Small details can really make a difference when adding finishing touches to web design projects. Taking the extra step will make you stand out from the crowd and your clients will love it. Here at SE7EN, we love using WordPress as a CMS and In this quick tutorial I am going to show you how to create a custom WordPress login page. The default wordpress login page-a white background and a WordPress logo-does the job but it is really nothing special.

The easiest and fastest way to add a custom login page to your web design project is to download the BM Custom Login.

There are other way to customize your login but the advantage of using a plugin is that your custom login page will remain intact when you upgrade your WordPress installation(which, as we all know, happens quite often).

Take the following quick steps and you’ll have a custom login page in no time.

Download this plugin: BM Custom Login.
Install the plugin by placing in the worpdess installation plugin directory: ‘ /wp-content/plugins/ ‘
Modify the ‘login-bkg-tile’ PDS file that is included for your convenience.
Save the final image in the ‘images’ directory of the BM Custom Login folder.
Activate the plugin using the wordpress admin panel. (See “Plugins” in left hand menu)

That’s it. You now have a custom looking installation that will make your clients feel like you designed a full custom content management system just for them!

Fresh New Home Page: 3D Gallery

Here at SE7EN we like to keep things fresh so we just released a new version of our website homepage. The previous version had a jQuery content slider and was pretty nice and clean but we fell in love with this new slick flash image gallery called CU3ER developed by and we just had to give it a try.
