Blogs are personal web page controlled by one person. A person who controls and owns and update any latest content blog called blogger. Technology blogs are no different from this term. Most Internet users read blogs like technology. These are the main reasons why people love to read blogs three technologies every day:

Reason # 1: Most of the tech bloggers are very passionate about his subject.

Tech bloggers are of minimal concern about money.

All they care about is the last invention, the latest software, latest discovery technology and the latest issues in gadgets, software, hardware providers, and technical problems. People with a passion for high-tech as they were called nerds and geeks. Nerds continue telling stories about what interested them most, the blog readers to gain confidence, make friends, create a community and then respected as an expert.

Most Reason # 2: Internet users like to read free advice, updated frequently.

Internet users are mostly smart, new users with average computer skills. They love to enrich their knowledge by learning something new. The best place to learn new things in a simple way is to go to technology blogs written in nontechnical language with step by step guide, for free.

Most Reason # 3: Love computer users to avoid serious errors.

Error brings in pain, giving you a big headache. During our initial phase of using a computer, we always want to know what’s new. We tried many things, which in turn bring more errors with hidden problems, unwanted.

To avoid problems arising from the unknown, most computer users read technology blogs warning them about something and say what is the correct way to solve the wrong way clicks “do it yourself.”

We should be thankful because there are many bloggers out there who love technology to help people while asking nothing for return.

For me, I love to read technology blog because it helps me learn something new I can not get anywhere else. They are available for free, so you have nothing to lose everything to gain in his mind.

" width="300" height="220" />

Welcome to a series where the old posts are revived by a second output for reasons such as their content has become topical again, they have aged well, but were published for the first time when readers of the site was only one-tenth or less what is currently or has it published and the site crashed, hiding the best words of wisdom behind an incomprehensible error message. Today is a piece he wrote in 2007 for the annual guide to the blogs Iain Dale. Three years and a general election, my opinion on the matter are virtually the same – and in particular the usefulness of the book / newspaper analogy. What have aged so well are the examples that use Web sites to a single issue campaign, which closed, and the state of Labour blogs has changed dramatically in the last three years.

Compare editor of a newspaper with a book publisher. Newspaper editors do not need to know when the next edition of your newspaper is published. Whether a newspaper or a weekly newspaper, you know when the next edition is out. You do not have to do an ad, you receive a mailing or have a screen in a shop window to know when a new copy of The News of the World or The Observerout.

But it is a very different with books. Minor exceptions, such as Christmas annuals to one side, publishers have put a great effort to tell people when a new book by his favorite author is out. You can not have people going to your local store on a Tuesday and knowing that a new book will go the way you can with a newspaper.

That, in essence, is the difference between a blog and a website. There is (or rather used to be) different technical differences between the two, but have become quite blurred with many features of appearing on the other. RSS? Photo Galleries? Email sign ups? Archive pages? They now appear so frequently on blogs and websites. Basically, although there is still a difference. It is an instinctive one that comes from the structure of the newspaper in the heart of blogging. The essence of having a chronologically-ordered set of regularly updated posts is that readers are much more willing to return willingly to see the latest contributions to a traditional website.

Of course there are exceptions to this – as a sports news site where readers will know (or should) be new interesting information, as each sport accessory concludes – but if you want to establish a continuous flow of communication with readers who return again and again, the focus of blogs tend to be much more fruitful than a website. Therefore, for a political party seeking to create a dialogue with voters, supporters or members, blogging has much to commend.

It is not the only benefit of blogging, though, as reflected in the four-pronged approach, the Liberal Democrats have taken to make the best of the blogs.

The first aspect consists of those websites that happen to use blogging software under the hood. A good example is – a normal website on the purpose and functionality, but uses the WordPress blogging platform, simply because it is an efficient and cheap way of creating something, even when that something is more a traditional website a blog.

The second is to have a set of “official” and “Blog Party Central” for current issues and campaigns, as and now deceased. Both are for areas where there is a steady flow of new stories as time passes, and thus a blog-like approach works best, chronological presentation of information and avoiding the need to massively rewrite existing content as new information emerges light as a static website might need.

