I've decided to make this a quick post since I haven't actually been registered for that long, but I really think it's worth mentioning since it looks like it's gonna be quite a good money earner for me, and definitely for you.

CashCrate.com is a fantastic way to earn money, and many people have been satisfied with the website as it is. You get paid for completing offers, taking part in surveys, shopping online and even playing games! These offers seem to be about 25 cents - 1 dollar, and with a pretty low minimum payout of 20 dollars, it seems highly achievable.

You have to be at least 13 years old to participate in this website, but you can be from any country. People from USA and other English speaking countries are more likely to get offers.
If you feel you don't have the time to complete offers, simply post a referral link on a forum or blog, and for each referral, you earn 20% of direct referrals, and even 10% with their own referrals. Some people rack up to 1000s of dollars a month because of the referral program.

Toluna is another paid survey website, but this one comes with a twist. This time, you're allowed to answer polls and make opinions! You'll be able to get more involved with the website and feel a part of the community. Another special thing about this website, is that you may have the chance to be able to try different products, which you will then complete a survey afterwards.

This website is pretty good in my opinion for taking part in surveys. I've received around 32 surveys in the past 2 months I've been with this website. Unfortunately though, about 3/4 of these, I've been denied to take part in since I didn't qualify. It all depends on your profile, and if you're the right person, you may be luckier than me. Depending on how long the surveys are, you will receive 1000-20,000 points. These surveys only really last for 5-15 minutes which is great as some other survey websites provide surveys lasting up to 40 minutes long! You can also earn points other ways. If you take part in sponsored polls, you can earn up to 45 points from these. You can also receive points for inviting people to Toluna, in which 500 points will be credited into your account.

These points can then be converted into gift vouchers. You can convert 1,500 points for 1 prize draw in the £5,000 monthly prize draw; exchange your points (ranging from 3,000-10,000) for discount vouchers; or you can opt for the highest, most point consuming vouchers, which cost 60,000 points in exchange for vouchers from Halfords, Amazon, HMV and others.

Overall, this website is a great opportunity to get involved in the community, and earn rewards from it. You can be from any country to register to this website, but only residents of the UK can partake in product testing. I think this is worth signing up to, since you'll get many survey requests, which you could potentially earn lots of points from.

The first time I stumbled onto Shareapic.net, I was unsure about whether or not it would be a good source of income. Of course, I am willing to try anything on the side, and to be honest you don't have to do much to earn additional income on Shareapic. The whole idea of the website is depending on how many views your pictures get, you receive money for it. Per 1000 views your pictures get, $0.22 is credited into your account. Getting 1000 views on a picture is pretty ambitious to be honest, but there's no saying you can't reach that. It's perfectly possible if you share your pictures willingly – just think about how many visits you are to get if you share your pictures through Facebook, Myspace, Blogger, Xanga and other social networks

So overall, my final feelings of this website are positive. I think it’s an absolutely fantastic idea and I think the website proves well as an “extra” income of money. So far I’ve only earned $0.0013, but that’s just from 3 pictures, and I haven’t posted any of them on a social networking website so it seems doubtful I’d get many views anyway. Now I'm not a big fan of PTC websites (click here to see why) but that does not mean I will completely shadow them out of my mind. I am always on the lookout on different money making methods and I will try them.

You can earn a lot per day if you have lots and lots of referrals; I sure have read people getting at least $10 a day from NeoBux just from referrals, but this was from about 750 of them. You have to work hard if you want NeoBux to actually be a good money maker for you.

The concept of this is basically like any other PTC website - view, click, and get paid for it. You get paid $0.01 per ad you view for 30 seconds. This may seem little, but it all adds up, and if you have lots of referrals it will definitely be worth something to you. You can view up to about 4 - 5 ads from my experience. The minimum payout first of all is $2, then it increases to $3, and increases $1 each time you reach it, until it reaches $10 where it stays stable.

The website itself is easy to navigate on, it's clean and professional - I have no problem with the layout whatsoever unlike some websites which are a nuisance to get from one place to another. This website does seem to pay out, but I have not reached minimum payment yet so I cannot post my own payment proof. However a lovely citizen of myLot has provided you all with some proof. So as you can see people are actually getting paid from it, so they are legit. Some PTC websites turn scam after a while, but you just have to have faith in them and I'm pretty sure this one isn't a fraud. Also, because it has https on the address bar, it means it's a secure server, so My overall feel of this website is positive. I know that if you get a lot of active referrals, you will get a lot of money which is the great thing about it. I recommend this and it's one of the best paid to click's out there.

