I am not going to give you the full list of nominees here because, well it came out like a week ago and I am pretty sure you already know who is nominated. I want to say that I am thrilled at how many nods General Hospital got as well as Days of Our Lives. Those are my two shows and I love them so it thrills me to see them leading the pack.

However I was a little sad that there were not more nominations for the now cancelled All My Children and One Life To Live. Although I didn’t want them religiously I did tune in for the last few months of each show and though there was some amazing work on each show that was not rewarded. I mean seriously Roger Howarth did some amazing work and he didn’t get a nod, so not happy about that at all. I just felt like there should have been more, for those two shows.

The nominations are announced,which is great but the questions looms will the awards even actually air live on television. As of now there is not a network currently attached to televise the awards show, which is scheduled to take place on Saturday June 23^rd. Although I used to love watching the Daytime Emmys I must admit the past couple of years have sucked. The focus is no longer on Soap Operas and quite frankly that is the main reason I tune in. I want to see my favorite stars dressed to kill, I want to see show clips you know all that good stuff. So that being said if it is not on TV well I guess I won’t miss much.

Ok back to the dish on how Forbes has named the American Idol judge as the world’s most powerful celebrity. The magazine based their decision on of course money, media visibility, including social media presence. According to Frobes Lopez brought in $52 million last night, wowza!  I have to say getting a divorce from creepy Marc Anthony certainly has done wonders for the singer/actress.

After watching Dr. Zoe Hart struggle all season fans had to know that the show runners behind Hart of Dixie  wouldn’t make the big day any easier with a storm headed to Bluebell as a perfect metaphor playing out in the back drop.

Pouring buckets Zoe gets trapped in a barn with Wade, a scene that created quite a big amount for all of those team Wade fans out there.  Meanwhile George and Lemon are trying to make it through their wedding day but the big event is falling apart at the seams thanks to the weather that has managed to put a damper on their nuptials.

The two never do make it to the alter.  After finding out that Zoe is staying and unable to let her go George finally decides to call of the wedding.  Lemon doesn’t let this change of plans go easy.  In a shocking twist she decides the only reply she can muster is an irritated and outraged punch straight to George’s face.  Something I didn’t expect to see.

In the end George makes his way to Zoe’s house where she greets him at the door after spending a very intimate night with Wade by candlelight.  The scene, that closes out the first season of Hart of Dixie, was uncomfortable and was sure to have had fans squirming in their seats.  What will Zoe do?  By the look on her face she has something to say to Wade.  Of course fans won’t find out until season 2.  In the meantime one can only guess if Zoe keeps silent or will she tell Wade and start up a relationship with George, a move that is sure to have the best friends fighting with the whole town predictably taking sides.

Married for 11 years to Facinelli, Garth was overcome by emotions during the episode after talking with a therapist and two other women about relationships when her own split from her husband, who filed for divorce this past March, came up.

“Obviously sadness. Anger – a lot of anger,” Garth shared about her feelings over the failure of her marriage.  Adding, “I think with any sort of rejection, you’re angry that you weren’t enough for that person. So I don’t know if I’m angry at myself for not being enough, or if I’m angry at him for not considering me to be enough.”

The thirty-nine year old also went on to describe what she learned from her divorce both personally and emotionally.  “It’s weird and sad, but I really realized through this whole experience how much I loved him, how deeply I loved him and how deeply I loved us.”

Just this past April Peter Facinelli, a regular on “Nurse Jackie”, also spoke out about the couple’s split with talk show host Kelly Ripa when he played co-host.  “You know it’s very painful to break up with somebody especially after you’ve been together for 17 years and you have kids.  It’s even more painful when it’s played out in the media and I’ve tried to stay really quiet about it for the sake of my kids.”

Together Facinelli and Garth have three daughters.  So far their divorce has not become the subject of any negative headlines with Garth keeping busy on her new talk show.

