Fogarty as the agency’s Interim Director. Members also elected Susan A. Magill of Alexandria as Chair, Gilbert T. Bland of Virginia Beach as Vice Chair, and G. Gilmer Minor III of Richmond as Secretary. They will lead the Council as it carries out its ongoing responsibilities as the coordinating body for Virginia’s system of higher education.</description>
