John Legends writes a song warning Tim Tebow of Kim Kardashian, clip below. The great John Legend is the latest artist to dedicate a piece of work to the famed and popular Tim Tebow. It’s actually very entertaining and makes you giggle a few times.

On ESPN’s First Take, the singer sang a new rendition of his hit “Ordinary People,” and called it “Extra-Ordinary Tebow.” In the spoof, John warns Tim to “deny Kim K advances and TV ballroom dances,” among other things.

Listen closely around the 2:12 mark for John’s reference to Kim.

Kristin Cavallari will not marry until her baby is born. Now re-engaged to Chicago Bears’ Jay Cutler and pregnant with their first child, the former Hills star, 25, won’t be walking down the aisle until after she gives birth.

“I’m not even looking for a wedding dress right now,” she told Celebuzz. “I’m pregnant! I’m not going to go try on wedding dresses.”

After reconciling and announcing their on-again engagement last November, Cavallari and Cutler, 28, confirmed they were expecting in late January.

Cavallari added to Celebuzz that she’s been getting well wishes from pals all over, including former Hills co-stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt.

“Heidi and Spencer actually sent me flowers, which was really sweet,” she said.

Kim Kardashian afraid & moving after intruder scare. Kim Kardashian was so freaked after a strange man rang the doorbell at her Beverly Hills home last weekend she has decided to dump the property entirely and find a new house in a gated community.

TMZ reports that Kim is currently house shopping in several exclusive gated communities in the L.A. area, including Bel Air, and Mulholland Estates, where both Charlie Sheen and Paris Hilton own houses.

She hasn’t made up her mind yet, but we’re told Kim now refuses to live in any house that doesn’t have round-the-clock gated security.

TMZ reported the intruder story last week, when police were called to Kim’s home late Saturday night, when a man showed up on her property with a bunch of luggage and rang the doorbell, insisting Kim invited him to stay with her.

“He wants a big-name female star on the panel,” a source tells Media Take Out. “Mariah is good, but she’s not that hot today. He wants Beyoncé because that would immediately give him the bounce needed to beat American Idol.”

But would Beyonce possibly consider the deal?

She already has major dough in the bank and is one of the most established artists there is today. Kris Humphries claims Kim Kardashian won’t return wedding gifts & he never saw his. Kris Humphries hasn’t seen one of his wedding gifts since his Aug. 20 wedding to Kim Kardashian, and a source tells HollywoodLife, one of his biggest issues in his divorce battle is that he wants every gift to be returned to its original sender.

“She won’t return the wedding gifts,” a source close to Kris and his family says. “One of the super expensive wedding gifts they received was a Ferrari and he thinks it, like all the other gifts should be returned to its sender.”

Adds the insider, “Kris has never seen any of his gifts. He doesn’t have a list of any of the gifts. He feels the gifts are communal property in the marriage and therefore, they should have been at least divided 50/50.”

Additionally, you’d think Kris, 27, would at least know what happened to his rightful property, but he’s in the dark, just like the rest of us.

“He’s read in the magazines that she’s returned some of the gifts and exchanged them for Rolex watches,” the friend explains. “He also heard a rumor she returned the gifts and gave the money to charity, but he doesn’t know about that either.”

Like the gifts, which he’s had no control over, the source close to the Humphries family maintains Kris had no control over anything in the wedding.

“The only thing Kris was able to choose was the pastor,” the insider says. “That’s why he had Joel Johnson, his childhood pastor, come out and perform the ceremony.”

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries divorce trial to be televised, fraud will be proven. This might be the first REAL show the Kardashians will be participating in.That means that Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries and probably many Kardashians — Kourtney, Khloe and even Kris Jenner too — will have to testify about all aspects of the Kardashian/Humphries marriage for the world to hear and the trial will likely go on for weeks, says family attorney Vikki Zeigler.

“There are no divorce settlement talks going on,” a source close to the Humphries family reveals to HollywoodLife exclusively.

Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kris on Oct. 31, 2011, 72 days after her wedding and then Kris Humphries filed to annul the marriage based on fraud on Dec. 1.