Wouldn't you like to get paid for reviewing products and services? Ciao UK offers you an opportunity to get paid for reviewing things, and I think it's one of the best for this kind of thing out there.

I first joined Ciao UK thinking I wouldn't get paid much money for the reviews I write, because I'd already joined dooyoo and with their promising reward system, I thought nothing could beat them.

Ciao itself doesn't credit money to your account every time you post a review, but it does so depending on how much ratings and how popular the review is. It's complicated and you may not completely understand the reward system, but at the end of the day, saying your opinion about products and then getting the money is all that matters. You get paid 0, 0.5, 1 or 2 pence per rating which is helpful, very helpful or exceptional and this depends on how financially important the review is to Ciao.This may seem like a small amount, but because this website is already populated with thousands and thousands of members, you'll get loads of views if you're active (meaning more ratings) and it will all add up.

The great thing about this website, is you can post any content that's yours, even if you've posted it on another website. Just make sure it's YOURS, no one likes copy-cats, and you will get banned from Ciao in the end anyway. This means you can cross over any reviews you've already done, and leave it sitting there, waiting to get ratings. It's great really, I left mine one time and hadn't logged onto Ciao for about 1-2 days (I'm a busy person) and I came back and my earnings increased by £2.00, without doing anything! I would recommend you stay active as much as you can, post comments, and leave ratings on other reviews because this way you are most likely going to get more ratings for your own reviews.

So overall, I think this website is pretty good, like i said, 'one of the bests' because of how flexible you can be. My earnings are £4.37 so far, and once I reach the tiny threshold of just £5, I will post proof of payment. I really recommend you go on there. It doesn't matter what country you live in - you don't have to be from the UK. As long as you have PayPal, you can participate in this website.

One more thing, there is another Ciao website, but it's based in the US, and this gives you another opportunity to cross over your reviews again as you are allowed to do this. However I think Ciao UK is a lot easier to use but Ciao US is also good, and exactly the same concept. This just means you can theoretically earn twice as much! Do this, and you can maximize your earnings.

If you want your blog to earn a decent amount of money per month, and you don’t have money to invest into advertising for your blog (lets face it, we're all human!), this is where self-advertising comes in, which will draw readers into coming to visit your website or blog. Remember, blogging is not an over-night money making method, since you need to post and build up your blog to a certain extent before you can start generating real money.

Advertising is when you are trying to encourage people to come visit your blog, and this is vital if you want people to read your articles that you’ve spent so much of your time on. If you are a beginner blogger, you probably shouldn’t start investing money into proper advertising campaigns just yet, because you need to build up your blogging profile and make quite a bit posts before you have the potential to gain some profit from these campaigns. If you feel confident – there’s nothing to stop you, and if you know you’ll get some profit this way, go for it. I just think that it’s best if you wait till you make some revenue with the blog, and you can spend some money on advertising afterwards.

To really expose your blog and make it known, here are 5 ways which could help you promote your blog.

Forum Posting.

Forum posting is a traditional method into dragging the reader into your blog. You could lure traffic to your website if another website of the same niche posts a link of it – all you have to do is post a link of theirs which is easy. This is often called a ‘back link’ and is a significant way of increasing traffic, as readers on their websites may click to go on your website.

If you’re just starting up a blog, you should try and post everyday, but if you can’t find the time, you should at least try four times a week. They can give you some advice and constructive ideas to improve your website, thus making it better and more successful, which ultimately brings more traffic to your website. You really can’t ignore peoples advice because at the end of the day, these people are the ones visiting your website so you’ve got to find out the good and bad points of your website.

There are many ways in increasing traffic, and you shouldn’t opt for the unnatural ‘buy traffic’ websites because it won’t generate genuine readers. You would want people to be interested and engaged to your website because that is the rewarding part, even if you’re making money from it. NoExpiry is another pay to post website, which I think are very rewarding in exchange for the posts you make. You get paid per post you make in the ‘paid section’, offering $0.04 per thread and $0.03 per post with a limit of 10 threads a day. This limit really shouldn’t be that restricting, seeming you have can have an unlimited supply of posts per day, and with that you could make quite a bit of money if you are a keen poster. Just make sure you post useful threads, so you won’t waste any of it, and with this idea in mind, you could be making quite a bit of money. The website layout itself looks a bit messy, with lots of ads hanging around, and occasionally your page will take you to another page which shows an ad, which can be very annoying at times. I can’t blame them for this though, they need some source of income in order to pay posters like you and me.

