I think national student test (UNAS) , should be held again. Why? If we have been a teacher for many years, Nothing's strange for Unas. There were Ebtanas, we have been carried out for many times. It was as same as Unas right now. As a teacher why we refuse it.
On teaching and learning process, evaluation must be held in the last after planning dan process. We always perform this evaluation process by the time we teach. In this case there is a government interest. The government asks our responsibility for educational budget that we have received. So, government must be responsible to senates. It happened for many years, so that Unas is not a strange policy from the government.
We aware there were deviations in Unas. Many students cheat in class. And there were teachers ignored them. On the contrary, the teachers gave them the answered. They did it to help their students for passing the examination. So, they raised their school prestige, unless their students will have declined in the next year. It's a very big dilema and responsibility for the teachers. So, they did.
It didn't happen in Ebtanas, but it's as same as the corrupt. Do we remember how to help the students for their graduation by the time their score was too bad. All of us afraid when the students were very angry.
Avoiding this case the teachers tried to juggle the local score fanciful. And so, they became passing the examination all. I think it's safer for teachers when the graduation was on the government responsibility. Because of that, it is not fair to exclude this policy.
Unas have been held five times, since 2003. Every years government revises the system. For example, involve the collegian and lecturers for independent supervisor, there were two kinds of test moduls, and the government threatened us for the corruption in Unas.
I think government has done well. Because of the badness morality and integrity to our job, we refused Unas.
Finally, it's not fair to refuse Unas. We hope the govenment will revise the system again.
