.

“or so she BElieves”…….REMEMBER THIS!

She dives into a tail spin. Heads out to the local bar, night after night, awaiting her eviction, getting drunk and THINKING of nothing but how horrible her situation is. She finds her self a room in a cheap motel, with what savings she DOes have taking what stuff of hers she is able to get out of the home before she is no longer granted access. Night after night, she goes out, gets drunk and laments on her horrible situation, how unfair life is, how could this happen to her…. Eventually she winds up living on the streets, selling her body for alcohol and drugs.

Take TWO:

Joanna wakes up one day and discovers, she has no job to go to, and her home has been condemned.

She panics, heart is racing, not sure what to DO, she freaks out a little, pours herSELF a glass of wine and sobs for hours.

Exhausted but KNOWing she has to leave her home within a week, and there is NO WAY she is going to just “curl up and crumble”, she grabs hold of her phone {before they disconnect that too} and starts making phone calls to family and friends, until she has set herself up with a temporary place of residence, and has let everyone that she knows, know, that she is on the market for a job and open to opportunities.

Within a week, she is working at a new job and going to see new homes ……homes that pass any and every inspection necessary, not to mention the fine tooth comb with which she goes over the contract for her chosen home, BEFORE moving in.

Take THREE:

Joanna wakes up one day and discovers, she has no job to go to, and her home has been condemned.

“WOW!!” she thinks, I’ve BEen desperate for a vacation for the longest time!!! Whoohooooooo, time to PARTAY!!!

And she quickly makes arrangements to have all of her stuff packed up and put into storage, books her “dream vacation”and takes off in less than a week for the vacation experience of a lifetime.

Soooooooo, what’s the difference?

Within each case, Joanna is Joanna.

She came from the same background, had the same resources available to her and experienced the same life circumstance that was BEyond her control.

Same, same, but Different, n’est ce pas?

And where did the Difference BEgin?

WITHIN!

In each of our three “takes”, Joanna CHOSE to ACT based upon how she THOUGHT and FELT internally about her external situation.

She CREATEd a chain effect based upon how she CHOSE to perceive, receive and respond to circumstances occurring outside of her, in the physical world.

She CHOSE.

The CHOICEs she made, CREATEd the life experience she had as a result thereto.

What we think and feel today is what CREATEs our tomorrow.

So, how do we CHOOSE to think the thoughts and feel the feelings that will create the tomorrows we want?

We Pay Attention and CHOOSE to BE Aware of the thoughts and feelings we are entertaining in our BEingness.

We CHOOSE which of our thoughts to focus upon

We CHOOSE which of the 64 000+++ thoughts we experience EVERY DAY to actually focus our attention upon.

We CHOOSE, when our attention is focusing upon negative thoughts and feelings to REDIRECT our SELF where we WANT TO BE.

WE ARE IN CHARGE of our Mind.

WE ARE IN CHARGE of our Thoughts and FEELings.

HOW?

By ANY method of LOVE’s Light we are so able to!
Here are a few:

Positive Affirmations:

ie: “I AM an Amazing, Unique, Special individual, capable of and manifesting ALLways every one of my desired intentions.”

Positive AffOrmations:

ie: “Why AM I sooooo very blessed in Every NOW, ALLways, perfectly aligned and openly receiving ALL of my desired intentions within LOVE’s Light for the BEnefit of ALL?”

Changing our external environment:

ie: -putting on some fantabulous uplifting music

-going into another room, taking a walk outside

-opening the shades or closing them

-lighting candles, incense, aromatherapy oils

Changing our BEhaviours/ACTions:

ie: -going into another room, taking a walk outside

-moving from our current activity to another activity

-calling friends or family

-meditating, exercising, breathing

Reinforcing Positivity in our Minds:

ie: -writing our accomplishments each day,

-reading uplifting, assisting and enlightening materials

-learning, researching, finding NEW Ways of looking at things, new views,

perceptions, possibilities by which to see our world through.

-watching uplifting, assisting, and enlightening movies/shows

-speaking to those whom are DOing what we want to DO successfully

-creating a Vision Board of ALL that motivates and inspires us

-CHOOSing EACH Day to DO something, however small, that is aligned

with our intentions

-Attitude of Gratitude –EVERY Day, seek out that which IS Great in YOUr life, however minute or grandiose it may BE, if it IS, it IS, BE GreatFull!

And when, the negative thoughts and feelings pervade, when they infiltrate through, even after YOU have DOne ALL YOU feel YOU can……….FAKE IT!

YES, that’s right, YOU heard me perfectly…….make pretend, use YOUr imagination, make BElieve that YOU ARE Happy, in fact, SMILE, laugh, tell YOUr SELF, YOU FEEL GREAT, Life IS GREAT, things ARE happening EXACTLY as YOU WANT them to, ‘cuz and here’s the kicker……..even though in this moment in time, they may NOT BE……tomorrow is a new day and ya have no idea what’s on its way that can change it ALL and manifest EVERYTHING YOU desire and soooooooooooo much much much much much much more!!!

And then what?

Then YOU’ll look back at today, when you were feeling so low and gray and think what a waste of me…….how better I would have spent my energy ~ if only I had KNOWn……..

Well, we never DO, soooooooo, ya might as well make the BEST of the journey each step along the way, see the positive, come what may, seek it out, look for it, each and every day in each and every way.

Eventually, what YOU’ll find is that YOU’re no longer “faking” it anymore and YOU’re actually enJOYing BEing YOU and the life YOU are living too!!

Try it……next time yar in a ‘slump’, even for 10 minutes, then 30, then an hour and see, if the roof falls down ‘cuz YOU have CHOSEn to BE Happy.

Give YOUr SELF Permission to enJOY BEing YOU, to BE the BEST YOU, YOU can BE, the YOU, YOU LOVE YOUrSELF to BE, ‘cuz YOU deserve no less than magnificence.
