Designed by Ionut Predescu, this two seater electric vehicle overed in a carbon fiber exoskeleton and photovoltaic transparent polycarbonate body panels that harness the energy from the sun. All you need to drive this is hold the stick (handlebar), and lean back. When the handlebar is pulled, an electro-hydraulic servo lifts the center of gravity and lets the vehicle lean, and when the pull on the handlebar is relieved, the center of gravity goes lower and stabilizes the vehicle.

Just look at the one above. Looks like a techie driver disposed his old floppy disks and re-used them as car decoration. Very creative. Yet weird too.

Nissan Pivo 2: Robotic Green Car

Take a look at this somewhat toy-look-alike green car... It's what you call Nissan Pivo 2.

Well, this car is something out of cartoons. Maybe even from Disneyland. Something that the Disney characters would ride. Anyway, it is a “robot assisted” car that lets you drive backwards and even sideways will hit the road in Portugal in 2011. Sideways driving ability and robotic car controls aren’t the only futuristic feature on the Pivo 2, the cars are also equipped with “green” electric engines.

There are lots of weird-looking hybrid cars lately but I say that this one is really beyond the term weird. Who wants to get caught riding in this one?

But again, this would make a nice museum item or something. So maybe we could turn our old cars and toilets into this kind.

Well, it's creative but it would be a waste of money especially if you convert an expensive ride like a Hummer for something like this.
