Tempere com sal e pimenta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Retire o frango, retire-lhe os ossos e triture as cebolas com a varinha mágica.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Acrescente o vermicelli e quando este estiver cozido, acrescente o frango em farripas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Deixe cozer mais 5m e rectifique de temperos, se necessário. Acrescente água, cenora e o alho francês finamente fatiados.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quanto começar a ferver junte um pouco de massa e deixe cozer mexendo de quando em vez.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quando tudo estiver bem cozido, deite um pouco de azeite e, o chouriço sem a tripa e picadinho. No  meu caso, enchi uma panela de 3L.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Adicione as batatas cortadas em cubos e deixe cozinhar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quando estiverem cozidas, adicione o grão e deixe mais 2 mins.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Adicione então o molho extra picante, a pasta de caril e os caldos knorr. Leve tudo ao lume.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Assim que a cebola estiver cozida, desfaça tudo com a varinha mágica até obter um creme homogéneo. Pique a galanga, a lemon grass, os coentros e o cebolinho.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ponha o frango numa tigela, e envolva bem com as ervas e o sumo de. Deixe a marinar por umas horas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Levar o leite de coco ao lume, junte o frango e a marinada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Adicionar o molho de peixe e sal e deixar ao lume até cozer o frango. Juntar o creme de coco, a pasta de caril e o molho picante.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Corte a couve chinesa em juliana e adicione. Senão, passe por um passador e use esse caldo para fazer a sopa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Adicione o repolho, o arroz, o bacon e os caldos Knorr. Tempere com pimenta e rectifique de sal, se necessário. Depois do grão cozido, triture com a varinha mágica.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rectifique de sal, se necessário, e tempere com pimenta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Introduza os legumes e o rabanete cortado em cubinhos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Deixe cozer até os legumes estarem tenrinhos. Nada melhor para estes dias. Como toda a gente sabe, é uma receita típica de Almeirim e, portanto, foi por uma receita que encontrei no site da câmara de Almeirim que me guiei para fazer esta sopa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Claro que fiz algumas modificações, evidentemente, e ficou realmente muito boa. Com um pouco de água leve ao lume a cozer. Tempere ainda com um pouco de pimenta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Assim que o entrecosto, o chouriço e a farinheira estiverem cozidos, retire-os do lume e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Relativamente ao restante, assim que as batatas estiverem cozidas triture tudo. Introduza um pouco de couves galega e lombarda e cogumelos, cortados em bocados miúdos. Corte a endivia e o alho francês às rodelas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Introduza mais água e os restantes caldos de carne. Coloque ainda o peito de frango fatiado, a massa, hortelã e cebolinho picado. Deixe a massa e o frango cozerem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Adicione a carne do entrecosto sem os ossos, o chouriço e a farinheira já cortados às rodelas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tempere com sumo de limão. Quando vi a mistura que ele estava a fazer, até tremi. Quer dizer, não muito porque já estou habituada ás maluqueiras dele. Ainda não me habituei foi ao facto de ficarem sempre boas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;E esta não foi excepção. Embora eu tivesse picado as cebolas, em vez de as deixar em rodelas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Espero que gostem. Embora umas duas horas sejam suficientes, deste modo, ficam mesmo macias e saborosas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Primeiro, cortam-se as cebolas em rodelas muito fininhas e picam-se os alhos. Depois refogam-se com um pouco de azeite e vinagre de estragão.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quanto as cebolas estiverem lourinhas, adiciona-se o vinho do porto e deixa-se suar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Depois, adiciona-se água q.b. e acrescentam-se as algas cortadas em farrapos, o leite de coco, o caldo knorr, o molho pesto e o molho picante. Mexe-se bem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quando as algas estiverem tenrinhas, está pronto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Entretanto, espalhe o queijo por cimas das baguettes e leve ao forno até este derreter. Mas eu já tinha comido sopa de conquilhas feita pelo meu sogro e resolvi fazê-la eu desta vez.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Deu para matar um bocado as saudades da nossa comidinha. Se alguém estiver interessado no dito livro, podem enviar-me um email que eu enviarei uma cópia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1kg de conquilhas&lt;br /&gt;100g de cebola&lt;br /&gt;4cl de azeite&lt;br /&gt;150g de tomates frescos&lt;br /&gt;1 folha de louro&lt;br /&gt;100g de arroz&lt;br /&gt;1 molho de coentros&lt;br /&gt;sal e pimenta q.b.