&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Daun Bawang - dihiris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Limau Nipis - dibelah dua&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Bawang Besar - dihiris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Cili Api - dihiris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: verdana; font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cara-cara&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;1.   Hiris daging nipis-nipis kemudian potong limau nipis dan diperah jusnye ke daging-daging tersebut.  Ia bertujuan menghilangkan bau hanyir daging tersebut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;2.  Kemudian tumis daging tersebut tanpa menggunakan minyak dan tunggu hingga daging tersebut mengeluarkan minyaknya sendiri.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;3.  Masukkan perencah blackpepper maggi dan gaul hingga rata, kemudian masukkan sos blackpepper dan gaul hingga sebati, masukkan air sedikit. Biarkan mendidih.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;4.  Kemudian masukkan bawang besar, daun bawang dan cili api sebagai penambah perisa.
