Come with a mindset that this is going to be a great event and... it will be for
you. You may learn that bit of information that really impacts your project. You
may meet a new friend who has an opportunity that you will mutually benefit from.
If a wrinkle in the event happens (and one always does) adjust an move beyond it.
                            Enjoy the event.

If you want to get the very best from your presenter, show appreciation before the
session start. A call-out "Thank you for presenting!" by one attendee
followed by a nice applause will make your presenter feel welcome. You both will
                            benefit from this.

Volunteers and Steering Committee Members will all be wearing badges. We will do
our best to help with questions that you may have. Be sure to say a friendly hello
                            when you get a chance.

Why not help us achieve maximum attendance? Mention this event (forward this e-mail)
to other developers you know. Carpooling is worthwhile to share the parking fees.

A few notes on the raffle:

We have another great raffle this year (over $100k of prizes and giveaways)
so we are having two raffle drawings.

Attendees will receive two different colored tickets when you check in each day.
One for the Sunday Lunch Raffle - the other for the Sunday Afternoon Raffle.

Attendees will receive both sides of these tickets. Turn in the “drawing ticket”
at the beginning of each drawing. Keep the “claim ticket”.
