1) What is the Pizzeria? It is a weekly collectible that players can slowly build by unlocking, learning and mastering recipes. Recipes are released on a week by week basis

2) When does it come out?
Tuesday February 22nd 2011

3) What’s the first thing I need to do to get it?
To get started you will need to learn and master the Pizza Vegetariana recipe. You can find this in your menu under Mains, or click on the Pizzeria icon to be taken to the Pizzeria area!
4) I got it, but it doesn’t look the same as the picture! What’s happening?
Once you have mastered the Pizza Vegetariana recipe you will have unlocked the basic version of the Pizzeria - this is the version with the red and white counter surface. It will need to be staffed by one of your own members of staff and will have the basic stove. Start mastering the other recipes and piece by piece you can unlock the different areas of the pizzeria, including unlocking a better stove, drinks dispenser and more!

5) What other recipes will be coming to unlock the different Pizzeria parts?
Each week there will be two new recipes unlocked for you to master. There are two tiers of recipes to master: the top tier unlocks the best stove; the bottom tier unlocks the drink dispenser. Master the Pizza Vegetariana before you can start to learn any of the others.

The top row of recipes are all dependant on one another - so you will need to master the one to the left before you can start mastering any other recipes to the right.

The bottom row will be revealed week on week and can be learned in any order. However, to learn the final recipe at the end of this tier, you will need to master all of the bottom row first.

Each week this table will update with the latest released recipes.

6) What does ‘Unlock Early’ mean?
Once you have mastered a recipe, you don’t have to wait until the next week to see the next week’s recipes! You can unlock them early via the ‘Unlock Early’ button which will reveal the next recipe for both the top and bottom tier. Once you have unlocked them you can start to learn the recipe and get on your way to mastering the recipes before everyone else!

7) Limited dishes have appeared! What does this mean?
You may have noticed that some recipes have a timer on them (such as the Pizza Quattro Stagioni and Crochette di Patate). Recipes unlocked from March 15th onwards will have this timer.

Recipes with a timer will have a limited time in which they can be learned, after that date they will be locked and you won't be able to learn them.

If you learn a recipe but haven't mastered it before the deadline, you can still master it after the deadline.

However, if you want the ultimate reward of the Pizza Chef (he can cook at the Pizzeria without you having to assign a chef to it), you'll have to master all of the timed recipes before the deadline!

8) Does ‘Early Unlock’ mean I have learned the recipe?
No. You have only unlocked a recipe so that you can start to learn and master a recipe. It’s essentially revealing a recipe sooner so you can get started sooner. That is the only advantage.

10) What’s new about the Pizzeria?
This is the first collectible that you can decide when to start learning recipes, via the Early Unlock feature. It is also the first collectible feature of its size to contain a mini game - the Dough Boy

11) How does the Dough Boy mini game work?
Once you have mastered the Prosciutto e Funghi recipe and unlocked the Dough Boy, you can start playing the mini game. Whenever the chef assigned to your Pizzeria starts to cook, the Dough Boy will start to prepare the pizza base. He will appear highlighted with a green border - this means he is ready to be clicked on for a short period of time. If you hurry and click him, he will flip the dough up in the air. If you click on the dough - which is also highlighted in green - you will receive 5 coins! Miss, however, and it will fall on his face! You won’t spend any coins doing this. You can do this for as long as you like - he will always highlight in green when he is ready to be clicked.

1) What is Tommy's Ingredient Market Stall?
Tommy is Maggie's friend and supplies all the restaurants in Restaurant City with FREE ingredients every day!

2) How do I get to Tommy's Ingredient Market Stall?
When you first visit your restaurant (inside view) you can see Tommy's market just outside, on the street. When you click the stall, the market interface appears

3) Help! All of Tommy's ingredients have turned into cash ingredients!
Never fear! Just click the 'coin ingredients' button at the bottom to change the view (WHEW!)

4) What is the difference between a 'coin' and 'cash' ingredient?
Good question! You can buy ingredients from Tommy for coins (which you earn by running your restaurant) or for cash (if you're impatient!). But the ingredients themselves aren't any different - the only thing that is different is how you got them.