The third is the encouragement given to the Liberal Democrats in public office elected not to blog, through a combination of training, provision of tools, exhortation and finger crossing. About 10% of Liberal Democrat MPs at the time to blog, to the best of my knowledge, all personally written pieces – a very important condition for the blog of a successful politician is.

Of course the different parliamentary different judgments on the best use of your time, but generally the size of this group of blogs gives a strong online presence liberal Democrat when controversial issues in the air and people looking for online political commentary . However, many of the most successful blogs are those of individual directors council and often build up local audiences that are of a size that influence ( local) election results pretty straightforward becomes a reality.

The fourth tooth is encouraging unofficial blogs by party members, and through the “Liberal Democrat Blog of the Year.” Liberal Democrat Voice – if I am one of the regular posters – is a good example of the benefits unofficial blogs can lead to the parties. When official site can cover more controversial and interesting topics to an “official” site, but have a regular admission “official” information can be more than just a collection of gossip while individual views (from the view point of the match), reaching a wider audience and more diverse than an official site can.

unofficial blogs, are not always met with open arms and enthusiasm, and certainly conservative Interior has caused more than a sigh of exasperation of some officials of the Conservative Party at its very open approach to negative stories and criticisms of the party arguing with headlines like: “Is the Conservative Party ‘a very serious crisis’?” and pieces such as the bald MP Mark Field said: “I think our election campaign in Ealing Southall may have done lasting damage to the Party.

Somewhat surprisingly, given that it is the ruling party and therefore – you would have thought – inherently more qualified than other parties – the Labour blogosphere is relatively small and underdeveloped. Sites like www.labourhome.org are a great source for news and gossip in specific niches such as the Labour Parliamentary selections, but overall is not a substantive news or gossip relatively unimportant to be collected from work sites.

For those (like me) who want to help get “official information” widest part, these unofficial sites bring the advantage that, when done right, its liveliness and even controversy-seeking means that audiences are direct channels of official communication no no.

That wider interaction with online communities also generates a high degree of brickbats and negative comments, but there are mainly two attitudes to take towards criticism. You may wish were not there, ignore it and hope it goes away – or you may welcome the public eye wash for the opportunity given to address, explain and convince.

Do not walk to the manager and say: “I’m fired (which would be difficult), but clearly does not meet the standards they are supposed to enforce.

On another note, cannot be “clearly” do not miss these standards if they are given clear rules to begin. Take the case of Bobby:

Bobby is a waiter in a restaurant. Bobby has worked in the restaurant for about a month. He missed two days of work (his grandmother was sick) and arrived late once or twice. This is a kind of familiarity with the menu items, but still make mistakes when calling in order cooks and recorded when the customer invoice. is often around, take breaks to smoke, while the other counter staff clean the dishes clean.

He has good intentions, but is embarrassed when it makes a mistake and laughs. When a colleague tries to explain something, it acts as if he already knew.

Bobby has reached a point where it seems to be improving. Its current performance is not enough for the job. The director has already had two sessions with Bobby and gave him a margin for improvement. The Director took note of these sessions in a performance log that is the norm in the restaurant.

Bobby did their best and I believe that your work performance is satisfactory, after all.

How does the manager handle the situation?

Fire him on the ground? Bobby would be terribly embarrassed and did not expect. After discussing things with your family and friends (and tell them how to work hard every day), could qualify for unemployment benefits or sue the company (for unlawful discrimination or wrongful termination).

More training? Bobby would probably not benefit from having studied the menu over and over again, and re-learn the correct procedures. He crossed the employment and training and staff continued to offer their help graciously. This work does not seem to be a good way for him and additional training would be a waste of everyone’s time.

So Bobby was shot: The manager has met Bobby, and explained again what was expected of him. For example, “you must complete the cleanup operations before the end of each round – here’s a list.” “You cannot lose a day’s work if you do not have a doctor who is writing.” [...]

“If you do not meet any of these requirements, your work with us will be terminated.” Bobby had to sign a sheet of paper: I understand that any violation of any of the rules will result in immediate termination of my work.

The administrator of this conversation recorded in the minutes of running the restaurant.

Two days later, Bobby has no employment relationship. It ‘was fired.
