Numa panela coloque o frango e coloque por cima espalhando bem a sopa de cebola e o priripiri.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Coloque por cima de tudo a cerveja preta&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Deixe em repouso por 2 horas sem mexer&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Depois adicione a polpa de tomate, envolva tudo muito bem e leve ao lume baixo para cozinhar o frango e engrossar o molho. Retire a tampa e junte a farinha de trigo misturada com o fermento aos poucos, sempre batendo. &lt;br /&gt;Coloque a massa em assadeira untada e polvilhada com farinha de trigo. Asse em forno médio-baixo (cerca de 160ºC) por 15 minutos e, depois, asse mais 15 minutos no forno baixo (cerca de 140ºC).  &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;Calda:&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Para a cobertura, misture bem todos os ingredientes e leve ao fogo até ferve. &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;Recheio:&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Amasse os morangos e reserve-os. &lt;br /&gt;Bata o creme de leite em picos moles. Junte o açúcar e bata em picos duros. &lt;br /&gt;Coloque um pouco do creme num saco de confeitar (cerca de 3/4 de xícara) com bico de pitanga. &lt;br /&gt;Coloque o saco na geladeira. Junte os morangos amassados ao creme restante. &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;Cobertura:&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Misture a geléia com a água em fogo lento e deixe derreter. Reserve. &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;Montagem:&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Divida o pão-de-ló em 2 ou 3 partes, de acordo com sua preferência, com a ajuda de uma faca ou de linha para pipas, procurando sempre fazer um corte reto. &lt;br /&gt;Salpique as camadas do bolo com licor amaretto. &lt;br /&gt;Recheie com o creme de morangos, aos poucos, colocando-o no centro do bolo e espalhando para as laterais, de forma que fique uniforme. &lt;br /&gt;Cubra com a outra parte do bolo, e se necessário, retire o excesso de recheio das laterais. &lt;br /&gt;Posicione os morangos sobre o bolo, conforme desejar, e despeje a cobertura sobre esses, também de forma uniforme. Deixar os frutos macerar em brandy algumas horas antes de os utilizar.&lt;br /&gt;Descascar a maçã e corta-la em cubinhos regar com o sumo do citrino, picar as nozes e os frutos secos temperar e misturar a manteiga com as ervas.&lt;br /&gt;Temperar o peru, rechear com a carne e atar, untar com manteiga e coloca-lo num pirex untado, regar com o brandy e introduzir no forno por cerca de 1 a 2 horas, regando com o liquido que for libertando, aos poucos vá adicionando o caldo de carne.&lt;br /&gt;Retirar do forno deixe repousar 10 m antes de trinchar.