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Modo de Confecção:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Primeiro, lave as conquilhas em água fria. Depois de lavadas, coloque-as numa tigela com água do mar. No caso de não ter água do mar, utilize água doce com sal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Leve um tacho ao lume, deite o azeite e deixe aquecer. Descasque a cebola e pique um pouco grosso. Junte ao azeite no tacho e deixe refogar, sem alourar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Entretanto, retire os pés aos tomates e escalde-os em água a ferver, para lhes tirar as peles e, em seguida, as pevides. Depois de limpos, pique-os e junte ao refogado, assim como a folha de louro. Deixe refogar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lave novamente as conquilhas em água fria e coloque-as noutro tacho. Cubra com água e leve ao lume. Deixe abrir(cozer).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Escorra o caldo onde cozeu as conquilhas, passando por um passador fino. Retire os miolos e junte o caldo da cozedura ao refogado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lave o arroz e depois de escolhido, escorra. Junte ao tacho e deixe cozer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Adicione os coentros picados, depois de lavados, e os miolos das conquilhas. Adicione igualmente o bulgur, o alho francês, a massa e as ameixas. Deixe cozer em lume brando.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Entretanto, dissolva o miso numa tigela com água. Quando a massa estiver cozida, retire do lume e adicione o miso. Estava a chover e estavam 12 graus.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Não fui realmente feita para este "verão" holandês, mas, felizmente, o país tem muitas coisas que compensam o tempo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fui ao frigorífico ver o que tinha e lá estava uma embalagem de cogumelos que eu tinha comprado no fim-de-semana e já nem me lembrava que existia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Antes que se estragasse, resolvi fazer esta sopinha. Reserve 3 cogumelos para depois.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quando tudo estiver bem cozido, passe com a varinha mágica.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Misture a farinha com o leite de côco e um pouco de água. Adicione à sopa, juntamente com o alho francês e os 3 cogumelos finamente fatiados. Se fôr necessário junte mais água.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vá mexendo, até acabar de cozer o resto dos legumes. Por isso, para partir a abóbora, simplesmente deixou-a cair várias vezes até se partir em bocados. Claro que se deve limpar muito bem depois e retirar as sementes, as quais ainda vamos torrar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quanto aos ingredientes,  a abóbora foi comprada numa quinta perto da nossa casa por 2€ e as maçãs foram "roubadas" do quintal da minha irmã. Primeiro cozi uma abóbora, e depois retirei a polpa e guardei a água da cozedura.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Na água da cozedura, adicionei duas cebolas, duas macas e 6 alhos. Depois de cozido, adicionei metade da abóbora e fiz um puré com a varinha mágica.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Desfiz o quark numa tigela com água e a farinha de milho numa outra tigela com água, para evitar grumos. Tenho andado a tentar fazer sopas mais como o meu marido, porque as que ele faz ficam sempre muito boas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Esta saiu melhor do que eu esperava. A pasta de caril Tikka Masala da Patak's e um bocado de picante da Sambal deram um gosto espectacular á sopa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ligeiramente picante, mas desde que viemos para a Holanda, eu e o meu marido habituámos-nos a por picante em tudo que é comida.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Talvez por não termos aqui todas as nossas "portuguesices" a que estávamos habituados, começamos a explorar mais outras latitudes. O que até tem sido uma experiência bastante interessante.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Espero que gostem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;½ kg de cenoura&lt;br /&gt;2 cebolas&lt;br /&gt;4 alhos&lt;br /&gt;4 batatas&lt;br /&gt;100gr de alho francês&lt;br /&gt;Massa de piri-piri Sambal q.b.&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres de sopa de massa de caril Tikka Masala&lt;br /&gt;Sal q.b.&lt;br /&gt;Leite de coco q.b.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Modo de Confecção:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coza a cenoura com a cebola, alho e batata em água e sal. Quando estiver tudo cozido, triture com a varinha  até obter um creme bem homogéneo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Em seguida, acrescente água, se necessário, e adicione o alho francês cortado em rodelas bem finas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Acrescente a massa de caril e uma pitada de massa de piri-piri. Não convém acrescentar muito porque interessa manter o sabor da cenoura, é só para ficar com um que de picante.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Deixe cozer em lume brando. Antes de retirar do lume, deite um pouco de leite de coco. Devo dizer que ficou melhor do que eu esperava.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Na verdade, dificilmente me convencerao a ser vegetariana, mas nao precisam de muito para me convencer a comer comida vegetariana ou vegan, porque o que eu gosto mesmo é de novas experiencias gastronómicas, venham de onde vierem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vai dai, lembrei-me de fazer uma sopa de Tofu. Nao tinha muito ideia do que ia fazer nem me apetecia muito cozinhar, ainda tinha que ver os ingredients que tinha á mao porque nao me apetecia ir ás compras e tenho uma dor de costas daquelas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vai dai, o maridao vira-se para mim e diz:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Nao te apetece cozinhar, é??&lt;br /&gt;- Nao muito, doi-me as costas.