The payment threshold is $12, which some people may think is a bit of a high value to reach, but I think you should be patient and it shouldn’t be a problem as long as you get the money someday. Let’s say you’re committed to this website, and post 10 threads a day along side with 15 posts. 10 x $0.04 = $0.40 and 15 x $0.03 = $0.45. This will mean that you will be earning $0.85, just from a few threads and posts and you can even stretch your limit of posts which will extend the value of this – to me, that sounds pretty good. It will probably take you about a month to reach $12, as long as you remember to take at least 45 minutes or more of your time to do these posts.

If you feel though you could do more to get some money on this website, don’t fret. I recently received a private message on this website, from a CEO of the website describing a new method of earning money on this website. At first, I didn’t think this website would be that good in making some good extra income online, so I signed up, did a few searches, and left it there. But then a month later after sign up, I came across a post on a forum with somebody describing their earnings and I remembered the site, and thought maybe I could actually earn a bit just from searching!

The whole concept of Homepages Friends is that you search whatever you would search anyway on a normal day-to-day basis (for example using Google for finding out information etc.) and you get paid for your searches. These searches however, must be genuine and you cannot take advantage of this money making method because it’s wrong, and also they have special tools into find out if you really are making authentic searches. I’ve made about 20 searches or more shall we say, and have earned £0.32 from them, and it’s so easy to achieve because you can just swap the search engine you normally for this to gain a little extra money. I haven't reached the minimum payout, but when I do, I will post payment proof. I did find it was hard getting used to this new search platform, because I’m so attached to Google because of how fast and easy it is to use, with a lot more websites indexed to it, but if you can put this aside to earn some money, that would be the best thing.

You can integrate a search box in your address tool bar, just like you can with Google, so you can easily access the search engine without typing the address into your address bar. The minimum payout is £20, which may seem a bit high for you, but there’s no rush as long as you’re going to get the money! I’m not sure how much you get for each search, maybe around 1-2 pence which is pretty good if I have to tell you, and you can easily reach the payout threshold if you are an avid researcher. I would recommend you use Homepages Friends if you’re really interested in getting as much money as you can. You can also make money by referral programs, and putting banners or links into your website. If you prefer to purely write to get money, this isn’t for you and maybe you should opt for getting paid to review, post or to blog. Good luck on your money making ventures!

The truth about paid to click websites

As you know, I’m continuously on the look out for new ways to make money online. I’ve researched methods such as getting paid to review, blogging and advertising, paid surveys, and I have to say, one type of making money that hasn’t impressed me as much as the others, are “paid to click websites”. After the first time I signed up to one, I knew straight away that it wasn’t going to provide me with that much extra income. The concept of these websites is you have to click on advertisements and wait for 30 seconds give or take depending on what website, and earn around $0.01 of revenue per ad. You usually are able to click on 10 ads a day, so that’s $0.10 on one day if you can manage around 4 minutes of your time to do that. Per week, that’s $0.70, so per month that’s $2.10 on an average PTC website. That really is not a rewarding method of earning money online, I have to say. I guess if you’re really interested in getting involved in any money making methods, then 4 minutes of your time shouldn’t be too daunting. But remembering to do this every single day to me sure is off-putting, and there are many other worth-wile ways to earn money, that involve some sort of input from yourself, like giving opinions for paid surveys, and getting paid to review products and services.

It's a risky business!

I have been observing these websites closely as I’ve been looking around forums, and people seem to be really interested in these. There is a big hype going on, and people internationally are trying to find lots and lots of paid to click websites all around the web. This time spent trying to find good paid to click websites could be used in valuable ways and I’ve often read though, that they are getting fed up getting involved in “scam websites” and websites that “don’t come up to standard”. This has really got me worrying, and I really think that you should research which PTC websites you are going to get involved in to prevent any risk of wasting time and disappointment. I just would like to tell you, never, ever invest any of your money to these websites; I can assure you these are scam websites anyway.