Jeff Probst hosted the season finale of Survivor One World last night, which named Kim Spradlin as the Survivor 2012 Winner. Image Credit: Wenn.com.

After the show begins with the usual recap from Day One, we rejoin the action on Night 36 as the five remaining women return to camp from Tribal Council. They had just voted off the last man, Dr. Tarzan, sending him to join The Jury. Kim intends to play hard. Alicia still thinks that she is running The Game, not Kim.

On Day 37, Kim and Sabrina hike to fetch today′s tree mail. Along the way, they discuss some strategy options. Sabrina thinks Alicia should be voted off next. Kim suggests that Chelsea may be more popular with The Jury and might need to go. Both agree that nobody likes Christina.

The first Immunity Challenge for the finale is a race across a maze of balance beams. Once across, fetch five bags of puzzle pieces and assemble, which provides clues to which numbers open a combination lock. Christina and Kim are off to an early lead, but both fall off and must restart, putting Chelsea out front. All five ladies get their puzzle pieces and begin assembling. Kim, Chelsea and Alicia make the most progress. After her first attempts to open the combination lock failed, Kim had to go back and give her puzzle a second look. Despite this, she still manages to win.

Back at camp, Kim and Chelsea discuss booting Alicia. Chelsea tells Kim how awesome she is and how Kim should win it all. She′s hoping Kim will protect her with the hidden immunity idol, since tonight is the last time it can be played. Kim and Sabrina then chat about voting off Alicia. But Alicia still thinks that Kim is her pal as Christina, Kim and Alicia discuss booting Chelsea. Which way will Kim go?

At Tribal Council, Jeff asks Alicia what the mood was like at camp after the IC? Alicia said that things were quiet. Chelsea agrees but adds that everyone is paranoid. Kim tells Jeff that tonight will be the most difficult choice yet. That it comes down to choosing between her heart and her strategy. Chelsea claims that tonight′s vote may redeem Kim′s character to The Jury. Its time to vote. We see Alicia and Chelsea trade votes. Jeff gathers the ballots and asks, for the last time, if anyone wants to play a hidden immunity idol. Kim does not. The vote is 3-2 against Alicia, with Christina being the second vote against Chelsea. Kat tells The Jury about ″She (Kim) backstabbed me and Alicia.″

As Night 37 ends as the Final Four return to camp. Christina feels played and betrayed. She still thinks she may have a chance to be in the Final Three, however. Meanwhile, Chelsea knows that Kim saved her. The two friends now discuss another option, booting Sabrina to take the unpopular Christina to the end with them.

Day 38 and tree mail instructs the Final Four to do the usual Fallen Comrade Walk. Name plates from the torches of each booted player are to be gathered and then burned ceremoniously. We get the usual comments from the past players and are generally dull and pointless. The Final Immunity Challenge is a game of balance. Each must stack ten bowls after maneuvering each along a curving channel with a long pole to the top of a springy platform. Kim and Christina are in the lead, neck and neck. But once again, Kim wins, giving her four IC victories in all.

So back at Camp Tikiano, Christina talks with Kim about not being blindsided. Kim agrees and tells her flat out that the vote has been decided and she′ll be booted tonight. Kim lets the others know that Christina is aware of her fate. So at Tribal Council, Jeff is once again surprised to hear that there was no drama after the IC. Even those on The Jury seem disgusted that Christina is rolling over and allowing the others to use her as a floor mat. But Christina argues that Kim, Chelsea and Sabrina have been in an alliance since Day One and that they are very loyal and true to each other. Still, all three ladies say that if they were Christina, they would be doing all they could to stay alive. Christina votes to boot Sabrina, the rest send Christina packing.

Day 39, the Last Day! Sabrina seems very emotional, talking about how she lost her teaching job just before joining the show and how she wants to share her experiences with students. But its all part of her act for The Jury tonight. The ladies get a Continental breakfast via tree mail and celebrate with one last feast. Chelsea is not focused at all on winning the grand prize. She′s enjoyed the whole experience of Survivor. Kim, on the other hand, feels very confident that The Game is all hers.

