My person was clearing out some emails today and came across photos that my breeder sent her before she got me.

We thought you’d like to see them.

Lovely lady Canadian illustrator person Kendyl Lauzon has drawn a banner for my blog. Isn’t it gorgeous?

She’s super clever and makes all sorts of fun stuffs including bears.

I’ve also got a new blog design which is lots like the old one but better. My person has been working non-stop to get it ready.

And while she’s been doing that, I’ve been eating socks and tissues and then throwing them up on the carpet.

For some reason that didn’t please my person.

As I’ve mentioned before, every doggeh needs a nice place to enjoy the sunshine.

Well, it’s official: I have claimed the back of the sofa in the front room as mine.

I’ve learned how to switch positions without falling off and my person was kind enough to place a blanket up there so that I didn’t get wedged between the back of the sofa and the cushion.

I’ve spent the last couple of weeks making this spot my new home.

It’s super sunny today so I’ve been maximizing my time there.

I love my boyfriend Millo very much but when you get the chance to kiss a boy ferret without commitment, you take that chance.

On Monday night my person and me walked through the snows to our local pet store to buy some stuffs.

While my person was paying I sniffed something odd.

Then I saw the smell up close and it was the strangest looking doggeh ever. Super long.

(My person tells me this is a ferret).

When my person gets ready in the morning she squirts herself with Gap’s Heaven perfume.

It smells lovely.

But she keeps it in the kitchen.

Which is about one foot away from my water bowl.

Guess what happens to all those little ‘Heaven’ particles? They float around the kitchen but mostly land in my water bowl.

That’s no good.

Hey, if you want to feed me poison put it in my food bowl.

My person had a very long talk with a special lady who told her about the perfume thingy.

I always like a sunny spot. What doggeh doesn’t?

This weekend I discovered that, providing I was really careful to avoid getting stuck between the cushion and wood, I can prop myself up on the back of the sofa and look out the window.

And the best part is that this location is super sunny. All that warmth on my face feels very nice.

But I find if I stay in that position for very long, I start to get r-e-a-l-l-y s-l-e-e-p-y.

A while back I wrote about the dangers of rawhide.

My person switched me to Bully Sticks which are explained here.

I like chewing Bully Sticks. In fact I like them so much that I can get through a packet in one week. These things cost $15 per packet so my person decided to try out beef marrow bones which are $5 for three.

I have carried out the Sadie Shih Tzu taste test on these bones and am delighted to report that they are DELICIOUS. So delicious that my person couldn’t prize the bone away from me.

Sometimes I even sleep with the bone.

Doggehs and peoples: if you’re looking for a safe alternative to rawhide, I can highly recommend Bully Sticks for the rich among you and beef marrow bones for the the frugal.
