Battlefield Play4Free

It is on rare occasions that we enter into flaming and trolling over a game but on this latest review of what appeared to be a great first person shooter Battlefield Play4Free, we felt obliged to write a flame post for the numerous gamers who have been cheated out of their money. We started playing Battlefield Play4Free in October 2011, building up battle points with the weaponry you get on the free to play side of the game. We took a leap and went out and purchased a few battle funds for the Battlefield Play4Free game to test out the inventory. Fortunately for us our investment was only small and the inventory purchased was meant to be for a life time of game play. In less than a month EAsy withdrew all the inventory we purchased leaving us and many others out of pocket and seriously pissed off. This is not the kind of service one would expect from such a prolific and respected game producer.

Battlefield Play4Free Forum Rage

The date 20th December 2011, when the latest patch for the game was released causing all of this grief. Within 24 hours a post on the forums had massive amount of traffic with people complaining and quite rightly so. There were many a gamer who have spent far more than what we have in this genre of gaming. Check it out for yourselves,

http://battlefield.play4free.com/en/forum/showthread.php?tid=61323

Yes we read the ToS and basically clause 10 gets EAsy off the hook, none the less this was a low blow well below the belt. A right royal kick in the nuts to every single gamer out there. We phoned EAsy head office in Sweeden to register not only our complaints but to let them know how disgusted we were at this kind of action. If this is the future of gaming you can stick it where the sun doesn’t shine. To be fair if that is the right word to use, although we doubt it very much, the bods at head office were a little taken back at the amount of uproar and rage this latest patch had caused. We gave them an option of either crediting our account with the battle funds lost or our money back. In both cases they declined but did offer us a 15% discount on future purchases.

Are you out of your tiny friggin mind!!! was our reply

Hey once bitten, twice shy as the saying goes. If we felt that we had been robbed in the beginning our cash is staying firmly in our pockets this time. We sort of politely turned them down on this offer.

Battlefield Play4Free Rage

We value our community and your experience with the game is our top priority

Well if this statement is true you need to visit the Battlefield Play4Free facebook page. With much talk on law suits and direct action through social media EAsy are getting the full force of a gaming communities wrath. We ourselves have taken the decision to stop playing. This was also mirrored by many a gaming clan, who withdrew their own gaming servers for a 24 hour protest putting pressure of EA’s own servers. This action was an attempt to cause the games to lag and have many a gamer, those unaware of what was happening , to have great difficulty in getting access into the Battlefield Play4Free games.

We hope that EAsy see sense and either replace peoples lost battle funds of return their money but something somewhere doubts this very much.

Our advice at this present time is to purchase Battlefunds at your peril, it would even be far better for the gaming community as a whole to act as one and boycott Battlefield Play4Free entirely. The real piss take and slap in the face is to every single gamer out there, YES YOU, as no one from head office has bitten the bullet and had the balls to come out in the open to rectify this situation.

We use the next set of expletives with great care as we cannot find any milder ones appropriate. EAsy, EA and Dice, in our opinion you are a bunch of leaching bloody bastards and shame on you.

Merry Friggin Christmas!! This one is for you Battlefield Play4Free