Night 39 and the Final Tribal Council. Jeff Probst gives his usual speech about how the power has now shifted to The Jury. Each of the finalists makes one last pitch. Chelsea says she trusted Kim 100% throughout The Game. But she tells Jonas that she did not like voting him off and changed her strategy from that point. Kim tells all how she loves The Game of Survivor and is very proud of her strategic moves. She also hopes The Jury will forgive her if they took any offense. Sabrina says that her strategy was to fly low under the radar and even lose challenges as to not be a threat. She then tells her sappy story looking for sympathy.

After all of that, The Jury gets to speak. Jonas goes first, telling Sabrina that she is popular and tells Chelsea that she is the hottest of the ladies. He asks Chelsea for her biggest move? Chelsea says that voting off Kat was her idea. Jonas asks Kim why she did not take Christina to the end? Kim says she weighed the options and figured it could go either way, so she stuck to her alliance.

Christina asks Kim who would she have taken out between Sabrina and Chelsea if there were only room for a Final Two? Kim says she would have booted Chelsea since she thinks she has a better chance of winning against Sabrina. Chrsitina asks Chelsea why she is so mean? Chelsea says she′s not cold hearted in real life.

Jay has no hard feelings at all. He does challenge Sabrina on her strategy. Mike gets more personal with Kim and wants to know why he was blindsided? Kim blames Troyzan for that. Tarzan gives a mushy speech thanking all for taking him along far enough so he could spend some time with his wife. Chelsea tells Tarzan that she is inspired by their love.

Leif tells the finalists that they hurt his feelings when they voted him off. Kim explains that she could never tell how he was going to vote and that is why he was booted. Alicia wastes her moment in the spotlight to brag about how she would have beaten Kim had she been part of the Final Three. Likewise, Troyzan tells Kim that his vote will be decided based on how she answers his question, when did she decide to target him? Kim says it was because of his wanting Jonas voted off so early. Troyzan thinks she is lying. Finally, Kat gets to speak. She admits that she was upset and feels betrayed by the finalists. But then Kat talks about her own life, having faced open heart surgery twice as a child and needing a third operation if she wants to have children herself. So Kat tells Kim that she forgives her and will not waste anytime on anger.

Its time to vote! We see Kat vote for Kim to win and Troyzan vote for Sabrina. Jeff gathers the ballots and then walks away, reappearing on stage in New York City with the whole cast and a live studio audience. He counts the votes and Kim Spradlin wins Survivor One World 7-2 against Sabrina. I think Leif was the only other vote for Sabrina. We then get the one-hour reunion show which was pretty lame this season. After talking with Kim Spradlin about being the Survivor 2012 winner of a million dollars, as well as winning the Sprint $100,000 best player award, Jeff targets Colton and his acidic comments and behavior. Colton admits that he was mean and apologizes. Survivor Season 25 will pit three past players who were knocked out early due to medical emergencies. Three tribes will compete in the islands of the Philippines. So with a fond farewell, we look forward to the next season, Survivor Philippines!

Please don’t misunderstand me. As a woman, I am very aware of how amazing her career in tennis has been. She overcame huge racial barriers, and found a successful career in a very snooty sport, known to be popular amongst the wealthy, country-club crowd.

She went on to win the biggest tennis contest in the world, which turned her into a role-model for many minority athletes.

But if you put all of that aside and listen to this song, it is very difficult to take her seriously.

Kauffman’s claim to fame was her job as a radio personality in the New Jersey area. She was also well known as a strong advocate for military veterans. Her voice could be heard hosting a show on WOND up until earlier this year.

Police believe the murder occurred sometime over night on Thursday. A friend of her’s named Donna Clementoni says she sent the slain DJ an email around 2AM the night before she was found dead. Her friend called her a “local legend,” and says they were planning an event to benefit war veterans together at the time of her death.