Psst… Don't forget, you can also get FREE ingredients from your friends and by clicking on ingredients your friends share on their Facebook walls

4) How many ingredients does Tommy sell?
Tommy sells 3 ingredients at a time. Each ingredient will cost a certain amount of coins or you cash. Sometimes cash ingredients are on a special discount - so I suggest you stock up!

5) How often do the ingredients Tommy sells change?
Tommy changes his selection of ingredients available for coins every day at midnight (00:00hrs) GMT. His cash ingredient prices change, too, but you'll have to check in daily to see the best deals!

6) Why do some ingredients have a red number next to them?
Ah! That means you're looking at Tommy's coin ingredients. Certain ingredients are more rare than others but every now and then Tommy can get his hands on them just for you! But there's only a limited amount available, which is indicated by the little red number beside the ingredient. Get as many as you can if you see them available for coins - you never know when you'll see that again!

What IS the Smoothie Station?
The Smoothie Station is a new collectible in Restaurant City that players like you can get completely free. It's a functional item that can do several different things - such as earn you more coins, add popularity, serve exclusive drinks to your customers, open up a mini-game and more!

How do I get the Smoothie Station?
Look out for Joe in your restaurant! See him and click him to find out what he has to say...!

But if you can't wait to see him, click on the new Smoothie Station icon from inside your restaurant.

I've got my Smoothie Station from Joe but it doesn't look like the picture - what's going on?

You'll need to start mastering the different recipes in order to upgrade your Smoothie Station. Each week you'll have a different recipe to master, and each recipe upgrades a different part of your Smoothie Station.

What are the recipes and what will they unlock?

Check in each week to see what's been added!

How come my Smoothie Bar isn't serving any smoothies, just regular drinks?
You'll need to wait until the recipe that allows you to serve smoothies is unlocked on Week 2 - the Banana Drama

What's the difference between 'learning' and 'mastering' a recipe?

Learn = level a recipe up to just level 1

Master = level a recipe all the way up to 10

What benefits do I get from having the Smoothie Station?
A Smoothie Station - or any collectible for that matter - is a sign of your dedication to your restaurant. But it's also fun! Working with your friends and family to get your Smoothie Station can be a great experience and each time you share your good news, your friends and family can click on the free links on your wall and get ingredients and items to help themselves, as well!

How can I grow Wheatgrass with my Smoothie Station?
Once you add the Smoothie Station to your restaurant and have mastered the Very Berry Crush recipe (available in Week 1), every 24 hours you'll notice your Wheatgrass farm on your Smoothie Station will have an outline around it, indicating it's ready for harvesting. Then simply click on the Wheatgrass farm on your Smoothie Station and you've just collected a FREE Wheatgrass ingredient!

Wait to click the blender at the right time (to achieve perfect smoothness!) but wait too long and your poor blender girl will end up a little bit more colorful than she was before!

Welcome to your new cookbooks! Here's a step by step (with a little added detail from me) for you!

STEP 1

Your cookbook collection.
All of your recipes have now been categorised and moved into a cookbook. When you click on your menu icon now, you will be taken to your cookbook collection - which will look something like this. Let's see what Maggie has to say!

STEP 2

To see inside a cookbook, simply click on one.

This GREEN ARROW means you can improve (learn) a recipe inside this book
This NEW tab means that this recipe book has had a new recipe added to it, ready for you to learn
This means that there's a NEW recipe available in this cookbook, in that tab!

STEP 3

Clicking on the button will mean you can learn a brand new recipe and add it to your cookbook.

STEP 4

Click on the button and you'll start to level up, or 'improve' your recipe.Remember, the aim of the game is to improve your recipes from 1 to 10 - or MASTER them. Read on the learn why this is important!

STEP 5

Now when you master a recipe, you can get one of three new boosts!

You can get a COIN BOOST - i.e every time you serve this recipe, you'll earn EXTRA COINS for every time this mastered recipe is served to a customer
You can get a GOURMET POINTS BOOST - i.e every time you serve this recipe, you'll earn EXTRA GOURMET POINTS for every time this mastered recipe is served to a customer
You can boost your restaurant's POPULARITY - i.e when you serve this on your menu, your restaurant's POPULARITY gets a boost

You won't know which benefit you get from recipes until you master them, so keep on improving those recipes!