Good things they provide

One good thing about paid to click websites, is that there is usually a referral program. You can integrate banners onto your website or blog and whenever someone signs up and clicks on ads, you get a share of that. This however needs effort from both you and the people you refer, because you need to encourage people to join this website, and they need to click on these ads each day which are tedious if I am honest with you. And I have found, even if the person who is referring doesn’t know if the site is legit, they will still convince others that it’s a good way to earn money, and may mislead someone into the wrong website, just for the referral programs incentives. Also, people just seem interested in posting loads of banner websites of PTC websites, which can get annoying, and you need to define which ones are good or not.

Overall opinion

Overall, these paid to click websites are a bit risky, and I wouldn’t recommend you choose this way of earning money, unless you really desperately need every form of income you can get. I can’t make your decision, so in the future I will post and inform you what websites are good, and I will do the best I can to make sure they are legit. Be warned, and be cautious when signing up to these websites, and remember, never ever pay any of your money for them!

When I first begun my money making ways, I researched different possible methods to earn money, and myLot came up. The whole concept of myLot is to be able to express things on your mind - whether it's political issues you need to talk about, or just about what you did on the weekend. You can also share photos with others in this website! Not only this, you get to earn money from it depending on how long your discussions are, and how beneficial they are. You won't receive a lot of money, probably about $0.01-$0.04 per discussion or post, give or take, but you must remember that sometimes it's not always about money, but about gaining friends, useful information, and a sense of community which myLot definitely seems to provide.

People generally seem friendly, and are willing to help. You can also promote your blog/website on myLot, and discuss other money making ways or issues. I would recommend you join this way, but I'll warn you again, you won't earn too much in a month, but you will benefit from this website. Sign up today!

Valued Opinions is another paid survey website I would really recommend. Just like Lightspeed Panel (read my review on Lightspeed), they're professional, and they're not just doing this for their own profit, but for consumer opinions. They really do value the opinions given in surveys, and I think it's worth signing up to help decisions providing products and services to consumers such as yourself and at the same time, earn money!

The amount of money you get per review varies. On average, you would probably receive about £1.00 per review, but it all depends on how important each review is, how long it is etc. In my experience, I've received £0.50 - £1.50 per review, with durations ranging from about 12mins - 20mins. You can however earn up to £5 on one survey, and £50 for completing a specialist survey as stated on the website. You can later exchange these with vouchers worth £10+ from shops such as Amazon.co.uk, Argos, HMV, Topshop and many others.

You have to remember, like many many other paid survey websites, you may not always get qualified for these paid surveys. It all depends on your lifestyle. So if you want to join a free, professional website, sign up to ValuedOpinions.co.uk.

This is an innovative, fantastic way of promoting your self as a musician, and earning money online (read next paragraph). If you are a struggling musician, this is your chance to shine! You can upload the music you have created, and have a chance for people to invest in you and your music, and get reviewed for the music your so passionate about. I think it’s fantastic – increasingly, more and more people in the UK, and arguably around the world are becoming more interested in music, and being more drawn into the music industry. Yes the music industry is tough and pretty hard to get successful but signing up to Slicethepie will expose your musical talent to scouts, and people around the world to get you heard. This will ease your experience trying to break through to the music industry.

For you people wanting to earn money online, it’s rather simple. You basically review music from artists to get incentives. The amount you earn all depends on how many stars you have (1-5 stars), and this is based on how accurate, and how helpful your reviews are. You have the chance to increase these stars if your reviews are concise, and your reviews contain helpful information. If your one star, (you are automatically assigned to this position from sign up) you receive “voucher” money. You can’t actually exchange these for real money in PayPal yet, but you can invest in artists, so however many 1000 downloads their songs get, you get a share of money depending on how much you have invested in them. You need to earn 5.00v (you receive 0.10v per music review) to gain another star, where you can actually earn money. Per review, 1 star earns you v0.10 ;2 stars earn you £0.03; 3 stars earn you £0.05; 4 stars earn you £0.07 and 5 stars earn you £0.10.

My experience with Slicethepie has been pretty good. It can be inspiring to listen to fantastic music, and earn money just by writing short reviews. I don’t know how much characters you need to write, but you probably only have to write one/two sentences using musical terms. Of course, there is some bad music you have to put up with which is torture! But this is not the case all the time, and you remember, you’re still earning money from it. If you can find free time in the day to earn money, you may as well join this website, just to earn that little extra income!

