you are cuter than ever!
an expert crawler, stair climber, mess maker, attention getter...
and by golly you got your first two bottom teeth at the same time!

its so cute to see you do all these things cause you are so little!
little you may be, but boy you have a voice that shakes the windows
i think you will be a singer (for those that know me...be prepared for the next mini maria)
you will steal many hearts...especially daddy's

you are slowly building the courage to make that first step towards standing on your own or walking
you will gladly hold grandpa's hand to make that venture down the hall
but for now crawling is the easiest
and you like to travel far! making all kinds of discoveries...i think you will be a genius!

and your older brothers and sisters...
they love to see you grow!
especially when they saw your teeth for the first time, its like the world stopped and all they saw are two small while pearls
they sure like to smother you with kisses and lots of hugs...

elmo, now elmo is your favorite!
you love to hear him talk, sing, and move (i think it's love hehehe)
and seriously! we have to play elmo's song everyday on repeat
thank goodness for mommy's iphone cause that is were elmo's song lives
and we take elmo's song where ever we go

one more thing i want to remember is,
you are a cuddler and like i said an attention getter
when ever you want to sit with mommy or daddy you will come up and tap our laps or...
if we are busy doing something you would whine and whimper and if that does not work you will resort to bumping your head on the floor or the couch cushions
seriously? i think that would hurt...a little
but it works everytime...of course who can't resist those big brown eyes.

10 months...

cute things i want to remember ...

you will scream and screech on top of your lungs to say "hey look at me!"

your brothers and sisters get a kick out of your vocal abilities and they laugh and laugh

i honestly think you will be a singer one day (just like mama hehehe)

they way you light up when we visit daddy at the school

and you will wave at him all happy and smiley

you have learned to say "mama" "kitty" and "there"

you must be a genius!

books! you love books! especially the books that we keep for you on the coffee table that seem to always find its on the floor with the board pages open

you have an eye for the green leaf, and the yellow duck :)

i think you like anything that is colorful

now that pointer finger of yours

is the most adorable little thing i have seen by far!

when you see something that interests you, you will point at it till you can touch it

food! you definately love food

when you see the big kids eat you want to eat too

everytime we eat you will screech and scream until we give some to you to taste

music! now music! you are a genius! grandpa will take you to the piano and you will play such lovely soft music just like your brothers

when music is played, you do the twist with a huge smile on your face :)

especially when elmo's world is playing you like freeze and watch the little red furry monster on the tv or youtube

you sure like to get into everything, especially the storage area

you have learned to open the door and sneak into the storage space under the stairs

the tupperware seems to always find its way all over the kitchen floor and under the dining table

someone must have also learned to open the tupperware drawer

sneaky i tell you!

you are still little, i mean really!

all of your clothing is size 6 months - 9 months

but that is okay cause the clothes last longer

and i love that you are little cause it means i get to enjoy your baby stages longer :)

you are so attached to me, big time!

i will be going back to work soon :(

so i have been taking you to the lovely lady that will be taking care of you once a week

and i tell you...

you are not enjoying it

tears come when she touches you or even comes near you

we have to work on that for the next 6 weeks

oh how i can hold these moments forever!

two, you are adorable
three, you are so sweet

four, so playful
five, crawling up the stairs
six, eating everything in sight
seven, you can say "da-de" really well, makes daddy's heart melt all the time

eight, you have a fascination with paper, you'll rip it to shreds using your mouth and hands
nine, you definitely know how to express your feelings, like when there is something you don't like you just scream to high heaven
ten, you are absolutely amazing!

you are the cutest, good looking, smart, funny, cutest (i already said that didn't i?) 6 year old that i know
we celebrated your 6 birthday last week and we had a blast :)

all you really wanted was to spend your birthday together as a family
to watch Captain America and Smurfs (there's a blast from the past hehehe)
to have dinner together
and blow the candles on your cake

you sister spent the morning baking a rainbow cake just for you
it was all like an episode of cake boss in our kitchen that morning :s
the first thing you said was "wow that is a big cake!"