NOTE: when you master a recipe, the boost's countdown starts! Each boost lasts for a certain number of days which is indicated on the front of the recipe; to get the most out of your boost, add a mastered recipe to your menu asap!

What if I mastered several recipes one after the other?
This is the awesome bit - THEY ALL GIVE YOU THEIR BOOST!

So, if you master 3 new recipes, and they all give you the same boost (e.g. extra coins when served), if you add them to your menu, every time those recipes are served you'll get extra coins!

If you master lots of recipes and add them to your menu, you'll be earning an amazing amount of coins, gourmet points and gaining loads of popularity!

What if I've been playing for ages and I've already mastered every recipe?
Check again! This week we're launching new recipes every day to keep you hardcore cooks busy. So master away, cooks, and get those boosts!

STEP 6

That's right - to add a recipe you've learned or mastered to your menu, you need to click on the PLUS sign in the corner of the recipe. Like so!

NOTE: you WON'T get your boosts UNTIL you've added a recipe to your menu. If you've mastered a recipe and let it sit there in your cookbook… you won't get the benefit :-/ So don't forget to add mastered recipes to your menu!

Also, you can add a recipe to your menu at any point - it doesn't have to be mastered. As long as you've learned it to level 1, you can add it.

STEP 7

Note that your menu has tabs for STARTERS, MAINS, DESSERTS and DRINKS. Be sure to fill all of your available slots!

STEP 8

The bar represents your OVERALL progress in the book. I.e. it counts all of your recipes, whether they are mastered or not and looks at how far you've come ALTOGETHER in this book.

The numbers represent your MASTERED recipes. I.e. there are 12 recipes in this book and you have mastered 3.

For example:

You could have improved all 12 recipes to level 9 each, but mastered none. Therefore the bar will look VERY FULL but your number will say 0/12.

STEP 9

What does that mean?
It means when you mastered an entire cookbook, you get a HUGE boost: your waiters will work 50% faster for 7 days! Faster waiters (from collecting the dish at the stove, to walking to the customer at their table) means you'll be serving MORE customers and therefore earning MORE coins!

You can tell how long your mastered cookbook boost will last for by looking at the front of the cookbook and noting the timer.

NOTE: When you master a NEW cookbook after you've got another mastered cookbook already active, your waiter speed boost resets and start counting down again from 7 days (as per your mastered cookbook).

I.e. the 50% faster waiters boost does not stack.

MORE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Why can't I see cookbooks?
When you join Restaurant City for the first time, you'll only see the Essentials cookbook. This is to help you get up to speed on how to learn, improve and master recipes. Once you master these easy dishes, the collectibles recipes (now in their own cookbooks) open up to you. Master 15 dishes in total and all of the other cookbooks will open up for you.

This is done so that new players don't feel overwhelmed.

If you're an existing player (i.e. have installed the game before 16th September 2011) you'll see all of the recipe books open to you from day one.

I thought I saw a recipe but now it's not there anymore. Why?
There are recipes that are around only for a limited time. Take Sunday Specials, for example, which only appear on Sundays, can you have 24hr to learn them. If you see it in your recipe book, be sure to learn it to level 1 before the deadline so that it's added to your cookbook permanently and you can master it at your own pace.

I thought I saw a cookbook but it's not there anymore. Why?
As above, some recipes appear only for a limited time. If we use the Sunday Specials as an example, if you've never learned a Sunday Special before, and you log in on a Sunday, your first Sunday Special recipe will appear in its own book (Sunday Specials!). If you don't learn it before the time is up, that book will disappear once the time is up. You'll never have an empty book in your cookbook collection. The next time a Sunday Special becomes available again - or any other recipe, the corresponding cookbook will appear to you.

First, set your Workers to Janitor.

