Four great chances to see what your neighbors are doing.

3000 gallons of water harvesting capability – 10 300-gallon tanks linked underground, filled from the house's rain gutters, and directed to the yard via a pressurized pump system

Photovoltaic solar collectors on the roof

Special insulation with a double radiant barrier that effectively insulates up to R42

Laundry greywater recycling uses a garage collection tank and a hose bib to deliver the water to buried pipes in appropriate outside areas

Bathtub greywater recycles via a pump that delivers the water to backyard trees. The water can be regulated to deliver to particular sub-areas at any given time.

A 600-gallon rain barrel was recently installed and is just waiting for rain.