Ciao Surveys

Ciao surveys was the first paid survey website I ever signed up to, but certainly not the best. Of course they are legit and loyal but they have not impressed me that much over the past month I have been a member of Ciao survey s.

It’s a bit confusing getting onto the actual survey department of the website, you have to type in a different URL to get to it, and you can’t actually get onto it from Ciao.co.uk as far as I know. So this is one drawback, making it harder to navigate, but I guess it’s not that much of a problem. The sign up is easy, the usual really, but you cannot create your own password as far as I know, and you have no username, unlike the paid to review part of Ciao (read future posts). Once you sign up, they send you a validation email, which gives you your password, made up of letters and numbers which is difficult to remember. This is one part of this paid survey website I don’t like.

Another, major reason I’ve not been impressed with Ciao surveys, is that the rewards they give you are petty now, unlike before, which I’ve read from some places that they used to be one of the best around! I’ve been sent survey requests, such as ‘take part in our easy 60min survey for £0.10!’ in my email. How unrewarding! There are however occasionally good survey offers sent to you, I’ve been rewarded £2.00 for taking part in a survey about 20mins long, so that’s ok. Also the threshold to redeem the money reward is a mere £5.00, by PayPal, which is achievable as long as they send you good survey offers someday. In addition, the referral program sounds pretty good. For every friend that you refer and takes part in a survey, you receive £1. That alone could help you reach that minimal threshold!

If you’re like me, and have no patience, it probably isn’t the one for you, but what I would say is sign up to it anyway. They have sent me a good offer, but that was on one occasion. They usually send around 2-3 a week, (remember you may not be able to qualify of them) so you still may be able to get that £5 sent to your account. Overall, it’s an OK website, I’ve not been impressed with the format of logging on, or the little rewards given, but you may as well sign up to it.

Set up a blog and earn money from it!

If you're wondering how to set up a blog, you've got to start to think hard about what to base your blog about, and whether or not your passionate enough, and committed to be able to post frequently. This is your first step. Once you have thought of something, think of a good name relevant to what the blog may be. Make sure it sounds genuine, and not as if it's a scam website, for example, if you want to help people earn extra income the same way as me, don't call your website or blog something like 'Free Money 4 U'. First of all, if somebody approached that, it will indicate some sort of scam website - even if that's not your intention. Afterwards, you've got to decide whether your intentions to make this blog, is purely based on passion and potential income, or just passion! If you make this blog just to earn money, you seriously will have a lot of trouble committing to it. If you're doing it because you want to, thats the best way to go, and why not earn money at the same time? There are methods in which your blog could possibly earn you money.

The next step, is choosing a blog platform, in where you are to organize and set up your blog.

- I have chosen Blogger.com (Blogspot), because it's free first of all (great for beginners) and extremely easy to sign up to, navigate around, customize your blog, and edit your posts. You have up to 300MB of storage, and can create many blogs on one email address!

- Another good website that could get you a set income, is Today.com. I've personally tried it, but found it a bit tricky to customize, edit and navigate. The great thing about this website though, is that they reward you with $1 per post (only once per day though) which unlike Blogger.com, you'll get a guaranteed amount. It all depends on how your planning to earn some money.

- WordPress is a very popular blogging platform, but doesn't allow as much storage as Blogger (50MB). Still, it doesn't change the fact that millions use it, because of it's usability and good quality templates.

These three are the top blogging platforms I would recommend to you, but of course there are others. Don't go for one that you have to pay for if you are only a beginner.

After you have chosen which platform you are going to be blogging in, the best thing to do is to gradually post until you have enough content to get a reasonable amount of traffic. Don't rush it, the content will suffer and as a result you will get less traffic.

Next thing to do, is to sign up to Google Adsense, no question about it. It's free first of all, and it basically allows you to earn money for the amount of views you get in exchange for allowing Google advertisements on your website. You have to get your blog approved, but that shouldn't prove much of a challenge, and you'll most likely be accepted in this program. This is good for beginners.

