I was born and raised in the Bay Area and clearly understand why people are drawn to this incredible area. As a teenager, I was introduced to the world of real estate by my parents who have been successful real estate investors their entire adult lives. In addition to this focus, I enjoy helping first time buyers establish themselves through the acquisition of property that has a second unit or guesthouse, helping to subsidize their mortgage payments and experience the benefits of home ownership while maintaining a comfortable lifestyle.
