Soapbox Studios is proud to introduce their limited edition shirt design from friend and acclaimed artist Cole Gerst. Gerst, who resides in LA, is a majora force in the art community. He has been commissioned by Beck, Yo La Tengo, Weezer, The Shins, and Bright Eyes to create designs that have been seen the world over. Senior Compositor Kevin Thomas just completed a project with CNN's Margaret Anthony entitled, "American Morning." The image piece gives a behind the scenes look at show preparations for CNN's 6 am news.

Compositor Brian Simmons just completed a project with Producer Brian Welch for The Weather Channel. The project I Witness Weather it's a user submitted website that depicts firsthand accounts of various weather incidents globally.

Compositor Brian Simmons alongside senior Audio Engineer JC Richardson recently worked with writer Alyson Fuchs of Cartoon Network on Total Drama Tuesdays.

Brian as well as Soapbox Studios Audio Engineer Nikos Mavrommatis has also been keeping busy with CNN's Writer/Producer Becky Shurts on the upcoming documentary block Latino in America. The two part documentary will air in October on CNN.

Audio Engineeer Nikos Mavrommatis recently worked with Artistic Image's Ken Soons on a new spot for the acne medication Panoxyl.

Audio Engineer Juan Baez just completed a spot for Trokar. Fishing enthusiasts globally recognize the high quality carbon hooks as the best in the sport.

Soapbox Studios has had a great summer! Since June, we have been working with new clients including The Atlanta Falcons, Quikrete, Georgia Lottery, and Miller Lite.

Soapbox Studios Senior Editor Baco Bryles arrived in town to work with his Atlanta clients. Baco has had a busy year working with Cartoon Network, Johns Hopkins Hospital, Mens Wearhouse, and Robert Zemeckis.

Soapbox Live goes to Brazil. Editor Andrew Swinney recently worked with TNTLA Writer/Producer II Patricia Bellini on "Home Theater Triple Feature." Andrew worked from Atlanta while being supervised by Bellini in Brazil. Obrigado!!!

Senior Audio Engineer JC Richardson recently worked with Writer/Producer Alyson Fuchs on Cartoon Networks hit series "Stoked."

Soapbox Studios is proud to announce it's three latest awards from 2009 Promax in New York!

Video editor Baco Bryles and audio engineer JC Richardson received a gold Promax award for Cartoon Network's Tharsdays packaging.

Kevin Thomas won a Silver Promax Award for his work on CNN's "League of First Time Voters" featuring Daughtry and a Silver Promax award for CNN's IReport with producer Danya Levine.

Soapbox Studios works with the GHCC

Soapbox Studios recently wrapped a full production for the GHCC (Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce). The project was helmed by freelance Producer Rafael Ortiz-Guzman. The GHCC holds an annual gala to honor local entrepeneurs and citizens who make a difference in the community. Soapbox was responsible for helming the shoot, creating a graphics package, and post for the live event held on June 20th.

The Atlanta Falcons

Soapbox is continuing work on the ongoing projects for the Atlanta Falcons. Creative Director, Jay Wilson and his team have finished the concepts and design on 3 more features for the Falcons JumboTron. We also just finished our first print pieces including posters and promotional flyers. Next, we will be working on the production and post production of a completely new spot showcasing one of the Falcons' bigger corporate partners.

Soapbox Studios recently had the pleasure to work with Samira Kayali from TNTLA to create a new graphics package for their "Movie Block." The July Movie Block will be sponsored by Quaker State. Creative Director Jay Wilson led his design team to create a fun package that incorporates the sponsor's look and feel. Editor Andrew Swinney, Compositor Brian Simmons, and Audio Engineer Juan Baez rounded out the post team.

Soapbox Studios has rolled out a new, free service called Soapbox Live. Soapbox Live enables clients to view a current live session remotely from any location with internet access. This new technology has a 100% success rate and has worked with clients anywhere from San Francisco to as far as Denmark. Soapbox Live has become an integral part to many of our producers and creative directors resources.

Soapbox Studios wants to give a shout out to a great local Atlanta organization called WonderRoot. Founded in 2004, WonderRoot is a non-profit arts organization that is committed to uniting artists and the community to inspire positive social change. WonderRoot provides production facilities to Atlanta based artists. The program encourages artists to be proactive in engaging their community through service work. WonderRoot also facilitates arts-based service programs in the Atlanta community. Soapbox Studios is celebrating a milestone 10 year anniversary this year. We kicked off the year with a BBQ thanking TNTLA for spending the past 10 years with us. With Fox Brothers BBQ, homemade desserts, and great company we caught up with old friends and made a few new ones as well. We are looking forward to many more years and great projects ahead. You can incorporate any, all, or none of the following elements into your design; logo, font, colors and main areas of the studio. We specialize in post, music, design, and creative. At the end of the contest two designs will be chosen and produced. The two winners will receive $100 and 5 produced t-shirts of their design.

Kevin Thomas recently completed a project called Thompson Reuters Sizzle with Fast Forward Creative director Mark Fredo. Kevin is currently working with CNN producer Becky Shurts on a new project called "Money in Main Street."

Brian Simmons is continuing to cut three new vignettes with director Michael Carney from One October Entertainment and The Cliffs Communities.

Soapbox Studios Design is being headed up by Creative Director Jay Wilson and graphic designer, Chase Curry both formerly of Nine Rodessa. Their work includes projects for Cartoon Network, JG Blackbook, The Jimmy Carter Library, and TNT.
General Manager, Paxton Greene says, "The new addition of Wilson and Curry will further extend Soapbox's range of work and what we can offer to our clients." Working alongside the rest of the Soapbox Studios team, Wilson and Curry will be able to develop and manage creative plans for new as well as existing broadcast, interactive, and print clients.