Afterwards, once your blog gets a reasonable amount of traffic, you can sign up to Sponsored Review website, to get paid for reviewing certain websites or products. The bad thing, is that most of these websites, require for your blog to be at least 3months old (some longer), have certain amounts of posts and high traffic. Until you get there, you can sign up to PayingPost.com which from my experience doesn't expect these much requirements, just for a genuine blog. Once you have reached these requirements, websites such as PayPerPost, SponsoredReviews and ReviewMe are great and you can earn a good amount of income from these.

Once you have completed all these steps, you should find yourself having a very succesful blog, with a steady income as a result. Remember you don't have to sign up to these if you're not interested in the money. Blogging and earning money has never been easier, so embrace it!

Paid Surveys with Lightspeed

I've been with Lightspeed Panel Surveys for about a month, and it has to be one of the most rewarding Paid Surveys websites out there. I've been frequently receiving survey requests, lets say about 4 times a week, and they're pretty easy to complete, depending on the time given. I do however not get qualified for all the surveys, but thats just what comes a long with any survey sites, and you must be warned that you may not be able to complete every single one sent to you. This however is not a major problem.

The website looks professional, and it's easy to navigate around. Before you can start to consistently receive survey requests, you must take part in surveys about yourself, which build up your profile and make you more likely to qualify for surveys. These are not too hard to finish, unlike some other survey websites I've been on, and it does help to do so. You can also take part in mini-polls, which you will get rewarded with 5 entries into a massive prize draw worth £5,000!

Rewards

The amount you receive from each survey varies. Just because certain surveys are longer than others, it doesn't mean you'll be rewarded more for that. For example, i took part in one survey, worth about 110 Lightspeed points (roughly £0.95) which lasted 20mins, and i took part in another survey which awarded me with 500 Lightspeed points (roughly £4.25) which only lasted 8 mins! From my experience, the amount you receive is around 80-500 Lightspeed points, which is very encouraging. Another great thing about this website is that the redemption threshold is very low (115 LS points - £1) and you have a variety of rewards to choose from. You can also just opt for PayPal. Or you could exchange it for many household gifts such as watches, jewelery computer accessories or vouchers which you can spend in Amazon, Boots etc.

Overall Experience

Overall, I've had a fantastic experience with this website, and it's been the easiest time ever, and very rewarding. I've received £5.00 in total after just completing about 2-3 surveys. I have recently come across PayingPost.com, and have been impressed with the service, and at the moment, it by far is one of the best blog advertising network websites I’ve been a member of. When I first approached the website, the layout indicated to me that it was going to be a professional and secure website, because of how clean and sophisticated it looked. You are given the chance to either go on an advertising campaign, to increase the traffic of your website or blog, or you can get paid for completing tasks and blog writing, which the advertisers assign you to do.

The importance of advertising your blog is significant. Without doing some sort of blog marketing or advertising, the chances are that your blog or website will go bust and not receive much traffic. I've recently come across a newly developed website, called Comparedby.us in which you write reviews to earn incentives. You have the opportunity to take part and get involved by writing reviews, and as a reward, you can potentially receive money. When I say potentially, I mean that it's not guaranteed that the quality of your writing may prove good, as the reviews you have written are checked once you request payment, and if they feel it's not up to a certain standard, they may not reward you with that payment. Just be careful, and make sure the content you are writing is proper and as good as it can be - they're not looking for exceptional writers, but what they are looking for are honest opinions, with detailed information that may benefit others.

Incentive Plan

Reviews that you submit to ComparedBy.Us are split into two categories; quick reviews, in which the body of the content must contain between 250 to 1000 characters (about 15-150 words) and the extended reviews have to include at least 1000 characters (150 words+). You get $0.25 for a quick review, and $1.00 for an extended review. This is very easy to achieve, and as long as you put your mind to it, you could be earning at least $10.00 a month!

Unlike before, they no longer give the bonus reward of $1.00 for reviewing a product for the first time because of apparent abuse to this system and have banned it for the time being.
Also, you can no longer earn money for referring friends, rating reviews or receiving ratings, again because of the improper use on this website, and therefore this particular incentive plan has been suspended until further notice.

Just remember this website is in beta phase, so you have to spare them a moment to get things going, and be prepared for sudden changes the website may make.

Payment is by PayPal, which is easy, and especially convenient for users outside the US. In order to request payment, you must have at least $20.01 in your earnings summary page. Remember this is potential payment and must past editorial review in order to get it sent to your PayPal account.

