Under the separation agreement both parties must agree to all transactions. Apparently Jon doesn’t see it that way and has taken an estimated $200,000! Outraged Kate has now hired legal pitbull Marty Singer to rectify the situation. The children’s bank accounts were said to be untouched.

The incident will be reported to a Pennsylvania court this Monday! Kate is hoping to hold Jon in contempt after he cleared out the couple’s cash for family bills.

He lives in Great Falls, MT at Rainbow Retirement Center, at an assisted living facility. As seen in the videos below, he takes a morning walk, with a walker, rides around town in his motor scooter and is sharp and witty in interviews, recollecting his childhood which dates back to the late 19th century and early 20th century.

So naturally, when interviewed, the common questions arise about diet. We are all curious to know, what kind of regime, what kinds of foods keep a person living at age 113? Walter Breuning tells a reporter from the Great Falls Tribune that he eats two meals a day, breakfast and lunch. He is 5-foot-8 and weighs a trim 125 pounds.

“I think you should push back from the table when you’re still hungry…”I have weighed the same for about 35 years…Well, that’s the way it should be.

“You get in the habit of not eating at night, and you realize how good you feel. If you could just tell people not to eat so darn much.”

In the interview he revealed he started the two-meal a day regime in 1978 when he moved to Great Falls. After being a luncheon patron of the Albon Club, the owners asked him in 1980 to be the manager, a job he held for fifteen years. Thereafter, he revealed, he “never started eating supper again.”

He discussed his current daily schedule with the reporter, revealing he gets up at 6:15 a.m. and has a big breakfast, usually consisting of eggs, toast or pancakes at 7:30 a.m. He eats fruit every day. His sole medication is one baby aspirin a day. He additionally reveals he drinks lots of water and a cup of coffee and a half of coffee with breakfast and one cup with lunch. Noting he has been healthy all of his life, he said:

“If people could cut back on their normal weight, it wouldn’t be quite so bad. They just eat too much!”

That’s the latest buzz on longevity as it pertains to one who should know, Walter Breuning, the 113-year-old world’s oldest man and the two-meal diet by which he swears to maintain his health.

Before learning anymore, you should know that the invention won first place in a contest that included a flying, rain-catching device that knows when you’re thirsty—so don’t expect to see Ron Popeil plugging this product at 4AM anytime too soon.

It’s still amazing though. According to its designer, the cooker can actually produce meat without the need to slaughter animals, which could be tremendous given the predictions that there will be food shortage issues in the future. The device would simply heat a mixture of “muscle cells, oxygen, and nutrients” and BLAMMO out pops a piece of meat.

A 27-year-old Swedish student named Rickard Hederstierna came up with the gadget, which looks a bit like a slow cooker. He says: “This will create 100 percent pure meat…with no risk of contamination…”

Some of the other clever concepts from the Electrolux design competition include a refrigerator that can teleport food from around the world, a wall mounted clothes steamer that would clean and press clothes in seconds, and a “molecular food printer” that would actually create appetizers and treats.

The only invention that I could actually envision being put into production soon would be a new wall-mounted dishwasher that is sleek enough to double as a cupboard. One side would be closed while it washes the dishes while the other side remains open like a cabinet. Not a bad idea!

Granted that the also-ran sister is not Kim herself, and yet she is forever tinged with the bad girl label that her famous partying sister personifies. In many ways it is unfair, but who said life is fair in Hollywood?

And so it is with Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom’s wedding. The big event occurs on Sunday, September 27th 2009, in a lavish ceremony in Los Angeles, California. The timing is perfect, right before the basketball season starts and right before she does something equally important that is anyone’s guess. We hear that the Lakers cheerleaders are taking applications and would love to see her strut her stuff in front of Kobe.

Did I mention that they have only been dating for a month? About that, Khloe said “We fell in love and were talking about marriage so fast. We went to dinner with my family at Boa recently, and he asked my mom if he could marry me!” Awww, an old fashioned boy. How cute. But aren’t you suppose to ask dad?

Khloe Kardashian has starred in Celebrity Apprendice, and with her sister “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” and “Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami.” Her father is the world famous Olympian Bruce Jenner, and her mom was really hot which is why the daughters look so damn good.

No word yet on any babies in the couples future but we would not be surprised if she gets knocked up soon. Lamar Odom has already fathered three children. Tragically only two are still living, a daughter and a son.

The findings which are to be published in the journal on Sept. 25, are of water in the form of ice, due to the low temperatures on the surfaces of Mars and the moon. They stem from recent exploration missions. It was the ISRO Chandrayaan-1 spacecraft which is the first-ever space mission to the moon by India, which carried NASA Moon Mineralogy Mapper, also known as M3, found water molecules on the moon’s surface.

This is a discovery of magnitude as it changes scientific perception of the moon as a lifeless surface. With the knowledge of water present on the moon, it opens possibilities for human exploration and perhaps habitation. The Times of India quotes from a NASA press conference making the announcement. It states in part:

“We want to thank ISRO for making the discovery possible. Moon till now was thought to be a very dry surface with lot of rocks…Discovery of moon is a major leap in our knowledge of the moon.”

Regarding the findings, Carle Pieters of Brown University in Rhode Island issued a statement to put them in perspective from which Reuters quotes.

“When we say ‘water on the moon,’ we are not talking about lakes, oceans or even puddles. Water on the moon means molecules of water and hydroxyl (hydrogen and oxygen) that interact with molecules of rock and dust specifically in the top millimeters of the moon’s surface.”
