Contestants needed for Roma Sausage Eating Contest

Roma Sausage brings their fun and famous Sausage Eating Contest to Richardson Farms. Of course, in honor of the Baltimore Ravens game the next day, the sausage of choice will be Ed Reed’s Chicken Sausage.

We are in need of 8-12 contestants to battle it out and see who is the sausage eating champion. Roma Sausage will have official referees present and there will be Roman Gladiators on hand to keep everyone in line.

The goal for contestants: to eat as many sausages (based on weight) as possible within the allotted time of 5 minutes, or whoever has eaten the most sausages in 5 minutes. There will be prizes for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place contestants.

Taharka Brothers now making Richardson Farms Sweet Corn ice cream!

Recently we started carrying Baltimore favorite, Taharka Brothers ice cream pints in our White Marsh market. Anyone who has tasted their ice cream has become instantly addicted. Now they’ve put their amazing ice cream and our super sweet corn together for a match made in heaven! The first pints were just delivered this past weekend, and well… let’s just say… we’re in love! Do you like our rotisserie chicken? Are you a fan of our turkey burgers? Do you love our pulled pork BBQ? Did you drool every time we featured a turkey meatloaf special on our menu? Well then you are a fan of James, our butcher!

James is an invaluable part of our team. He prepares all of the meats you enjoy as part of our prepared foods menu, as well as the house meats in our deli. You may have even seen him making your sandwiches, slicing your deli meat, or breaking down your fresh chicken in the poultry department for you. James has mastered every job function… he is the “renaissance man” of Richardson Farms.

Senior Citizen Deli Discounts Announced

We love our senior customers, and we know they may be on a limited budget, so we’re extending a deli discount to them several days per week.

Every Tuesday and Thursday our senior citizen customers will save $1 per pound on any deli meat and/or cheese.

We already have the best deli prices around coupled with highest quality unique meats and cheeses, but for seniors, those best prices just got better!!!
