Music in general is important right now

I think music is important at the moment and in general in order to process it you must passively engage digesting allsorts of stuff. In this entry I will try and explain.

To find motivation and explain latest musical trends is difficult when all this unique difference by various artists is being displayed. To participate yourself continuing to digest everybody else’s is rather important and it will keep you inspired.

People just want to be heard , we know this and since the beginning of time following the leaders is still key. You we all often seem like going astray, but in actual fact we are evolving with the environment and yes there are certain floor fillers which keep us as artists anchored, but by in large most of what we want to play is unique. The homage sounds can often make us go back and dig out the originals. Is only when similar sounds are wedged into a mix can we even want to make this happen. Is just nice when thongs happen. To much of the mundane can make us lost, which is why is good to snap out of what your doing and 100% engage in other things. The question always pops up, time and again, who do I listen too? Generally answers are the same, people who been there, they still there pressured by different things. Profit or resiprosity euther way is all good because the energy is infectious and will spark something.

Hi my names Robert, I live in London and like listening to party music. I do this by YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud and any other music hosting sites. This post is an update on the current sounds available in 2018. From funky pop music to house, techno and even drum and bass. I know a lot of you think a disco is just a place to meet and greet. I say with all device's having access anyone can DJ. These new apps give you the luxury of having access to sounds showcased in parties all around the world almost immediately. So if you are DJ ing at a party you have no excuse to provide people with a decent enough experience and education. Equally you can find older favourites, mix and remix to make yourself feel perhaps unique in a way which assists you to stay in the game without to many criticism.

Tomorrowland and festivals like this give you a good idea of what's out there. Genre is important, if you understand subgenre you can sequentially mix all sorts of music in the right order without looking a plum. To stand out these day's you really need to squeeze the lemon and create your own style. Most disco balls revolve around the house beats and new sample's out there. By mixing the two if anything you will smile and be confident enough to approach the variety of public venue's and outlet's out there. The great thing about entertaining this way is you are out and about with a really good excuse to be there.

If you are of the ilk who only go out to meet and greet these blurbs may not apply however if when out you like twiddling thumbs, this blog post might be the little nudge you need to move from bedroom DJ to the dance floor. In 2018 most lighting and video vj equipment is already on hand at venue's and people there to take care of things and therefore assist you getting some nice choons out there. The busier you are the more chance of you going the distance, some parties for sure go day and night.

You already know some artist's so use this knowledge to root around Spotify. You might have to hang around listening to new stuff on SoundCloud, Mixcloud to get some food for thought into your mix up's.

Xenochrony In Practice

Xenochrony like crocheting is overlaying music and was first coined by the musician Frank Zappa. Frank Zappa was friends and influenced even till this day people involved in the music industry.

Xenochrony In practise should have a guitar riff in it put on top of the tune. Originally this laring of sounds would have been done on cassette (similar to movie reels) before getting pressed to vinyl.

We live in the MP3 download and CD generation now and the song Love Generation by Bob Sinclair is I think a good example of Xenochrony In house music.

Bowlers is a North West club where they played nice house music. Stu Allen was always playing on the wireless in Liverpool, Manchester area. So if you wanted to go out and have a nice time this is the place you would go during the early to mid nineties.

This video is from 1994 not 1992, it sounds familiar and was the kind of thing you could listen too over and over again. If you a fan of house music during the peak of UK rave era, I am sure you will like this live Stu Allen session.

Hi my name is Robert (robbwindow) and I writing to let you know some exciting news. I have sent out a handful of invites to guest bloggers. After the last post I realised that many of you have no experience blogging. With this in mind I just want to share how simple it is to blog here on Bloggers. Also a reminder about music outlets and supportive text to accompany your guest entries here on robbwindow music blog.

Music varies we all have different tastes in music and the reasons why you share what you share is something I hope you can do. Here are some basic instructions if you decide to take me up on this exciting offer.

First thing to remember is the title, so when you login and click the orange pencil to make a new post here is the basics:

Add a nice post title in the top title box. This should be a highlight of all the media you decide to share with readers. If you are sharing a Playlist then the title should be the same as the title of your playlist.
Compose you post by first adding at least a paragraph of text introducing the media you wish to add. This may also include in the sentence a repitition of what the title says with additional catchy text to keep listeners focused onwhat they are bout to listen too.
For YouTube videos please retrieve the url from share this at the bottom of the YouTube video. Copy this link by highlighting link with mouse, select all by right clicking and choosing the option. Come back to blogger and click the movie cut chalk board. A pop up will show add video from YouTube. Now you can click the mouse in this pop up and paste the URL copied from YouTube. This will find you video and enable add to post with Blogspot YouTube player. Is better that way because the video screen is more compact and plays better on most devices.
To the right please add a couple of tags and set location of where you are or where the video was pressed.
Go back into editing below the added video so you can tell the world all about it. This may include anthing as long as it's legible and free from any errors. You can write as much as you like. The more the better. If you are the media creator and want to promote mix well in search engines good descriptions and links to how we can contact or follow you online is best.

If you are curious or having any problems publishing be sure to let me know. I am in the process of fixing comments here on Bloggers. For some reason new posts are not enabling the Google comments system. I hope to verify coding and improve this site when need be so please take pride in your music you listen to and the way you share online.

Steve Lawler +Steve LAWLER is all over the place at the moment. I just listening to a SoundCloud mix of his and is good I enjoying.
Steve is calling it the sexier side of House music. I agree is very chilled out with nice snippets of vocals. Few years ago I purchased one of his CDs which was featured in HNV. I like the newer sound he is developing in Ibiza.
I found Steve Lawler music again via Sankey Soaps Ibiza team whom Steve is listed as a resident. The above video has loads of views and includes a Tracklist.
