La forma de probarla es poniendo una bola chica de masa en un vaso de agua fria y si flota es que la masa esta lista. &lt;br /&gt;Pon la mitad de la masa en un refractario engrasado y agrega la carne sazonada con el mole y cubre con la otra mitad de la masa. Mete al horno por 30 minutos y sirve casi frio.
