            <description>&lt;p&gt;The on-again-off-again campaign to relocate Network Nine from its long time Bendigo Street headquarters, may be on again.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Sources say the network is entertaining plans to sell its Richmond home of 53-years, and use funds to refit new offices and studios, or a purpose-built high-tech facility closer to town.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;It’s understood executives from PBL Media, Nine owners, have inspected existing office space to meet an unofficial 8,000 square metre requirement, but that a purpose-built facility could also be on the frame.  A network representative was unavailable to comment to The Age.&lt;/p&gt;

            <title>Villa Maria Pays $8.75 Million For Camberwell Development Site</title>

            <description>&lt;p&gt;NOT for profit organisation and retirement village specialist Villa Maria has paid $8.75 million for a 6,215 square metre Camberwell development site.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;The 450 Camberwell Road property was sold with a permit for a 64-unit retirement village, capitalising on the site’s other street frontages to Athelstan Road, and Bowen Street, opposite the Camberwell Central Bowling Club.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Nichols Crowder director Matt Nichols sold the Camberwell property on behalf of the Macquarie affiliated Retirement Villages Group. Buildings on the site were once used by the Salvation Army. RVG recently sold a slice of the land to another aged care developer.&lt;/p&gt;

            <description>&lt;p&gt;THE development company of Melbourne’s wealthy Pratt family has won approval from the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal to redevelop Hawthorn’s prominent California Hotel site, into a $42 million aged care facility.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Thorney Holdings, the Pratt family’s investment vehicle, will demolish buildings on the 138 Barkers Road site, opposite Xavier College’s Jackson Oval, and replace it with a 5-level, 85-unit facility with basement car parking.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;The development will replace the 82-room California Hotel facility, which was built over the Barkly train station, which closed in 1957 according to council records. &lt;br /&gt;

            <description>&lt;p&gt;AUSTRALIA's major banks wasted no time passing on Tuesday's Reserve Bank of Australia lift in the cash rate.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;ANZ and the Westpac are reported to have increased their variable mortgage rate to 6.31 per cent, while Commonwealth Bank and the NAB rates will rise to 6.24 per cent.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The banks passed on the RBA cash rate increase by the close of business Tuesday. The RBA met at 2:30pm, raising the official cash rate 0.25 per cent to 3.5 per cent.&lt;/p&gt;

            <description>&lt;p&gt;AUTOMOTIVE Holdings Group's refrigerated transport division, Rand Transport, has leased two industrial properties in Brisbane and Melbourne.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Rand will occupy a 2.64 hectare site in Parkinson, Brisbane, which will have a 12,000 pallet capacity. It will also occupy a 3.4 hectare site in Melbourne's western suburb of Derrimut, which allows for a 19,500 pallet capacity.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Construction of both buildings is scheduled for September 2010. &lt;br /&gt;
