What’s up with that fiaso yesterday with the teabag party bullshit! They are very disrespectful to my President! They all need to get teabagged!
Yo, they are starting a grassroots movement to lead up to the election in 2010 and the Presidential Election in 2012. We need to have our own movement to preapre for the battle in 2012.
You noticed they used Obama’s tactics (social networks on the web) to form this clown show yesterday. I am going to take it upon myself to start a movement, and to set up a rally for the support of our President!
We will have simultaneous rallies in each state and around the world.
I know I know, you probably saying, :Yeah Right”, Lou is just talking, but I am fed up, and I am tired of “them” talking up for their whimsical cause, and we do not stand up too.
Our President needs us now, more than ever, to show he has a lot of support. How can you be truly American, and not support your President in this precedent time?!? They are the true terrorists. This is what terrorists do…they try to dismantle your everyday way of life.
I’ve had enough!

Stay the course when it comes to real estate. Remember …when there is blood in the streets… buy real estate.

Time and time again, I hear people say that they want this and they want that. They are going to have this and going to have that. They get soooo caught up in the dream of having what they want that they never get off of their lazy a$$es to do anything towards making those words a reality.

I urge you to do the following immediately:

Commit to winning.
Why?
Most people in life are losers. That’s the GOD honest truth… I know you don’t like it… go jump off of a building if you cant handle the truth..

You talk all that shit about not working for the man, and how much your job makes you sick. You want and need more disposable income, you want to take first class flights, you are tired of not being able to do anything outside of working to pay your bills, the list goes on and on and on… Please do me a huge favor?

(They say a picture is worth a thousand words… I just wanted to say 4)

You go out and BUY (keep spending and not earning) courses and books and cd’s. You sit and spin your wheels thinking, which one should I do? S-CORP vs. CORP vs. LLC vs Sole Proprietorship
You spend hours of you shit talking life speaking about this grand idea that you have, that’s the best thing since the DVR. You dream about spending the money before you you take one step towards it.

Then,
you suddenly look up and realize that, months have passed by,then years and you are in the same place.But you dont actually hold yourself accountable.. you start blaming someone and anyone else for your dumb ass, lazy, procrastinating, all talk no action ways.

It disgust me, stop talking (to me especially) and do something for your future.

You need to declare this right now!!!! (I doubt you will because, you are a negative lazy Bastard!!!)

I am going to do whatever it takes to build my business for myself and my love ones.

Go ahead and say it over and over again, memorize it and keep it close to you.

Print out some copies and plaster it where you can see it.

This will allow you to start really understanding that it takes work and sacrifice to get to where you want to be. You do it for your job EVERYDAY, yet your dumb ass wont do it for yourself. You are a loser if you cannot grasp this concept.

Stop making lame ass excuses, *imagine a whiny voice”

1.”I don’t have time”
2.”I have to stay late at work”
3.”I’m tired”
4.”I need to have fun, it cant be all work and no play”

Let me handle all of this dumb ass EXCUSES

“I don’t have time” - Why don’t you stop watching sooooo much television, stop hanging out soooo much. Get something done during your lunch break, get up 1 hour ealier and use it for yourself and your business.

“I have to stay late at work” - Get your work done in the time that you are supposed to be at work. Get off of the plantation as soon as possible.

“I’m tired” - Don’t stay up until 1 in the morning lying to yourself and about the amount of work you are getting done for your business. If you take control of your life you wont have too many (not saying that there wont be times when you do) 1-2am work sessions. Work smart, plan ahead and know what you have to do. Take 1 hour a day to get something done for yourself and your business, as time progresses and you have a better handle on time management add more time.

“I need to have fun, it cant be all work and no play” - This is true, remember though if you do what most people wont do NOW, you can do what they cannot do LATER. Translation… work hard now and reap the rewards of your labor later. It’s the difference between a weekend in Miami (1 once a year) and a 3 week stay in a bura in the middle of the water on Bora Bora (look it up) (4 times a year).

If you do not change your attitude NOW, you are not gonna make it. Stop talking like an entrepenuer.. “We don’t believe you, you need more people” -Jay Z. I don’t want to hear it anymore.

There is nothing wrong with working a job and loving it. If it pays you well, and you are having fun.. That’s fantastic, many people cannot say that they have a job that they love and pays them well.

If you want more, then commit.. At the end of the day you are only hurting yourself.

I will leave you guys with a couple of definitions and some questions:

Vision vs. Pipe dream: A vision is an inevitable result, based on facts. A pipe dream is a hope based mainly on desire.
Whatever idea you have for your business and your life… do you know which one of these it is?
Commitment vs. Striving: When you’re truly committed, you don’t feel the need to strive. It’s a lack of sureness that makes you push yourself.
Which one are you doing.

I wanna intro myself and get this out of the way. My name is Mike Haynes, I have been investing in Real Estate for the past 4 years. Full time and part time.

I created this blog and the podcast that you will be able to get from here to break the monotony of the local and national gurus selling books and cd’s about what works in a down market. I have yet to hear from any of these guys about how tough it gets at times or about the amount of cash they spent only to get no responses. How they overcame the problems that they encountered in ADDITION to the great (sometimes) materials that they sell to the masses.

You will be able to listen in on myself and 3 other regular guys speak on topics dealing with real estate investing. We will have regular people who are doing well as guest on the show to share success as well as failures. This is so that you as a regular people see that we are all the same… no one is different.. we all have to let that S on our chest show in order to get to where we want to be.

We look forward to entertaining while educating. I hope you enjoy.. please leave your comments below.

You might wanna go ahead and give up, no sense in making life harder than it already is. GIVE UP! Hang it up! Stick a fork in it, ITS DONE!!!. Is that how you really feel? Not to worry, you are not alone like Mike Jackson said before he totally morphed into a white woman.

This game that we call real estate is not for the weak of heart. It takes 3 things:

Patience

Persistence

Perseverance

Remember when you were a kid and you tried to ride a bike for the first time? You got on that bike and your dad or mom held the seat while you looked back to make sure that they were still there? They screamed at you for not paying attention to where you were going after telling you the same thing 50 times?

You fell down, you got bruised but you didn’t stop. You were out there day after day after day trying to get your balance and focus right in order to make riding an involuntary action. You practiced and stayed at it until you got it right?
Well the same applies to real estate investing. You send out those postcards and get no responses, you stay out late at night trying to get those bandit signs up and still no calls. So what, keep moving motion creations action, actions produce results. If this is something that you want bad enough it will happen as long as you keep doing it day in and day out.

Be patient, it took us 9 months before we were able to come from out mothers womb.

Be persistent, we didn’t learn to walk overnight.

Persevere, same as persistant just a different word.
