<p>Remove 1 cup of batter and spread into bottom of crust; set aside.</p>
<p>Add pumpkin, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg to the remaining batter and stir gently until well blended. </p>
<p>Carefully spread over the batter in the crust.</p>
<p>Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is almost set. </p>
<p>Allow to cool.</p>
<p>Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. </p>
<p>Cover with whipped topping before serving.</p>

<p>   1. Sift together flour, soda, and salt.<br />

   3. Add eggs and bananas, blend thoroughly.<br />
   4. Combine together milk and lemon juice or vinegar.<br />
   5. Add the dry ingredients alternately with milk beginning and ending with dry ingredients.<br />
   6. Blend well after each addition (with electric mixer use a low speed).<br />
   7. Stir in nuts.<br />
   8. Turn batter into pan, that is well greased on the bottom.<br />
   9. Bake 9 x 5 x 3 pan for 60-70 minutes at 350 degrees or 2 smaller pans for 45 minutes.</p>

<p>A delicious southwest flavor in a chicken casserole.</p>
<p>3 boneless skinless chicken breasts<br />
4 to 6 green onions, chopped<br />
1 4 oz. can chopped green chile peppers, drained<br />
2 10-3/4 ounce cans condensed cream of chicken soup<br />
1 16 ounce carton sour cream<br />
12 corn tortillas, quartered<br />
8 to 12 ounces shredded cheddar cheese</p>
<p>   1. Cook chicken breast until white throughout.<br />
   2. Combine onions, peppers soup, and sour cream.<br />
   3. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to mixture<br />
   4. Line ungreased 9X13 inch baking dish with half of the tortillas<br />
   5. Spread half of the soup mixture over the tortillas.<br />
   6. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the cheese.<br />
   7. Cover with remaining tortillas.<br />
   8. Add remainder of soup mixture<br />
   9. Top with cheese.<br />
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.<br />
  11. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.</p>

<p>1 cup canned pumpkin<br />
1 teaspoon vanilla extract<br />
1 teaspoon cinnamon<br />
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg<br />
1/4 teaspoon clove<br />
1/8 teaspoon ginger<br />
1 (16 ounce) package light angel food cake mix</p>
<p>In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, vanilla, and spices. </p>
<p>In a separate bowl prepare cake mix according to directions.</p>
<p>Fold in 1/4 of the batter into the pumpkin mixture. Gently fold in the remaining batter. Gently spoon into an ungreased tube pan.</p>
<p>Bake on the lowest oven rack at 350°F for 38-44 minutes or until top is golden brown. </p>
<p>Cool inverted on wire rack until cool.</p>
<p>Slice cake into 14 slices and serve with 1 tablespoon Cool Whip Free.</p>
<p>1 Weight Watcher point per slice &#8211; pumpkin adds fiber</p>