Hack:
1. Scan "2BD38991" (Hex, ASROM, Array of Bytes)
2. 1 Address Found. Disassemble it.
3. In the first address, it says "Sub Edx, Ebx". Change it to "Sub Edx, Edx"
4. Done, check your RC and you'll see lots of Rubbish.
5. Next, Scan "04B878488901C183" (Hex, ASROM, 8bytes)
6. 1 Address Found. Disassemble it.
7. Change add ecx,01 to add ecx,00
8. Next, Scan "E44589D47589C085" (Hex, ASROM, 8bytes)
9. 1 Address Found. Disassemble it.
10. You will see a line "je xxxxxxx". Right Click > Replace the Code that does Nothing
11. Scroll down, you will see another "je xxxxxxxx" line. Right Click > Replace the code that does nothing
12. Done! Check your RC.

2) Cheat Engine 5.5

1) On your Restaurant City
2) Open your cheat engine for process list and choose Firefox.
3) Click on any tree in the game.
4) Scan F98BE8558DE85D89 with hex, 8bytes and ASROM.
5) Right click the address and click Disassemble
6) Search for "je xxxxxx" and right click select "Replace with code that does nothing" and click ok.
7) Click on any tree in the game.
8) Scan 04B868488901C183 with hex, 8bytes and ASROM.
9) Right click the address and click Disassemble, change add ecx,01 to add, ecx,1e.
10) Go back to the game and start clicking on the trees and the coins will just keep popping through.

4) Mouse Recorder

1) Play your RC in firefox
2) Now in Cheat Engine, select firefox as process,tick hex,ASROM,value type(8 bytes)
3) Click some trees on your restaurant city until it drops a coin
   1 coin will be enough
4) Scan "00000004B8684889"
5) 1 address returned. R.click > Disassemble address
6) R.click the line mov [eax+68],ecx and click Toggle breakpoint
7) Go back to your restaurant city and click some trees again until it
   freezes your game if it didn't freeze go to redecorate save the game and
   click some trees again until your game freezes
8) Now go back in Cheat Engine memory viewer,click the red colored EAX and copy its value
9) Click New Scan on CE set it to 4bytes and paste the EAX value then click first scan
10)1 or 2 addresses can be seen,copy the first address
11)Click Add address manually,type in 4bytes,click pointer
12)Paste the address you copied from step 9 to Address of pointer
   and type 68 in Offset Hex, click ok
13)Change the value to 30 and check frozen

1) Patch your RC using piaips 1.13 (optional)
2) Now in Cheat Engine, select firefox as process,tick hex,ASROM,value type (8 bytes)
3) Scan "00000039840FD285"
4) 1 address returned. Right click > Disassemble address
5) You'll see the line "mov ecx,[edx+00000088]"(flash 9) or "mov ecx,[edx+00000090]"(flash 10)"
6) Rclick that line and click toggle breakpoint or press f5
7) When your firefox freezes Rclick again that line and click toggle breakpoint or press f5
8) Click debug and click run on CE
9) Click Add address manually,lower right part on CE
10) Enter the EDX(red color) value shown on CE +88 (flash 9) +90 (flash 10) example:1F563A20+88
11) After you've enter that value your level will be displayed in your CE
12) Click or check frozen in your CE

14) 1 address returned. Right click > Disassemble address
15) You will see the line mov eax,ffffffff change it to mov eax,00001388 for 1000 GP if its too slow adjust it to 00002000 or something (guidelines:1388 (1000 exp),61A8 (5000 exp) C350 (10000 exp) 4C4B40 (1000000 exp)
16) Set your experience close enough before you leveled example: 15000 exp are needed to reach another level so adjust it to 14000 exp or 14900, don't level up!
17) If it is set closely enough before it gained 1 level change mov,00001388 to mov eax,ffffffff
18) Now click Redecorate on your RC
19) Buy some stuffs, buying things add exp to your game, keep buying until you leveled up (if possible,set your points like 14900/15000 so you only need 100 exp and this will only need you to buy 1 arcade machine to gain 100 exp and leveled up)
20) When you leveled up just click those checks over and over, this will give you no disconnection even if you reach 10m note: don't change the value of your level,and don't leave redecorating mode
21) When your satisfied of the coins uncheck now frozen in your CE
22) Click check to leave the redecorating room and this will be saved
