Espalhe sobre a primeira camada. Cubra com a segunda camada de pão-de-ló. Umedeça com o licor restante. Embrulhe a forma com filme plástico aderente. Coloque no congelador por 2 horas. Retire do congelador. Desenforme o bolo. Cubra a parte de cima e os lados com o chantilly da cobertura. Congele por mais 1 hora. À parte, bata os 2 ovos inteiros e as 2 gemas, guardando as duas claras. Junte os ovos batidos e adicione os demais ingredientes. Continue batendo até levantar bolhas. Coloque em forma untada e asse.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255); font-weight: bold;"&gt;Glacê de limão:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bata bem 2 colheres (sopa) de manteiga até ficar fofa. Em separado, bata as 2 claras restantes, como para suspiro, e acrescente 1 1/2 xícara de açúcar. Junte esse suspiro à mistura da manteiga e acrescente o caldo de 1 limão. Numa panela, misture o açúcar com a água e leve ao fogo, mexendo até dissolver. Deixe ferver por cerca de 5 minutos e acrescente o coco reidratado. Abaixe o fogo e cozinhe, mexendo sempre, até que a mistura comece a se desprender do fundo da panela. Retire do fogo, coloque numa vasilha e deixe esfriar. Numa frigideira, misture o coco em flocos e o chocolate em pó e deixe tostar ligeiramente. Reserve. Unte levemente as mãos e, com a massa já fria, faça bolinhas de 2 cm de diâmetro.
