It might sound silly but i was not able to find a solution. If i take a simple pendulum and swing it slightly it will oscillate with sme time period. If i increase swing a little it will oscillate with larger amplitude but with the same time period. This will continue to happen till the amplitude becomes large. Now how much big amplitude is considered to be little. I mean what is the maximum amplitude beyond which the pendulum will become anharmonic oscillator.
--
Visitor Ip: 115.69.241.23
Here the questions please comment your answers ........

Title: photoelectric effect
Question: The photoelectric current does not depend up on the frequency of incident photon. But my question is that , if the frequency increases the kinetic energy of the electron also increases. Then the electrons in the tube moves faster to the positive electrode .The motion of the electron helps the accumulation in the anode and the charge crossing the area with in a very short interval of time. Why didn\'t we botherd about this matter?