&lt;br /&gt;- Bem, já ouvi desculpas piores. Entao vai lá acabar de coser as meias que eu faco a sopa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Esta dor de costas já me livrou por hoje. O problema é que me doiem mesmo as costas. Esta maldita hernia nao me larga nem por nada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Enfim, mas o maridao lá se pos a fazer a sopa e eu aproveitei para ver os meus mails. Afinal, as meias já estavam mesmo todas cosidas…&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ficou muito boa, nao sera uma sopa muito convencional, o meu marido nao é um cozinheiro muito convencional, mas ficou mesmo muito boa. Até me passou a dor de costas (é melhor dizer isto baixinho antes que ele ouca ;-)).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 Chalotas&lt;br /&gt;5 Alhos&lt;br /&gt;1 Alho frances&lt;br /&gt;2 Cenouras&lt;br /&gt;1 Limao&lt;br /&gt;1 Cálice de vinho branco&lt;br /&gt;200g de Tofu&lt;br /&gt;50g de Bulgur&lt;br /&gt;Azeite q.b.&lt;br /&gt;Vinagre de Estragao q.b.&lt;br /&gt;½ Lata de tomate pelado&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres de sopa de Miso&lt;br /&gt;2 Colheres de sopa de farinha.&lt;br /&gt;2 Colheres de sopa de leite de coco&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Modo de Confecção:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No dia anterior, corte o tofu em cubinhos e ponha a marinar com o sumo de 1 limao e um cálice de vinho branco.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Antes de comecar a cozinhar, vamos preparar tudo. Dissolva a farinha numa tijela com água, o miso noutra tijela com água e corte o alho frances, as cenouras, as chalotas e os alhos em rodelas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Refogue as chalotas e os alhos com azeite e vinagre a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quando as chalotas estiverem lourinhas, acrescente o tomate. Deixe cozinhar por 5min e depois adiccione 2l de água e com a varinha mágica, desfaca tudo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Agora, vamos adicionar o alho frances, as cenouras, o bulgur e a farinha. Confesso que nunca tinha ouvido falar em tal coisa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mas resolvi levar uma embalagem e logo ia ver para que é que aquilo servia. Cheguei a casa e fui agarrar-me logo á net.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Então aquela pasta de aspecto duvidoso afinal tem nome, chama-se &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miso"&gt;Miso&lt;/a&gt; e é uma pasta de soja fermentada, produzido a partir dos feijões de soja cozidos e misturados com outros cereais.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ao que parece, é muito bom como condimento e para fazer sopa. Existem várias variedades, como o Shiromiso, "miso branco", Akamiso, "miso vermelho", Kuromiso, "miso preto" e Hatchomiso.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Então vai dai, resolvi fazer uma sopa de Miso. Como nunca fiz tal coisa, toca de ler várias receitas, ver mais ou menos como fazer e depois tentar fazer á minha maneira.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Peguei nos ingredientes que tinha á mão e inventei esta sopa que ficou uma delicia. Juntei também um ingrediente típico das terras de Vera Cruz, Sagu, e que posso dizer mais?, experimentem e deliciem-se.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2lts de água&lt;br /&gt;50g de arroz&lt;br /&gt;50g de sagu&lt;br /&gt;50g de algas secas&lt;br /&gt;100g de cogumelos Shitake&lt;br /&gt;100g de pimento em cubos&lt;br /&gt;1 dl. azeite&lt;br /&gt;Vinagre Estragão q.b.&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres de sopa de Miso&lt;br /&gt;1 Caldo Knorr Legumes (opcional)&lt;br /&gt;Cebolinho q.b.&lt;br /&gt;Salsa picada q.b.&lt;br /&gt;50g de Sultanas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Modo de Confecção:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Demolhe as algas com pelo menos dois a 3 dias de antecedência. Embora não seja necessário tanto tempo, 1 dia será suficiente, ao fim de 3 dias, as algas estão tenrinhas e mais saborosas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Leve a água a ferver com o azeite e o vinagre. Quando começar a borbulhar, adicione o arroz e o sagu. Deixe cozer até o arroz estar al dente.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Adicione as algas, os cogumelos em laminas e o pimento em cubos e deixe cozer até estarem tenrinhos. As bolinhas de Sagu devem ficar translúcidas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Entretanto, dissolva o Miso num recipiente com água e acrescente, junto com o cebolinho, a salsa e as sultanas. Deixe cozer dois minutos com lume baixo  e está pronto a servir.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eu acabei por não adicionar o caldo Knorr de legumes, pois não achei necessário. Os meus pais foram de férias e deixaram no frigorífico sobras de uma refeição.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Antes que se estragassem, aproveitei-os para uma sopa que ficou deliciosa...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6 bróculos&lt;br /&gt;4 cenouras&lt;br /&gt;3 nabos&lt;br /&gt;7 dentes de alho&lt;br /&gt;Azeite q.b.&lt;br /&gt;Sal q.b.&lt;br /&gt;1 caldo Knorr&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres de leite de côco&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Modo de Confecção:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Junte os legumes em cima indicados e leve-os ao lume com o sal, o caldo knorr e o azeite. quando estiver tudo bem cozido, triture com a varinha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Adicione por fim o leite de côco e leve a ferver. Quando a batata e a cebola estiverem bem cozidas, passe com a varinha mágica até obter um creme bem homogéneo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Deite em seguida os alhos descascados mas inteiros, as cenouras cortadas às rodelas, os cogumelos laminados, o feijão previamente passado por água, o louro e o tomate pelado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se gostar de picante acrescente ainda na sopa a malagueta picada.
