In contemplating the law school's future, we have had an opportunity to develop a clear understanding of the challenges facing the law school in both the near term and the long term and to perform a candid assessment of the financial resources we will need to move forward successfully and ambitiously. I am writing to share some of these issues and to provide you with some information about our plans.
