It must almost be time for another Twilight movie, because Kristen Stewart is starting to step it up a notch: no more hoodies, she’s wearing makeup. And it looks like she means business. Still, would it kill her to smile just once in a while? I know that being emo and misunderstood is kind of her thing, but you’re more likely to see Halley’s Comet in your lifetime  than a picture of Kristen actually smiling.

The next free episode of Spartan Ops, the co-op campaign which takes place after Master Chief's accomplishments in Halo 4 , will be available next Monday, November 12, at 3AM Pacific. The first episode is accessible now in the game's multiplayer section. Microsoft tells us it's sticking to the plan of launching the ten announced Spartan Ops episodes weekly, but stopped short of saying that it'll always be Monday at the same time as episode two. There is some serious CGI-candy to be found in Spartan Ops if you haven't checked it out yet.

After complaining about Nicole Scherzinger wearing her see-through dress incorrectly yesterday , you’d think I’d have something to say about her dress being on backwards here. But I’m too mesmerized by her booty to care (and you probably don’t want to be taking fashion tips from a blogger in sweatpants). Anyway, Nicole busted this out for the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women of the Year Awards, I’m guessing as a last-minute attempt to sway the voters. I bet it worked. It did for me.

The eyes are in the forefront again. At Dior’s ready-to-wear fashion show , make up artists decorated the eyes of models in a spectacular way, using hundreds of tiny Swarovski crystals. This style of Dior’s makeup is called techno butterfly and consists of a colored base on top of which the shimmering crystals in corresponding colors are ‘glued’. The blue is for spring 2013, but there are also pink and orange, to to bring a little liveliness. Take a look how eyes in Swarovski style look like, but if you feel less brave, try with only a few sparkling ”ornaments” in the corners of your eyes.