Member Roles

Comparedby.Us have implemented a recent change in the website, where you are positioned as a certain role depending of the standard of your writing. These member roles determine how much reviews you are eligible to write per month. You may find this sudden change annoying, but it is a good way to stop spammers going overboard, and clogging up the website with useless content. It also prevents people getting the idea to churn (writing a lot of low quality reviews in a short space of time). However, since many have signed up to this website, it will take a while before each individual is editorially reviewed in order to judge what their role is, so you may have to wait a bit before your role as a rookie as increased or not (see following)

Rookies are limited to 10 posts a month. When you first start out in the website, this will be your default role until you have been editorially reviewed to qualify for a higher role. The reason for this is to stop your time being wasted if you haven't written a concise or detailed review.

Beginner are limited to 25 reviews per month. If you have passed editorial review and have been qualified for at least this role, it means have shown a willingness for writing reviews and you have contributed to the community well. The Beginner role is a stage where you can develop your writing skills, and ability to write good reviews where you can get the assistance of the staff running this website, and eventually you could increase the status of your role. People in the beginner role will be eligible to earn money on the reviews they write about, but still have to go through another phase of reviewing by the editors of ComparedBy.Us

Reviewers are limited to 60 reviews per month. These are members that ComparedBy.Us have faith in to write concise, informative reviews and continuously have great effort. You must deliver reviews to your full potential in order to be a reviewer in this website, and I think it's a role you should aim for, given the fact you have the potential of earning at least $60.00 a month when you are a reviewer.

My Experience

I've so far earned $17, but since the change of how much reviews you can write a month, it's come at a pause and I haven't been able to post anymore reviews. My status is rookie, as I don't think they have reviewed my profile yet.

Overall, this website is fantastic for consumers looking for that right product and getting opinions and people who want to generate profit for giving their opinions.
It's a website worth checking out, and signing up to. I beg you NOT to make spam, petty reviews; they want informative, beneficial reviews, and by cheating their system, you don't deserve to get that money.

MoneySavingExpert.com was a website I didn’t think I would find helpful at all until the last couple of weeks when I saw the real value of saving money and how it can actually benefit you. I was also a bit put off by the layout of the website; too much going on. However, I read reviews and was convinced this website was actually a lot better and professional than I thought. Just one tip: don't always judge a websites quality and benefit of content by the layout. That’s when I decided to take another visit to this website and found it was really helpful. I decided to post this just because I felt it could somehow help you in every day life. This website is very successful, with thousands of people active on the website each day and interacting with each other about their latest money saving advice and other things similar to that.

I found that this website allows you to read articles which help you in gaining and saving money, in the short and long term.

You can also post on forums and see how people are getting on with their new found saving techniques, get some tips and input about certain things or simply post queries if your stuck.

I’ve been using dooyoo for 9 days now and so far my experience has been absolutely brilliant. I’ve been delighted with how I’ve been treated as a member of the community. People are kind and rate your reviews fairly.

The whole concept of this website, is you can talk about anything by writing your opinions on them – whether they’re products, a website, a place or anything that you’re interested in (if it’s not in their catalogue, you can offer a suggestion)

Incentives

You earn 500 doomiles (50 pence) per review you write. On top of this, you get extra miles per reading you receive – 15 miles (1.5 pence) which you may think is a small amount, but it really isn’t. It all adds up, and anyway, dooyoo have been kind enough to reward you with a guaranteed 50 pence per review 150 words+ anyway, so there’s no complaining! You get 10 doomiles per product suggestion that get’s approved of. Some lucky, well talented writers will be rewarded “crowns” on occasions, which, if someones review has been nominated and approved of, get an addition of 1,500 doomiles, (£1.50). This is a little, extra bonus and I think that it’s worth writing well written reviews with good vocabulary, correct spellings and clear punctuation. This will improve your chances on getting crowns, and you see your readings go up the better you write!

My overall experience

So far, for the 9 day period of using this website, I have accumulated around 20,000 dooyoo miles which is £20 in cash and I think that’s a fantastic amount of money to receive. I’ve written 32 reviews which means I’ve received £16 worth of my money from the guaranteed 50 pence per review, and £4 from the readings alone! That’s brilliant I reckon, but it didn’t come so easy – you’ve got to be interested with what your writing other-wise you will have difficulty writing reviews to your best standard.