you have grown so much!
and yet you are so little, to mommy and daddy anyways :)

you are kind, thoughtful, imaginative, a great musician, and you like to keep your cool
you love video games, wait i think the right word is addicted to video games
if you had your way you would play the xbox 360 all day

you so look up to your brother
everything he does you want to do too
usually it has something to do with being notty

your sister still thinks you are cute
especially when you sing and play by your self
i think it is the sweetest thing, it's that baby in you

you are the cutest, sweetest, 6 year old i know (i said it again tehe)

i can't believe how much you have grown!
there is so much you can do
its like the door of discovery opened and you just want to explore!

you crawl so fast with your eyes scoping the floor
thinking what little things can i pick up with my hands
unfortunately every little thing you pick up goes straight in your mouth
so mommy and daddy have to make sure the floor is clear of little things that can hurt you
we make sure that your brothers and sister are on board with this

you always want to be part of the action whether it be watching TV

or wanting to play the drums on rockband

i can't get over how cute you are!
so small and sweet

you still have a very big appetite
which i am happy to see :)
you especially love those little cereal puffs

hehehe i love watching you eat
it's the cutest thing
that tiny pointer finger i so love it!!!!

and with major determination
you have learned to climb the stairs
yes i could not believe it!
you were a little scared at first cause those stairs are quite high
you would climb one step then look back and wimper a little
repeat until you got to the top
cute really :)

you always have a smile on your face and i so love that about you. :)

my goodness where to begin!

she has reached incredible milestones this month
and is very busy these days! so much to discover!

she has a very good appetite and will eat just about everything we give her, she especially loves her baby mum mum's

she always has a smile for mommy and daddy ;)

still has stranger danger moments, hope she gets over it soon cause mommy will be going back to work in a few months

definitely is shy, that is totally okay (some people say it shows she is smart, hehe)

when she is shy she turns and buries her head on my shoulder (its the most cutest thing)

likes to tap her older brother's face, it is her way to say "i love you"

big sister loves to hold her and gives her kisses, but does not like it so much when she cries

her younger brother likes to hold her and give her cuddles and i often have to remind him to put her down, gently

all of this is happening so fast!
i can't believe that she can sit up on her own
and yes she is crawling!

we had to put gates up cause she likes to go on mini adventures around the house
especially when it comes to the cat zoe, there is an interest in zoe so she would try to crawl towards her (but zoe wants nothing to do with her so will often run away)

she has also started to pull herself up onto her knees to see what is on top of the coffee table
and will attempt to climb the first step of the stairs
i especially love it when she is in her crib and she will peer over the rail so that we can see her big brown eyes...

i can't get over her big brown eyes...

every where we go i have to stop cause there is always someone who stops by to say hello to those big brown eyes :)

it has been so long that i can't remember when my other children have reached this milestone

i can't believe how fast she is learning and growing

she is the most cutest, happiest, *ahem* smartest 7 month old i know, tehe

at the end of the baseball season we waited
they waited
he especially, patiently waited

he didn't really know what he was waiting for and did not ask questions (although my dh and i new exactly what he was waiting for tehe)
until they called his name and hubs said "go get it buddy!"
and he ran :)

he was so not expecting it!
wondering why did they call my name?
and there it was...

he had received "the most improved player" award!

surprise? yes he was :)
proud? yes we are :)
he could not stop looking at his trophy...

what an achievement!
can't wait till next year's baseball season.

way to go buddy!

i've been busy

other than laundry, cleaning, baths....

there is always a little time for crochet ;)

hehe its the perfect hat for spring and summer

i have taught myself how to crochet and it is what i like to call therapeutic fun
i have a thing for baby hats

i have decided to sell these cute hats on my etsy shop sweetcherie
stop by from time to time i am always adding new things from scrapbook embellies to crochet cuteness

really? half a year all ready?
6 months oh my

its the time for exploring
and trying new things

she's a big eater
likes her cereal
we tried sweet peas, carrots, green beans
she loves it all
but she started getting bum rash so... we stopped the veggies for a awhile cause she would get runny poop, we will try again in a couple of weeks
it's just rice cereal for now

she's a talker
yes she sure is
likes to babble and sing!
i think she is musical like her mama (hehe)

she's a scoocher hehe...
when she is on tummy time she scooches her tiny body backwards
yes backwards!!!!
she will also turn around in circles on her belly
it's the cutest thing

my how she is growing fast!
i can barely remember how small she was at birth

*sigh* i will cherish every cuddle especially at her 6 months

when they are not together they often get mistaken .... who's who?
and when they are together you can clearly see that they are definately not twins

my boys are two years apart and the younger one is catching up fast!
they wear the same size clothing hehehe
and the younger one? well he will soon be taller

they fight, but really it is bittersweet
they will be brothers for a life time

First Communion....Congratulations!

