Read more »]]> CHICAGO, May 1, 2009 — Cincinnati-based Room Evolutions, a franchise operator of a custom basement manufacturing and installation process, will host an updated Franchise Opportunity Night in Tinley Park, Ill. next week. Room Evolutions President and COO Tom Rothrauff made the announcement.

Expanding operations to the Chicago area due to the high demand for consumer basement renovations, Room Evolutions will hold an information session for prospective franchisees on Thursday, May 7, 2009. The session, which will include hors d’oeuvres and refreshments, will take place at the Hilton Garden Inn located at 18335 LaGrange Rd. in Tinley Park, and will begin at 7:00 pm. This event will replace the two previously scheduled Franchise Opportunity Nights in Evanston and Warrenville.

“We are thrilled to extend our franchise operation to the Chicago area,” said Rothrauff. “We are excited to meet with some very forward thinking, senior-level executives, home remodelers and construction professionals as we offer this franchise opportunity and information session to the residents of Illinois.”

Evolving consumer needs and the drive to increase market awareness of the company’s modern basement finishing products, franchisees and new technology, compelled Room Evolutions to revisit the original name and find a branding solution to better reflect the impressive products and services of the company.