As much as she wants, Kim can not end her marriage to Kris right now until a judge rules whether or not there is “clear and convincing evidence” that fraud has occurred in the marriage. As of now, she hasn’t even returned the wedding gifts.

Kris truly believes that “Kim had no intention to stay married to him and she just got married to make money,” the Humphries source reveals to HollywoodLife. ”He and his team wouldn’t go forward if they didn’t believe that they could prove this [in court.]”

So right now, Kim and Kris are on track to face-off in court by the end of summer and they will most likely find that the proceedings are all televised because California has an “open policy on popular court cases.” In other words, cases that are expected to be highly popular like the O.J. Simpson case, which Kim’s father Robert Karadshian prosecuted , and the Lindsay Lohan cases, are all open to the television cameras.

The only way for Kim to keep her divorce from airing in public is to make a financial settlement with Kris or to agree to his request for an annulment based on fraud.

The problem for Kim is that is she agrees to the annulment, there’s a lot of risk on her side, points out the source. Aside from damaging her reputation, there may be suppliers to her “fairy tale” wedding who won’t be too happy, if it’s found to be a fraudulent marriage.

So what will Kris’s team use to prove the marriage is fraud?

“Kim was filming scenes saying that she was dissatisfied with her marriage during the week of Sept. 8, which was barely three weeks after the wedding,” says the source. “His team believe that the season of KKTNY was developed with the theme of divorce, without Kris being made aware of it.”

Kris never had any idea that Kim was unhappy in her marriage to him, says the source. “Kris was never in the scenes where they discuss Kim’s unhappiness and he never caught Kim talking to her sisters about being unhappy.”

“When the pair wasn’t filming, Kim was normal and affectionate to Kris,” the source contends.

“Kris understood that he was committing himself to the Kardashian way of life,” so he wasn’t surprised when he was asked to film scenes that seemed scripted.

Interestingly, scenes that were filmed for KKTNY that appeared on the show, like Kim refusing to allow Kris to move his boxes into her house in LA, can actually bolster Kris’s case that the marriage was a fraud”, says Vikki.

“It shows that she never had any intent of doing what a wife is supposed to do — live with her husband.” Vikki explains.

Vikki adds that there are several KKTNY scenes that could be used as evidence in court, including “the fact that she was so cold to him on camera, and that she was talking about having major issues in her marriage so soon after her wedding and that she never made a real effort to repair her marriage.”

HollywoodLife has also learned that Kris Humphries may be initiating other civil cases against Kim, according to the source.”Kris thought he was getting married for life and he found out he was getting a divorce on a radio show,” says the source.

Chantal Spears (also known as Ronald Spears) alleged in a lawsuit filed in December that Kardashian caused her significant injuries after an altercation outside Playhouse nightclub in 2009.

In the court papers, Spears claimed Kardashian “pushed” and “hit” her, though no arrests or citations were made.

Now in her own filing, Kardashian says her behavior “was reasonably necessary for her self-defense and safety,” according to TMZ.

The incident reportedly occurred after Spears approached Kardashian’s husband, Lamar Odom, telling him he was “too young to be married.”

Spears is suing Kardashian for damages.

It is not yet known whether the case will go to trial.

Chris Harrison blogged on Tuesday that he regretted how he handled the Bently situation when it came to Ashley Hebert during The Bachelorette last season, so he made sure this time he was more protective of the lead’s part in this show, meaning Ben’s heart.

Khloe Kardashian & Lamar Odom have a piece of Rolling Stones memorabilia at their home, but it’s a mouth-shaped urinal, not a piece of art. As weird (and offensive to a German museum), as it may be, it’s most certainly a collector’s item, but it’s soon going to be replaced.

Why are they getting rid of it?

“[The] urinal will be getting the heave-ho in the near future as part of a remodeling project in their Tarzana, CA home. We’re told it has nothing to do with how offensive the urinal may or may not be — it just doesn’t fit with the new decor,” TMZ reports.

The mouth urinal doesn’t look like anything that belongs in a bathroom, only at a public place. It is a tad strange, to say the least, to have it in a private bathroom—unless of course you are a huge Rolling Stones fan. Either way, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom will be parting ways with it soon. Think it’ll be on eBay soon?