i know it's a little late for this post
i am running behind these days

my little guy celebrated his first communion on May 1st (i told ya i was late)

he was so excited on this day
and it was so cute how he dressed up at 8 o'clock early sunday morning when mass was at 2 o'clock in the afternoon ;)
yeah a little early tehe

the whole week before he would constantly remind me that his first communion was coming
and i am so glad that he was so excited

as all the first communicants gathered together before the mass started there he was in his bow tie

hehehehe the only boy in a bow tie

and very handsome i must say

i knew he was a little nervous cause he kept touching it and making sure that is was straight

"is it straight mommy?" he would ask

and when the time came he did so well

so proud that he accepted Jesus :)
and embracing his Christian faith

a gift that i gave him to remember this great day
a children's illustrated bible
he now reads it every night

congratulations sweet boy!
now go and be the good news...

my goodness how times flies!
5 months...really?

she is smiling all the time
laughing when i tickle her
loves to play while on tummy time
likes to play with anything that has straps on it
eating a lot more...started her on rice cereal and absolutely loves it!

grabs everything in sight!
loves to pat mommy, daddy's, and big brothers face...i think it is her way of showing that she loves us :)
definitely very vocal...hehehe i love those high pitched screams she makes
has a case of stranger anxiety, i am hoping she will grow out of it
and those eyes! gets prettier everyday

5 months has gone by so fast!
i loved every minute of it :)

when my hubby and i met 11 years ago (really has it been that long?)
who would have thought that we would have four beautiful children...

yup two boys and two girls...that is a nice even number :)

our oldest
she is spirited
has a strong willed personality
has this amazing stare that makes you think that she is angry with you (hehehehe)
she has many stories to tell
her faith is so amazing! i love how she reads her children's bible every night before going to sleep
she is very stubborn and can be a worry wort

our second...
he has a very interesting sense of humor and funny at that
he is smart for his own good (can pick up things quick)
is eager to learn about the world
has a temper like you would not believe....better hide when he's angry
he can be inpatient that's okay cause so am i (haaaaaa!)
loves receiving presents and can be selfish (needs to work on sharing)
loves to be snuggled

our third
he is so sweet
will always have that baby face especially when he smiles
is rather shy
has the most cutest singing voice in the world
loves his video games

our fourth
oh how darling she is
has a smile that melts our heart
and a cry that we can't bare
is very attached to mommy and daddy
has the most sweetest laugh
her personality seems very calm
and those eyes....those big brown eyes

who would of thought we would have our four

and life?
we would not change it for anything cause we are truly blessed

yes i have expanded my horizon and have become more creative with fabric, and ribbon

with fabric i have done this...flower clippies

can be used as hair clips, headbands, on baby beanies, and even shoes

with ribbon i have created this...more flower clippes

and also with ribbon i have creative rosettes for scrapbook embellies

i have made so many of these flowers that i have decided to open up an etsy shop named SweetCherie

i have also added a widget on the top left hand of my blog click on it and it will take you to my shop

i will keep adding to the shop so check it when you can

and that is exactly what i am doing
since my youngest was born i have totally been enjoying our busy life....for the most part
my days are filled with dirty dishes, never ending laundry, endless organizing and cleaning...
it can be all so overwhelming!
but really i should be sitting with my kids and talking, singing, giggling, and lots of cuddles and just
enjoy the process

that is how i be creative now a days

now the ribbon all i did was use sookwang double sided tape (love this stuff) and to adhere the ribbon i folded it along the adhesive strip to give it that pleated look (a popular look now a days)

a week ago we celebrated a special event for my baby girl
one that welcomes her into our Christian faith :)

my wish for her is for the family along with the godparents to walk with her to know Jesus....as Jesus said "let the children come to me..."

we are so blessed to have this beautiful girl in our lives and it would be most fitting to give her the gift of faith, hope, and love

i soooo love this picture :)
it truly says a lot!