The most amazing thing I was able to find on her is that she would spend her Thanksgiving providing a loving meal to nearly 50 recruits from the Cape May U.S. Coast Guard Training Center.

I love that idea. These are recruits, not even seasoned veterans. It shows that she wants to support them from the beginning and let them know that someone is in their corner at all times.

Now prosecutors say that the killing was most likely not related to her field of work, and that they are edging closer to an arrest.

I hope for her family’s sake that they can get whoever did this off the streets. It’s scary to think that they have gone this long without finding them. Someone who does so much good for the community was just lost.

At 47-years-old, it’s pretty likely that she would have put even more time into such a good cause. I’m sure she is being mourned by the military community.

The last big appearance she made before her death was to receive an award from the Governor of New Jersey.

In the fall Spears will join Simon Cowell, L.A Reid and a yet to be named person at the judges table on The X Factor.. It is no secret that Simon has been working very hard to get Brit Brit to be a part of the Fox show. Although the first season was considered a success it did not bring in the ratings that American Idol, perhaps Britney will help change that.

Although official details of the deal have not yet been released US Weekly is reporting that allegedly Spears signed a $16 million dollar deal for just one season. If that is true then all I have to say is holy freaking moly that is a lot of cash for one season I sure hope Britney is worth it. Even though many media outlets are confirming the deal has been inked I must tell you that there has not been a peep about this from a rep for the singer, the show or Fox.

E! News is reporting that the “Womanizer” singer is beyond excited to join the show. Things sure do seem to be looking good for Spears. She has this new gig and she is getting hitched, boy what a difference a couple of years makes.

I didn’t actually watch The X Factor last season, sorry Simon but I admit with Britney joining the show I will for sure being tuning in for season two. I can’t wait to see not only how she interacts with Cowell but how she is with the contestants. Will she be a tough judge or one who doesn’t like to criticize like Jennifer Lopez, who the heck knows but one thing is for sure things are going to get interesting on the Fox show.

Matt and Howard had quite the interesting little chat on the Today show today. As you may or may not know Stern is making the rounds to do publicity for America’s Got Talent, which premieres next week by the way. There was some joking around, of course, some inappropriate remarks, of course and some hugging. Oh yeah there was a male bonding moment for sure, well actually more like Howard in his own unique way having a bonding moment with Lauer.

Obviously the two discussed AGT and what kind of judge the shock jock was going be. I don’t want to give too much away but he did diss the American Idol judges saying they never criticize anyone.. I don’t necessarily disagree with those remarks either.

What was so entertaining about this interview was at one point Howard starting really ribbing Matt and let’s just say the Today co-host actually got embarrassed. I wouldn’t say that Lauer couldn’t take the heat but he certainly was a little flushed after Stern jumped into his lap and gave him a kiss, that is some must see material for sure my friends.

I could go on and on about how Stern poked fun at Good Morning America as well as how he and Matt are good friends but I seriously would not do it justice. I am not a huge fan of Howard’s but I will say this, the interview was pretty darn good and I really think you should watch it. I mean who doesn’t want to see Matt trying to play off Stern’s wacky comments, hilarious I tell you.

It is election time on Parks and Recreation, which means this episode is going to be awesome. It is the one fans have been waiting for and by the looks of these sneak peek videos I have fans will not be disappointed.

Let me start with Ron finding an interesting new use for the chairs from The Voice, which them forces Cee Lo to pay the office a visit. This one is still making me laugh.

Finally the last little fun video I have to share with you involves Ron in a canoe having well a private moment. I could go on but this is one you have to watch.

I don’t know about you but I am so freaking excited for the election on Parks and Recreations tonight!  Don’t miss a minute of this hysterical show that always keeps a smile on my face. The election begins at 9:30 PM EST on NBC, I am sure you already knew that but just wanted to give you the info in case you didn’t.
