Strong end-market demand, coupled with MHB’s strategic relationship with Petronas group, Malaysia’s national oil company which has exclusive ownership rights to exploration and production projects, both upstream as well as downstream in the country, is expected to benefit MHB. Furthermore, the company plans to use the proceeds from the IPO for upgrading the infrastructure of its Pasir Gudang yard, and for capital expenditure in Turkmenistan, which will attract and increase orders, going forward.
