My Review of Smokin' Aces 2

This was one of the most poorly crafted films I have ever seen in my entire life. Whether its making hit-and-miss jokes about skinhead rednecks and inbreeding, or utilizing CGI that looks as if were made with MS Paint, this film falls flat on all accounts. There are very few films which I have actually taken the time to fast forward through many of its scenes, but this work of art delivers. In an effort to pay homage to the original film P.J. Pesce ends up transforming the film into an unintentional satire. Its a B movie that doesn't know its a B movie, and of course you have the obligatory plot twists trying to serve as precursors to the films original ideas plot twists -references Buddy Israel, etc. A handful of the original actors were cleverly tricked into starring in this awful prequel. Basically its just really bad-avoid at all costs.

The A Team Returns in 2010

So as if we didn't have enough to look forward to this year when it comes to awesome movies, we now have gotten our hands on the trailer for the new A-Team movie coming out later this year. For those of you who haven't ever seen an episode of this famous show, this probably means nothing to you, but it should. For those of us who know the series, this has been a long time coming. I'm not going to list off every A-list celebrity that's in this film(because there's alot) but I will say, Liam Neeson is perfect cast as Col. John "Hannibal" Smith. Needless to say, we are very very excited about this movie. cheers*

For those of you who don't know we here at RFP are BIG fans of pretty much everything Valve releases(i.e. Half Life, TF2, L4D, etc.). But the only greater than the games themselves is what the internet community has created with the induction of Garry's Mod. One of our personal favorites being created by DasBoSchitt.

One "Fantastic" Movie

As an old Wes Anderson fan through and through it should come as no surprise that I would be overjoyed at the idea of a new film. But couple that with the classic literature of Roald Dahl (a timeless childhood favorite of mine) and you have the makings of one of the best films of the new millennium. I am very excited about this movie and you should be too. Enjoy the theatrical trailer and let us know what you think.-Robert Joines

So a little while back I was thinking to myself "what is it that other successful comics have that we don't have?" And I realized that it was nothing more than incredible gratuitous violence. Sorry Kyle, but we just needed more hits...he will be missed.
